Hola , este sitio se mereces las mas y minimas felicitacion, muy buena atencion a cliente viajes increíbles muy recomendable

Reservé el viaje de medio día a Tiede y pregunté al momento de la reserva si incluía el teleférico. Nos dijeron que no, pero que podríamos pagarlo ese mismo día si no hacía viento y el teleférico estaba funcionando.

De hecho, el autobús se detuvo a dos millas de donde va el teleférico, y solo tuvimos poco más de una hora allí en total, por lo que no hubo tiempo para hacer esto.

El viaje tomó más de dos horas en cada sentido, ya que pasamos mucho tiempo recogiendo a otros turistas, por lo que tuvimos más del doble de tiempo en el autobús que en el parque nacional.

Tiede fue fantástico, pero desearía haber reservado un recorrido diferente que incluyera el teleférico y que el agente hubiera estado al frente en el punto de venta.

Precioso día en la Gomera, gracias a todo el equipo. Para los que puedan, recomiendo que los encuentren directamente en el puerto de Los Cristianos.

La gira fue terrible. El guía fue grosero y abandonó el recorrido antes que los clientes. Se alejó de nuestro hotel para tomar su auto primero.y fue grosero y nos mintió cuando preguntamos y mostramos que habíamos pasado esto y nos alejábamos de nuestro punto de entrega. Esta guía de hoy ya no debería ser una guía.y sinceramente ni siquiera nos dio información sobre la isla ni las características bodegas ni su historia. Sólo habló del aeropuerto y de un accidente aéreo. Experiencia terrible, nos gustaría un reembo es nuestra segunda gira de vinos aquí y fue una experiencia terrible. También enumeró un montón de información incorrecta, que fácilmente se demostró que era incorrecta.

Nuestro guía Benjamín fue increíble y cariñoso. El viaje fue mucho más de lo que esperábamos.

Estas personas no son totalmente confiables, me llevaron de viaje con niños de 6 y 11 años con una advertencia de bandera roja. Los niños vomitaban después de 30 minutos. Tuve que cancelar el viaje sin que me devolvieran el dinero. No hay calas, no se permite hacer snorkel y una total pérdida de tiempo y dinero.
El barco era genial, pero solo querían nuestros $ 1000 sin ocuparse de nada más.

Excursión Teide-Icod-Garachico-Mascá, muy poco tiempo para cada parada, en la de Icod tienes hora y media para ver el Drago y comer, pero es que se llega a las 12: 30. El entorno y las cosas que ver todo recomendable, pero es que no da tiempo a ver nada.

Fuimos con mucha ilusión a La Gomera pero el viaje con la guía Yaisa fue una pesadilla, no muestra el mínimo interés en contar algo de lo que vas viendo y el colmo es que en el Centro de Visitantes dice que es la única parada comercial, el único momento en el que mostró algo de interés fue en vendernos las galletas gomeras de este centro, incluso se ponía al lado del mostrador, finalmente nos dimos cuenta de que estaba contando la gente que pedíamos y luego le pedía comisión a la señora de la tienda, de ahí el interés.
Si os toca el viaje con ella, mejor ir uno por su cuenta. Ahorras tiempo, dinero y cabreo. Totalmente prescindible.

Me gustó mucho la excursión que contratamos para La Gomera, el guía y los chóferes muy majos. Muy recomendable!

Hicimos la excursión al monte teide con teleférico incluido. No me puedo quejar de toda la experiencia. Recogida en arenas del mar y luego para recoger a otras personas. Paradas en camino para tomar un café local, etc.y luego al teleférico. Una experiencia brillante de principio a fin. El conductor fue excelente y la guía muy buena. Deja un consejo estos muchachos son personas trabajadoras que tienen mucho entusiasmo por su trabajo.

Viajes Teide, no vayáis con ellos.
Yaiza la guía q nos atendió pone una entonación de voz irritante e innecesaria.
Mi percepción, no le gusta su trabajo. Se limita a soltar los ocho párrafos que se tiene aprendidos durante los trayectos en autobus y cuando bajamos no hace por acercarse al grupo para interactuar con el, ver si tenemos alguna pregunta o necesidad.
La comida: crema de verduras con alguna patata y alubia sin sabor, una bandeja de parrillada de carne, con sabor a quemadete y patatas cocidas frias debajo, para compartir con gente que no conoces.se salvaba el aperitivo con mojo y almogrote y el postre. El vino.ni para cocinar.
Para la guía un buen plato de pollo con patatas fritas y ensalada que tenía mil veces mejor pinta q nuestra comida.

Silbo canario.la demostración la hace el camarero con frases que la guía le dice, perro sin explicar el uso q se le daba.

Salva la experiencia el entorno y el clima.pero buscar otro operador q os de un servicio más cuidado y un guía que ejerza como tal. Y por supuesto q se preocupen de buscar un sitio q sirva buena comida.me da igual que sea sencilla, pero q este buena.

We took one day tour to La Gomera (95 euro per person). 5 stars for nature of La Gomera. It is a bus tour around the island. The guide speak 4 languages, I would prefer english only, but did not find such option. The pick-up by hotel was a bit late, but worked all well. Ferry (with amazing views on islands) goes 50 min. Lunch with wine included. The tour route had one unnecessary stop - Garajonai visitor center, as there is no walking path or some spectacular view, waste of time, probably they wish that we spend money on souvenirs there. Only 45 min free time in San Sebastian. The gide was horrible, could not understand single word what she was speaking, she looked totally not interested in her job.

El personal fue muy amable, siempre pendientes de los viajeros a su cargo. Durante la visita pudimos hacernos una idea general esta preciosa isla y su área natural protegida. La guía explicó de forma amena la variedad de paisajes y costumbres de la Gomera. La comida fue de calidad y el postre amenizado por el silbo Gomerano. Recomendamos que no os perdáis esta excursión

A month ago my fiancée bought two tickets for Loro parque with them, but due to a technical problem she was charged an extra 80 euros. After more than a month in which they promised us a refund to date we still have not received it and they only made themselves heard when they reviewed them negatively. To this day they continue to be disinterested in finding a thousand excuses not to get our money back, now they don't even answer the phone anymore. It is a shameful thing, they are absolutely to be avoided if you have any kind of problem they will ignore you and will not help you in any way.

I bought tickets for loro parque with them and due to a computer problem they hold twice the amount. They promised me I would get a refund but to date after 10 days I still haven't got my money back. When I asked for explanations I was treated very rudely by the operator. They are absolutely to be avoided, if you have any problem with them they will not help you and they will also treat you badly they don't care about their customers.

Great experience, the whole tour was brilliant, excellent driving skills, good and cheap food and best of all the guide - Christopher was really helpful & knowledgable.

Me, my partner and my family had a couple of really positive experiences when we were in Tenerife last. Both trips delivered on expectation and pickup from the hotel was very useful. Thanks again to our guide Marcel from the La Gomera trip for being so knowledgeable and taking the time to speak with us about our interests as the tour went on. Would definitely recommend!

We booked Teide by the stars. Well what can I say although it wasn't the tour guides fault but there was a bright moon and it was cloudy. When you are doing a tour for this kind of purpose to see the stars at night then as an astrologer you should do the tours and know when the sky is at its best to see the actual stars. So if there is a bright moon do not do a tour when you will
only see what you would in any part of the world. As a British tourist I felt left out of the conversation that the Spanish tour guide was giving to all the other Spanish tourist. 15 minutes in Spanish and 4 minutes in English. Although the restaurant bodega reveron we stopped at was very nice I felt a bit rushed and only had 1 choice of main course which was really nice (pork in mushroom sauce). I would not go on this tour again unless I'd done my own research and made sure there's no bright moon and the weather is
Suitable. I do however praise any driver who drives up those roads.

Manque de professionnalisme. Le chauffeur était sensé venir nous chercher à l’hôtel à 7h50. Celui-ci est passé à 7h40, sans un appel, parti sans nous. Mauvaise fois totale.

Qui malheureusement pour réserver en ligne beaucoup de personnes on du mal avec le numérique cette agence sais la solution!

Late on the first excursion and didn't even arrived for the whole day excursion. Somehow a paid reservation disappeared. There are tons of travel agencies, choose another

The entire star-gazing experience on the mountain is conducted in a lay by with parked cars.

Terrain was bumpy, stairs on the coach were dark as it was nighttime, no handrails. I caught my foot between the steps, fell and broke my leg in four places as well as fractured my ankle and severely sprained my right, leaving me completely non weight bearing.

The tour guide was not appropriately trained to deliver first aid, nor was the coach driver. There was no first aid equipment. This tour goes to the top of a mountain where the nearest ambulance takes an hour to get to. Completely dangerous.

The bus driver has refused to give his details, the coach company has refused to respond to emails and telephone calls, Viajes Teide itself has gaslit me by telling me that my accident happened in a completely different way.

It was a traumatic and excruciating experience on its own that was exacerbated by the tour company’s callous response during and after the incident. They still refuse to give any insurance details. Never use this company. They may not be insured.

Guide Marcello et son chauffeur extras tous les deux, Marcello très prolixe ayant des connaissances incontestables et cela en quatre langues égrenées tout le long du voyage.
Les vues sont spectaculaires, le midi arrêt dans la foret dans un restaurant typique, menu très copieux et retour en fin de journée après une petite halte dans la capitale pour y faire quelques achats.
Nous recommandons vivement.
