Realmente pasé unas vacaciones maravillosas y todos los demás huéspedes fueron increíbles, un lugar muy amigable. La comida también es increíble.

Me alojé en el Victoria Court por siete noches, la primera impresión fue que el apartamento parecía un poco desgastado, pero todo lo que necesitabas estaba allí, utensilios de cocina y demás, te proporcionaron toallas, debo decir que eran un poco delgadas, la piscina y el área de la piscina estaban Se mantuvo muy bien, no usaba bar ni restaurante, pero parecía muy popular, tuvo un pequeño problema con las cucarachas en el apartamento, pero se resolvió pronto. Mis dos problemas principales fueron que no había aire acondicionado ni ventiladores de techo (contratamos un ventilador), pero el estado de los pisos era terrible, estaban absolutamente sucios, no solo valían unos días, deberíamos haberlo mencionado antes, ya que dijeron que lo habrían hecho. Recuperé a los contratistas de limpieza. En definitiva, creo que volvería si pudiera tener un apartamento con aire acondicionado o ventiladores de techo.

Lamentablemente que cierren la picina a las 6 de la tarde hace mucho calor a esa hora y apetece ir a la picina el sitio es muy bonito y bien cuidado muy linpio

Complejo familiar y tranquilo, con una buena ubicación, buen ambiente, agradable servicio. Recomendable

Hemos estado viniendo aquí muchos años y no iríamos a ningún otro lugar encantador complejo mantenido impecable

Es una residencia habitada casi exclusivamente por ingleses de cierta edad, por lo tanto muy tranquila y acogedora. En el centro de la residencia hay una piscina que puede ser utilizada por todos los clientes y con la módica suma de 2€ se pueden alquilar tumbonas y sombrillas. Tuvimos un problema a la llegada, derivado de problemas de comunicación, ya que encontramos la recepción cerrada y no sabíamos que los encargados nos habían enviado instrucciones para acceder a nuestro apartamento, n. 14/b. El problema fue resuelto rápidamente por los gerentes. El apartamento es amplio y está equipado con todos los servicios, incluidos secador de pelo, plancha, horno eléctrico, microondas, cafetera, etc. Desgraciadamente nos encontramos con que la limpieza se había hecho de forma sumaria y tuvimos que desinfectar todo el apartamento para sentirnos más relajados. También encontramos mucha vajilla incrustada con comida. En cuanto a la ubicación, el apartamento se encuentra en una posición estratégica, cerca del paseo marítimo y de todos los servicios principales. Resumiendo nuestra estancia, podemos estar satisfechos.

Maravilloso complejo para unas vacaciones, todos fueron muy cálidos, amables y acogedores.
El apartamento es un poco básico y realmente le vendría bien una actualización, toallas y ropa de cama muy finas.
Pero en general se pasó un muy buen tiempo aquí.
El complejo del bar funcionó muy bien y Steve y el personal fueron muy amables y eficientes, siempre con una sonrisa y humor.
Han reiniciado para el próximo año

Solo estuve aquí 2 días en unas vacaciones de 3 semanas cuando la llegada se encontró con una sonrisa y cómo estás. El gerente de Peter incluso llevó cajas al apartamento, ahora cómo es que el servicio llegó a ser 5 estrellas.

Great apartment accommodation. Lovely pool with pool side bar. Within walking distance of the beach and many great restaurants. Highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment complex, kept immaculate by the onsite staff. Large central pool for both adults and kids. The poolside bar offers food and drink throughout the day and evening. The reception staff are friendly, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

Fantastic location, everything on hand. Great community of people and all very friendly. Lovely heated pool with abundance of sunbeds and parasols and daily lifeguard on duty. Nice pool side bar The Cruise Inn 2 with great choice of drinks and food, complex has extensive book library, water filter machine, mobility parking and Internet cafe area. 10 minute walk to beach and market down the hill and 2 minute walk to nearest restaurant and shopping centre up the hill. Loved it all.

Just stayed in apartment 10A3 and although it is in a prime position the apartment doesn't live up to its expectations basically the apartment was dirty and very dated when we entered the apartment it was clear it had not been cleaned. The handles were missing off some of the cupboards, inside the knife and fork draw it was very dirty.in the one bedroom floor tiles were missing and just placed on the balcony floor, in another room tins of paint were left in the wardrobe. The owner George needs to look at the state of his apartment and do something about it because he will definitely loose repeat renters it can be a lovely apartment but it does need a lot of money spending on it

The only thing that can possibly spoil your holiday in this wonderful location is a couple of permanent residents, one in particular, on the committee of course, who likes to call it residential! They seem to forget that Victoria Court 1 is for paying holiday makers and until such a time it's not please just let people enjoy their holiday!

This complex is at the quieter end of the Arona end of Los Cristianos and is great for the older generation and families with little kiddies, heated safe pool, apartments are large and have lovely views. Nice little bar/ restaurant run by steve and sue, ideal as a base to explore the beach and walkway all the way round the coast.

Half private owned resort. Good location near beach restaurants in Los Cristianos. 3 star at best

We arrived on 1st of October. To Victoria court 2.
Bedroom cubard inside had coffee cup marks.
All the dishes were dirty.
It took me about an hour to clean the room & kitchen. I never seen washing machine like this before.
Toaster not working. Microwave had rust and was making noise.

Victoria court was lovely, the staff and food were great. However the apartment 1A1 was not. Had ants all over the balcony (got told this could not be helped as it was ground floor and got given a ant trap which helped but did not stop the problem) Then we had problems with cockroaches on the worktops which stopped us from being able to use the apartment to it's full potential as we decided not to eat in the apartment anymore with our young daughter. We would go in on an evening and the cockroaches would be climbing the walls and on the worktop. They were in the microwave so we put the microwave outside. The kitchen sink was not sealed down and the cockroaches were crawling from under there. We did video this and we showed the video to reception lady with the reply of we will seal the sink. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of apartment on arrival to. Would reccomend victoria court but would not recommend apartment 1A1.

What a surprise! Booked Tenerife for a cheap hol in December. Lovely apartment. Pete and Beryl were nice people even when we lost the keys to the apartment! Excellent location at a very good price. Really relaxing and a bit of winter sun was a massive tonic to the stresses of Xmas and life in general. Will definitely go back. Thanks Pete and Beryl.

Nothing too much trouble. Thanks for getting a mobile scooter sorted for us it made our holiday Booked for next March.

The complex is nice The cruise inn is under new management they need to get their act together & if you like utter chaos try the bingo can't see it lasting long!

We went last week to the bingo at victoria court it was great fun. The meals they served were very good value and the drinks were an added bonus to the fabulous night we had. I highly recommend visiting, the hosts are good fun and there was a lot of banter with the other guests

Great apartment, exceptionally clean and ease of booking. Everyone in the office are lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed at Victoria court 1 and voctoria 2 but I do think Victoria court 1 is the better one for family.

Love victory court 1 it’s our second home We come twice a year always be happy with every apartment we have had it’s also very quiet at night x
