Cuatro zonas de color con aire acondicionado, ¡excelentes apartamentos!

Fantástica ubicación, buen nivel con todo lo que necesitas en tu habitación, privada con entrada con cerradura, ideal para un descanso relajante.

Me alojé aquí una semana con mi esposo. Habitación superior. La habitación era realmente muy bonita, nos alojamos en 602. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. La única crítica fue que la cama era dura como una roca, por lo que no dormí bien una noche y el WIFI es impactante. ¡Fui a la recepción y me dijeron que solo lo obtienes en el área de recepción! (No es bueno). Limpiaban la habitación y cambiaban las toallas cada 2 días. Además, el baño ocasionalmente olía a desagües. Aparte de eso, estaba cerca de la piscina. La piscina abre a las 10 a.m. (Fuimos testigos de personas corriendo por las camas), así que si quieres un lugar determinado, llega temprano) La piscina tiene sol todo el día. El personal era encantador. Tiene un chiringuito que abre para cenar hasta las 16: 00. La ubicación es perfecta. 10 minutos a pie de la playa. Todas las tiendas, bares y restaurantes a poca distancia. Pedimos una salida tardía ya que teníamos una recogida tardía. Pagamos 30 euros para salir a las 8 pm (vale la pena)
Consejo: Masala Curry House y Fado Rock Steak House son una visita obligada.absolutamente hermosos.

Para 3* el apartamento tenía todo lo que podías desear. Aunque sin ventana en el baño le vendría bien un extractor. El servicio fue excelente con una camarera cada dos días y cambiaron las sábanas dos veces en 2 semanas. La piscina estaba muy limpia, aunque el barman en el bar de la piscina podría pulir sus relaciones con los clientes. La playa está a 10 minutos a pie. No hay tienda en el lugar, pero hay muchos lugares para comer y un supermercado cerca. También cerca de una estación de autobuses con mucho funcionamiento durante todo el día. Una buena ubicación, me alojaría de nuevo si volviéramos a visitar Fuerteventura

Modern apartment but not much natural light, causing it to be very dark rooms. Not many apartments get the sun on terrace therefore not good for sitting outside. Will not be returning.

Somos de Tenerife y, precisamente, no solemos ser muy exquisitos en cuanto a los servicios de un hotel. Sin embargo, la experiencia aquí estamos seguros de que no la volveremos a repetir. Nos quedamos en estos apartamentos durante cuatro días. Nada más llegar, por la noche, nos encontramos el apartamento sucio (comida en los cubiertos, restos de comida el suelo, restos en el baño.). Al día siguiente nos quejamos no solo a una de las empleadas de limpieza que se encontraba por allí, sino también a la recepción, la cual simplemente nos asintió con la cabeza y nos dijo que avisaría a limpieza. Como nos suponíamos, cuando volvimos por la noche el apartamento seguía sin estar limpio. Solo cuando ya nos quejamos a un recepcionista que nos atendió por la noche, nos hizo caso y apuntó nuestra queja. Al día siguiente ya teníamos el apartamento limpio. No volveremos a repetir. Una pena, porque Fuerteventura es una isla de ensueño.

Brilliant holiday centrally located very clean and newly decorated, Gino the barman is great craic with free peanuts and crisps, drinks a bit pricey for a pool bar but you can sneak in a few

Good location, rooms well equipped a chopping board would be good and for me, only being a small in height person the shower too high.would have been good to have the shower on an adjustable pole. But other than that would definitely come here again.

Basic apartments. Larger than average. Great size living room and bathroom. Bedroom spotless. Nice pool area. We were lucky and had extra large balcony. Big enough for table and 4 chairs and 2 large sunbeds. Towels changed every other day. Beds comfortable. Only thing I did not like was sofa bed. A bit grubby looking. Staff did cover it with sheet but would need to update these. Overall very good location.

Wer kein All In Hotel braucht ist hier genau richtig. Alles an Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Our second year staying at Villa Florida, the room we had was adequate, the staff were helpful, the only down side this year was the noise we encountered from some building work, would not put us off going back.

Nuestro segundo año en Villa Florida, la habitación que teníamos era adecuada, el personal era servicial, el único inconveniente este año fue el ruido que encontramos debido a algunas obras de construcción, no nos disuadió de volver.

Uno de mis favoritos: las habitaciones son básicas pero más que adecuadas. Se prefieren los apartamentos alrededor de la piscina. Tumbonas, ducha y aseos disponibles. Afortunadamente, el salvavidas de turno nunca lo vio tener que hacer nada. Central para todos los servicios, cerca de la playa, en su mayoría plana y accesible.

Tuve mucha suerte porque mi apartamento tenía un balcón de buen tamaño con tumbonas y daba al sol.
El apartamento estaba bien equipado, las camas muy cómodas.
Bonita piscina y zona circundante con bar.
Entrada clave al complejo.

Bonito apartamento, limpieza algo olvidadiza a veces ;). Reserva superior, que son los apartamentos reformados. Estuvimos allí en enero, por lo que había suficientes camas en la piscina. ¡Nos gustó más tomar el sol en las camas de nuestra terraza, protegidos del viento!

Apartamento moderno pero con poca luz natural, lo que provoca que las habitaciones sean muy oscuras. No muchos apartamentos reciben el sol en la terraza, por lo que no es bueno para sentarse afuera. No volveré.

Great base, swimming pool seems to be covered in towels and not many people about, reception makes you feel welcome, place is very clean and tidy, bar facilities not to good, over all I would stay here again

Apartamentos modestos pero con todo lo necesario y todo nuevo. Muy buena ubicación, a 5 min.caminando de la playa. Personal muy profesional y siempre atentos ante cualquier duda o sugerencia.

Viajamos mi pareja y yo y hemos quedado encantados. El complejo es muy bonito situado en una zona muy tranquila, a poner pega, los restaurantes estaban en inglés casi no había restaurantes de comida española. Es una zona muy turística para el extranjero. Hay aspectos a mejorar:
- Solo hay wifi en la zona de la piscina y recepción.
- Limpieza mejorable ya que solo limpian 2 veces al día.
- No hay persianas, únicamente cortinas y muy translúcidas, por lo que entra muchísima luz en todo el apartamento. Mi apartamento era superior y había una ventana que ni si quiera había cortina, no me gustó ya que no había intimidad porque te podían ver perfectamente.
- El horario de la piscina algo escaso (10: 00 a 18: 00) algo a mejorar aunque he de decir que la piscina es muy grande y está genial.

The apartments where super clean and so was the complex. The staff where all friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic with lots of restaurants within minets.

Villa Florida is exactly as described. Currently staying here. Modern Spacious apartments (even 1 bedroom version). Clean complex in a central location on the main street for shops, bars and restaurants. Clean pool area and you are normally okay securing a sunbed too. There is a pool bar open Sunday to Friday and a main reception open till 11pm each day. It is a secure complex with key access to the grounds. No nonsense accommodation over 2 levels in village style apartments in Caleta well worth it's 3 stars.

Staff unhelpfull kids not allowed to play with inflatables (including a small 1) in the pool no music wii fii was poor ask reception anything they just say its nothing to do with us and somebody stole our towels.this place is mostly full of residents would defo not be coming back here water pressure in the rooms is non existant also

Complex is kept clean and rooms updated a bit were clean and had everything we needed. Didn't use the pool which was small. Pool bar had every drink you could want and produced a tasty pizza although probably frozen. Ten minutes walk to beautiful beach. Worth paying 10.50 Euros a day. Some Villa's are privately owned by English people.

Rooms are ok for what u need. No air con only fan in my room. Pool 10 till 6pm. Wifi is Ltd. To pool or reception. Beach about 10 mins away. Bars etc seem at moment to close around 10/11 PM. Not many longer.

Sinceramente el servicio de recepción espantoso, trato mal educado y ante todo sin tacto a los clientes. No lo recomiendo para nada aparte el dueño del bar haciendo ruidos con taladros y no dejaba descansar a los demás clientes. Los peores días sin duda de vacaciones de mi vida. Lovely apartment got upgraded when we arrived all staff very friendly. Lovely quiet relaxing holiday, not far from shops and bars. Will go back again.

Siamo stati benissimo! Piscina bella, struttura tranquilla. Un paricolare apprezzamento x la signora DANIELA della reception, sempre sorridente, gentile, molto premurosa! X qualsiasi domanda o problema, lei sempre pronta ad ascoltare e consigliare, davvero una petsona squisita, bravissima! Torneremo, anche x'c e'lei!

Brilliant stay with my family would definitely stay again.don't listen to the negative reviews I honestly don't know what's wrong with these ppl.supermarkets pubs restaurants near by.beach 10min walk away. Good idea to rent a car and visit morro jable and caralejo water park&beaches

Well what can I say we arrived just after 9pm checked in was given a room on the first floor (I asked for a ground floor due to a bad ankle) the room was flooding so went straight back to reception got allocated a new room which was lovely in the morning we were told to move again! The new room was lovely comfortable and modern with lots of good facilities. When we finally settled went to the pool to relax the sunbeds were horrendous half of them were broken so it was a fight in the morning to get one that wasn't. The pool area was closed off and was opened by the most miserable woman who worked there she didn't even say morning I've never experienced staff like this lot! We always use the pool bar and we were greeted by the most unprofessional arrogant bar man ever (cheerful Charlie) we only bought a one drink there. We ended up keeping the plastic glasses and bought our own from the lovely shop nextdoor a lovely couple who were always happy. We made our own drinks. The TV only had about 6 English channels but thats ok were not there to watch television. They were doing the children's pool when we got there and Jet2 must of had complaints becouse the reps came to take photos she tried to go up to the kids pool to take the photos and one of the guys who runs the complex got right in her face and started shouting very loud everyone at the pool turned around I couldn't believe what I was seeing the most rude staff I've ever experienced on holiday. One of the reception staff was awful too. Overall the holiday was a shambles but we met some lovely people and made the most of a bad experience. We will definitely not be returning

Useless absolutely Useless.my apartment door blew closed with a gust of wind with keys inside the room when I was sitting on the terrace. No 24 hour reception no emergency number. Called jet2 for help equally useless told me and my wife to sleep on the terrace no offer help or support. My wife's medication which she needs to take every nigh was inside the apartment jet2 just said go to hospital. Thank you Villa Florida and jet2. I'll never travel with jet2 again or stay at Vila Florida again.

We decided to spend few days in Caleta and find these apartments as best value to price offer. Staff was very helpful. Internet connection was fast and strong so I was able to do some remote work. There are shops nearby, short distance to the beach. 300 m in the direction of bus stop you will find amazing food served by local woman to the residents. Strongly recommend!

Ideal location lovely apartments friendly staff a bit of confusion surrounding pool opening times and a bit of noise from what looked like an emergency repair but apart from that no complaints whatsoever

Lovely Apartment in the Red Zone, disgraceful carry on, queuing for beds, same people on the same beds everyday, beds are disgraceful, most of them broken, you would get Whip lash, they just collapse from under you they are so old.
Bar on site open from 11am to 6pm, closed Sat. What a joke. Will definitely not return.

What a beautiful place it's clean close to everything you need will definitely be coming back here to stay again

The pool does not open till 10 am and then you have to queue to get in. The first few days we were unable to get sunbeds even though we queued from 9.40. The pool then close for 4 days due to covid. I must say Jet 2 did deal with the pool closure and it reopened for the last couple of days of our stay.
