Villas Don Rafael

I am amazed by this stay. So helpful staff; Sara the manager was incredible and so kind and solving our last minute booking late in the evening without problem (normally you have to book 3 days before. We booked 1 hour before) the cleaning lady Ariadne was always happy to us and kept our Villa spotless clean and our pool guy more silent but always greeting us with a smile. We will definitely come back here. Highly recommend this place! We had great 2 weeks here. Greetings Marvin & Ingrid

In a great location, close to the bars and restaurants with a Lidl just around the corner. Only thing that lets it down is the pool, it's freezing cold.

Beautiful views from the pool. Brigget was a gem. She went out if her way to help us. She helped us with car hire and where to eat. The villa has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Will be back as soon as possible. So quiet and clean.

The villa was amazing and very clean. The location was just so perfect and the pool was lot bigger and deeper than I thought.
Bridgette was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely going back again next year. We are familyof five and the villa was very spacious.

This villa was great. Wonderful space in a fabulous location. Views from the terrace of the sea and landscape.pool was larger than the average villa and on a spacious terrace. 5 mins from supermarket. 10 mins from the beech. Bridget was so helpful and also the cleaning staff so dedicated. Looking forward to returning. Would highly recommended

Lovely villa, great pool and terrace. Beds are uncomfortable, and villa could do with aircon or at least a fan in each bedroom. Good location near Lidl, the old town and the strip; but main bedroom is noisy because of the large avenue with quite a bit of traffic. Would recommend.

Brilliant location, fantastic views and a private pool with the villa and all mod cons.

It is a little tired in places but that should not get in the way of a cracking holiday

Loved it there. Very spacious and pool was warm when you got into it. The view from thr varanda was beautiful. Will be back

Excellent place to stay. Brigid is a fantastic person who greets you when you arrive. She is also very helpful with information.

So far, so good. The villa is immaculate, the receptionist is really helpful pointing out best places to shop. There was a complimentary bottle of Cava, bittle if water, tea, coffee, new dish sponge, even dishwasher tablets and a full bottle of washing up liquid. The safe box is complimentary too. After our first full day.the cleaners came and cleaned the whole pool area and balcony. All of the rooms look like they'd just had a deep clean.
The villa is very secure, very quiet, 5 minute wonder from some great bars that serve spot on food. All with a very good view of the coastline.
Nearly forgot.the tv has around 50 channels available.just enough to keep the kids quiet while we plan our day.

Villette da 6 persone ben curate e con piscina privata per ogni villetta. La vista spazia su tutto Puerto del Carmen ed il mare. Buona la privacy con le villette attigue. In 5 minuti a piedi si è in centro al paese, il ritorno invece, essendo in salita, è un pò più impegnativo. Si trova vicino alla strada principale quindi al mattino quando si parte per le varie zone dell'isola si evita il traffico del centro di Puerto del Carmen. Prezzo adeguato al servizio, ci tornerei sicuramente.

Viande d excellente qualité, très tendre en bouche. La cuisson demandée est respectée.
Les plats nous ont été servis rapidement et chaud.
A la fin du repas, un petit verre vous est offert (léger digestif très appréciable).
Hésiter pas à vous arrêter, ce restaurant en vaut le détour.
