Villas Ocean Dreams

Me acaban de cancelar la reserva a dos días de mi llegada sin previo aviso, ya estoy en la isla y me acaban de trastocar las vacaciones.

This is the best accommodation we have had in our many trips to Playa Blanca and Lanzarote. The villas are exceptionally kept by the tremendous staff.

The main host, Riccardo, is one of the best I have seen. We had a family issue during our time. He was a great support and couldn't have done more to help. Thank you Ricardo and Villa Ocean Dreams Team for everything.

Before leaving here we booked to come back again next year, which sums up perfectly our view. Before we even arrived the staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our pick up from the airport. The villa we were in was clean and spacious with cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a lounge, dining room, wash room, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in the villa we were in, I understand slightly smaller villas are an option. Towels, linen and basics like t-towel and washing up liquid were all here. Outside there is a BBQ, pool, lounge chairs, table and chairs and sun beds. All sturdy and good quality, none of your cheap plastic furniture.

If you like the idea of scooters, there is a parking zone outside. Handy for a quick trip for some basics. Otherwise you are only a few minutes walk from beach, supermarket and plenty of restaurants by the marina.

Simplemente perfecto. De estos sitios donde tienen claro que al cliente no le puede faltar de nada sin engañarle en el precio. No es barato, pero lo vale. Excelente.

Perfect stays every time (we’ve stayed 3 times so far)! Ricardo along with the other staff are lovely and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back every year!

Maravillosas villas al lado del mar. Bien situadas cerca de la Marina Rubicón. El personal muy atento y las las villas cuidadas y limpias. Muy recomendable!

Estupendas villas junto al mar, una zona muy tranquila y con varias opciones de ocio. Además me quedé muy contenta con la nueva excursión en velero que tienen en la que disfrute de una estupenda puesta de sol.

Amplia villa, me alojé con mi familia en una de tres habitaciones. Gran combinación que se incluya los servicios en el hotel volcán. El spa genial y la animación para los niños un lujo! Maravillosas vacaciones

Estancia muy agradable y permiten perros pde menos de 10 kg con un suplemento. Limpieza una vez a la semana y con vistas al mar. Muy céntricas, me encantó!

Estuvimos del 7 al 9 de diciembre hospedados en una de las villas y nada mas llegar el recepcionistanos nos dijo que el dia siguiente teniamos que dejar el alojamiento al medio dia, con la coletilla de: "nos os estoy echando" nos ha causado bastante incomodidad, el siguiente a las 11: 30 estaba la governanta, tocando en la puerta preguntando a que horas nos ibamos a ir, cosa que nos parecio tremendamente vergonsozo y molesto, y le prerguntamos a ella si era normal tocar y prerguntar a los clientes a que hora van a abandonar el alojamiento y nos dijo que si que era normal, bueno, nos tuvimos que ir sobre la marcha, com mal sabor de boca.unas tristes vacaciones ya que buscavamos tranquilidad y no la tuvimos.

We stayed at No 16, a 3 Bedroom Villa for 11 nights in August '18. The villa and indeed the complex was well presented and maintained. Pool and garden cleaner weekly. Villa towels changed every 4 days. Rooms and furnishings were lovely. Kitchen utensils were a little limited but Ricardo at reception was always able to help. Downstsirs windows all lock. Pool is a good size. Upstaris balcony furniture was a nice addition too. There are some really minor signs of ageing however, nothing that spoils a stay but things from an cosmetic aspect should be taken care of for next season to maintain its high standard. Access to the stunning Hotel Volcan across the road is a great bonus and its a less than 10minute stroll to some great restaurants and bars around Marina Rubicon.

My husband and i have just returned from a lovely villa in Playa Blanca but someone said to have a look at Ocean Dreams too. We popped in last week to enquire. I don't think we saw the same lady that clients reviews have said is friendly, welcoming & helpful! This lady was dismissive, (to the point of being rude), unfriendly & kept her head in her computer whilst we were asking for information about suitable villas for possibly our next holiday. It made us feel very uncomfortable & as though we were in the way! She gave us a piece of paper with names of villas on. Interesting though that i mentioned I'd e mailed the company that morning for info & not had a reply. Ten minutes after leaving her i received a link by e mail.
After reading some reviews saying how dated some villas are & experiencing her attitude that day, we most certainly WON'T be booking at Ocean Dreams (?).
What a way to treat prospective holiday clients.
We will keep with our friendly, helpful, local Playa Blanca chap who knows how to treat people with a smile!
