Gran lugar para entrenar triatlón durante el invierno. El hotel deportivo está bien equipado con todo lo necesario para el entrenamiento: piscina de 25 m y gimnasio. La ubicación es perfecta para agradables paseos en bicicleta o carreras junto al mar.

De verdad todo excelente. Junior suite amplia y confortable. Lo único es que el hotel no está en el mar, hay servicio de transporte y de todas formas se puede llegar a la playa en 10 minutos andando. Personal extremadamente amable, excelente catering, piscina climatizada.un descanso perfecto para relajarse en otoño.

La habitación estaba en buen estado y cumplió su cometido, sin embargo, nos sentimos decepcionados por un par de cosas:
El servicio de limpieza era terrible, irrumpían en las habitaciones después de tocar una vez, no sabían nada de inglés (lo cual obviamente está completamente bien, pero seguramente deberían saber las palabras para "volver más tarde", etc.). Los encontré excepcionalmente groseros. Tuvimos una experiencia especialmente mala en la que regresamos a un inodoro sucio lleno de excremento (no el nuestro) y también faltaba nuestra tarjeta de acceso. Tampoco cambian las sábanas y cuando llegamos había una mancha de sangre (no nuestra) que permaneció por el resto de nuestra estancia. Nos quitaron las batas de nuestra habitación y no las refrescaron. En general, desconfiaría del personal de limpieza debido a estas experiencias.

El personal de recepción del spa también fue increíblemente inútil.

Pagamos 30€ extra por noche por el jacuzzi, que sinceramente valió la pena.

El desayuno era muy mediocre (los gofres estaban buenos pero no entiendo por qué no están disponibles todo el tiempo)

Estancia agradable muy bien situada para visitar la isla.
El personal es realmente muy alegre y preocupado por el bienestar de los turistas.
La piscina climatizada es una verdadera ventaja.
La comida es buena y variada durante una semana.
Para nosotros no fue un problema pero debes saber que la animación no es el punto fuerte del establecimiento y que el servicio de todo incluido no es comparable al de otros establecimientos (a veces hay que pagar como los helados u otras bebidas y comidas). Son en momentos específicos)
Realmente satisface nuestras necesidades y expectativas.

Fantástico hotel para relajarse, un poco alejado del bullicio pero a un paso del mar y de los restaurantes.
Todo se mantiene muy limpio y ordenado, la habitación se limpia todos los días.
La gran piscina está maravillosamente climatizada, las otras dos no.
Durante nuestra estancia hacía 30 grados toda la semana, pero no tuvimos que encender el aire acondicionado.
Tenía media pensión.
El restaurante es tranquilo, el desayuno es más que suficiente y la cena es variada cada día.
Nuestra habitación tenía una vista de la piscina que en realidad no habíamos pedido, ¡así que fue fantástico!
Quizás el único inconveniente: no pensé que las camas fueran tan buenas, demasiado blandas y un poco bajas para nosotros.
Pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas gracias a Vitalclass y volveríamos en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, sobre todo en las habitaciones. Por todo lo demás, bien. Hotel tranquilo, comida normalita, bebidas adecuadas al precio del todo incluido. Por el precio que tiene, repetiremos

El personal muy amable. Las instalaciones buenas. Mi habitación, bueno, un apartamento de 50m. Sala con sillones, terraza, baño grande, dos camas en un dormitorio con vistas a la piscina e al amanecer.

Hemos estado una semana con todo incluido a final de septiembre. Desayuno, comida y cena bien. Bebidas aceptables. El personal de comidas y recepción, muy muy agradables, creo que es lo mejor que tiene el hotel.
La limpieza es lo peor, en la habitación te limpian por encima, algunos días no nos dejaban geles ni papel higiénico. Y la limpieza en general del hotel, puede mejorar y muy mucho.
El spa y las actividades de por la noche.ni idea, ya que no fuimos ni vimos ninguna.
Localización para visitar Lanzarote la mejor.

Nuestra estancia fué muy agradable porque todo el personal del hotel era super amable y servicial. El buffet bastante completo, la ubicación ideal para ir haciendo excursiones para conocer la isla.cada noche espectáculo.en fín todo muy bien menos el tema de la limpieza de las habitaciones. El segundo día cuando llegamos al hotel por la tarde nuestra habitación no estaba hecha. No dijimos nada porque un error lo puede tener cualquiera, pero es que dos días más tarde llegamos a comer y lo mismo, la habitación sin hacer. Mi marido fué a reclamar, y cuando acabamos de comer y fuimos a descansar a la habitación, la cama estaba toda levantada, con el edredón encima de un mueblecito.vamos, ideal para ponerse a descansar. Las camareras de piso no hacían bien su trabajo porque aparte la limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, y la gobernanta que es la que tiene que controlar tampoco lo hacía. Tampoco me parece bien que las toallas del spa se tengan que ir a pedir a la piscina (que está bastante lejos), y no tengan sus propias toallas allí.

Hôtel très bien situé pour pouvoir circuler dans l'île. Personnel poli et aimable. Toutefois un bémol à cette belle conception est l'existence d'une seule salle de repas beaucoup trop sonore.surtout avec les enfants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vitalclass hotel in Teguise, and I have to say that it was an excellent experience. Check in was prompt and efficient, my stay was pleasant and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay. The staff are absolutely lovely and always so helpful. I have visited Vitalclass several times now, and I am always made so welcome. It's always a great, relaxing holiday.

Si quieres descansar a tu aire este hotel es el ideal. Sus habitaciones en forma de apartamento están muy bien equipadas. Está situado en segunda lineas del paseo principal lo cual permite descansar sin ruidos por las noches.
El bufete no es bueno, siempre hay lo mismo y de baja calidad. No destaca por su oferta culinaria.
El personal es muy amable y dispuesto
El uso de las instalaciones deportivas se paga aparte.

Great place when visiting with children. 3 pools to choose from in the main area of the hotel plus an additional splash pool with water slides as well as dry playground.
Very close to Teguise Aquapark but further away from the town centre.

El hotel está bastante bien, tiene unas habitaciones amplia, el spa es básico, las piscinas están muy bien y la de niños con parque, un poco básico el Bufet que podría mejorar.

Really loved our stay here. We had an apartment room. It was huge and had everything we needed. The gym was great, and the spa lovely too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had such a relaxing trip and would stay here again.

Mala experiencia. Charco en frente de la habitación, spa frio y pequeño - cierra a las 5, bar de la piscina cierra a las 6, y la cena hasta las 9 de la noche. Comida bastante pobre y calidad pesima. Esta bastante lejos de todo, en una zona muerta al lado de una carretera principal. Los empleados parecen tristes, esto quiere decir que no se cuida al personal. El hotel está pensado más de cara al turista inglés.

Such an amazing experience. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, having a separate kitchen and lounge area. And a clean kettle which was a huge plus for me.
Things aren't on the doorstep but then that means it is quieter and you can relax. Places such as the beach are not too far. It is a 10 min walk to the beach and shops and maybe another 5 or 10 to the square. So easy to get around. The hotel provided a free taxi at certain times but they are cheap at around €3 to the square or back to the hotel. The pools are immaculate but 2 of the 3 are very cold as not heated but certainly refreshing.
Even as the week got busier with more guests there is always a bed by the pool available and we were a group of 4.
There are activities throughout the day, such as archery, tennis and rifle shooting, so you will never get bored.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, where Estelle and Pepe make up a lot of fun things to do and take your kids for a couple of hours so you can have a break, I mean miss them terribly for the two hrs
There food is varied and caters for everyone. I am quite a fussy eater but had no bad day. I would say half board is the best option as there are so many other restaurants nearby that do amazing food too.

Naff, understaffed. Food was over cooked, bland and no real vegetarian options. No food properly labelled. "All inclusive" here actually means semi inclusive as many drinks and snacks not included. Our room stank of cigarettes too.

Simply amazing. Started with champagne on arrival before going to our fabulous suite. Wine and beautiful cakes appeared in the room on my birthday. Food out of this world, chef Oscar really produces some amazing dishes. Waiter David looked after us and Anna behind the bar is funny and so warm and welcoming. This was a last minute booking but I'm confident that we will be back. Thank you to the whole team.

Je tiens tout d'abord à saluer la propreté de la chambre. J'ai séjourné dans une suite avec un grand balcon et un jacuzzi. Pour l'utilisation du Jacuzzi il faut payer 30€ par jour en supplément.
Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient assez bons et diversifiés.
Le personnel est accueillant et toujours disponible pour rendre service.
Dommage que la piscine intérieure soit payante 6€/h, car cette piscine fait partie de integrante du spar. Il est impératif de visiter les différentes plages de l'ile certaines sont tres jolies et environs à 25 minute à pied de l'hotel. L'hôtel propose aussi des navettes gratuites pour les plages.

Très bon hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses. La restauration est correcte.
Le front de mer est à 15mn à pieds. Et la première plage 20mn.
Sinon plusieurs piscines à disposition.

Just returned after 10 days at Vital Class, and we were glad to leave! The food was awful, constantly the same thing which was put out over and over again when it wasn’t eaten or disguised in another dish! Fish served two days then recycled into tomato sauce on day three the kids section was the same everyday, at one point the pasta had been out for so long it was rock hard, the chicken nugget type things were like rubber! At breakfast you could only get a drink from big jugs of water or orange, however the glasses absolutely stunk and were filthy! No real selection of fruit or veg just the same over cooked stuff, or half rotten fruit!

The rooms were spacious but very damp and smelled so, our clothes all felt damp after a few days and my children both ended up sick with fever and sore throats! We luckily were placed by the kids pool, the other rooms were dark and dingy. Across the road is some derelict buildings which appear to have people living in, lovely to look at on holiday

Last of all the kids club was a joke! Staff spoke hardly any English, nobody was watching if the kids went out of the building which was open for anyone to walk in and out of by the way! The staff would appear at 8.30 each night to do a kids disco which was just 20 minutes of them singing the same songs!

If it wasn’t for the fact that we hired a car and spent nearly everyday at Playa Blanca beach which was stunning, our holiday would have been a disaster! It was cold at the hotel most days and really windy, none of the pools are heated including the childrens pools! So glad to have left the people who have left a good review most either be thinking of the wrong place or have bottom of the scale expectations!

No suelo escribir valoraciones pero la verdad es que el hotel lo merece. Muy atentos desde el primer dia, las habitaciones son muy amplias con todo equipado. Las instalaciones de 10, tanto el gimnasio como las piscinas. El desayuno muy completo con alguna variación cada dia. Si quieres ir a Lanzarote a un lugar tranquilo y hacer algo de deporte para desconectar este es el hotel.

Mucho más bonito Costa Teguise que Arrecife (fuimos para cenar y poco más). La montaña de Tinaguache merece la pena subirla así como Caldera Blanca.

Just came back from some winter sun at this hotel in Lanzarote and I can not speak highly enough if it.

Where to start:

This is a family review not for the health and wellbeing side. Even though we did use the indoor pool and sauna facilities; Infrequently.

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stopped in. Absolutely highest standards.
The facilities including main pools, indoor pools, sauna steam rooms are immaculate.

The staff are amazing. So polite and really couldn't do enough to help. The staff make this hotel. From the cleaners to the hotel owner is everyone happy, polite and super friendly. Even helped support with my learning Spanish language.

The all inclusive is amazing, beers gin, prosecco and cocktails all on offer with some international brands.

This review comes from a family of four. The kids being 8 and 3.
The splash park is amazing the kids loved it. The main pool has a shallow end which is perfect and the middle pool is heated. This pool is a little deeper but only upto my 8 year olds waist.

Kids loved the all inclusive, juice and ice cream all day.

The food is first class, healthy and cooked fresh. Every night has a different theme. Steak night being my personal favourite.
Good food choices for the kids. Chicken nuggets, pizza and chips.
Breakfast was my personal favourite meal, full comprehensive breakfast; including fruits, meats and of course the option of a full English.

The disco bar is good with live music and a good old quiz. The décor in this bar is amazing so well presented.

Summary:
I have no idea this hotel is only a 4* easily a 5* +
Absolutely beautiful hotel, clean with absolutely amazing staff.
Food is first class
Tropical larger is lovely.
Weather was windy not the hotels fault:)

Buen sitio y buena habitación, terraza muy grande, desayuno buffet muy correcto pero comida escasa. El spa muy bueno con coste aparte.

A very good 3 *** hotel. About 20 minute walk to centre of Teguise. Hotel been closed for some time during pandemic and time been used to refurbish, we had a garden view suite, which was very spacious with lounge and kitchen area everything you could need was available. Spa was lovely you got one free pass with stay, would have appreciated more, had a manicure which was very good and well priced. Pool area was clean lots of beds available, the main pool was freezing cold, so not used much. Restaurant was nice, could always find something to eat but was becoming bit repetitive, and the cooking station could be little bit hit and miss, both Chritmas and New Year nights were very good. Main overall issue was lack of staff, not sure why as hotel didn't seem to be that busy, always had to wait for service, but can't fault the actual staff as everyone was pleasant and professional. The entertainment wasn't great and again repetitive.

Lovely hotel and excellent facilities. The service I received from the staff was excellent. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide choice. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is about 20mins walk from the main shops and restaurants but its an easy enough walking route and very safe and clean to walk at all hours. Would defo stay here again!

Estupenda relación calidad precio, habitaciones muy bien puestas, cuidadas y limpias.

Excellent stay. The facilities are top knotch (swimming pool, gym, restaurant.) The rooms were superb and the staff was very nice, always looking to help with the best attitude.

El Hotel perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, con su propio Gimnasio para poder seguir en forma, habitaciones amplias confortables y un servicio de calidad extra.

Nous nous sommes rendus dans cet hôtel fin septembre 2018. Formule en demi-pension. Petit déjeuner copieux et pour tous les goûts, note correcte au niveau du personnel. Le point faible pour ma part c'est la chambre qui n'est pas du tout au gout du jour et nécessiterai un rafraichissement general. Malgre un passage quasi quotidien du personnel de ménage odeur d'urine au niveau des toilettes.

Overall I would say that the hotel is definitely 3 star not 4 star. Food is average but kitchen staff and waitress are excellent. They are doing their best.
The worst is cleaining, beds are not always done, even if they are done they are poorly made and rooms are not left tidy as they should. Rooms definitely needs refreshing as they looks old and massage chair that is in the room is disgusting. It was 4 of us and we should have 4 proper beds not 3 beds and a mattress on the floor.

Been here twice. The food here is amazing. I'd come here just for that.

Big apartments decor slightly dated amenities good three pools. A pity not every thing was working in the fitness center but spent an enjoyable time in there and came out feeling refreshed. The food overall was ok.

En general bastante bien. La comida bien excepto la tardanza de la bebida. La piscina bastante correcta. Las habitaciones podrían ser mejorables pero no están mal. Y por último la atención al cliente en general bastante buena salvo algún que otro trabajador.

El hotel en si esta todo muy bien, lo único malo es que nos encontramos cucarachas en el apartamento, la limpieza fatal ya que el suelo no le pasaron una fregona en todo el verano, y debajo de las camas ni barren ya que nos encontramos de todo debajo (botella usada de otros clientes, papeles, goma de pelo, y suciedad) y en el baño la bañera habia muchos pelos de otros clientes. La zona del exterior genial pero la limpieza muy mala.

Nada de lo que esperábamos. Una decepción. Sucio y descuidado. La comida muy básica y corriente. Personal agradable. Ludoteca y zona de niños muy satisfactoria.

Lovely friendly hotel, staff are really helpful, food really nice, great facilities for children, mini waterpark is excellent. Rooms a bit dated but clean and the beds are comfy. Overall a good holiday.

Lovely and clean, but could do with an update. Staff very friendly. Spent 7 nights All inclusive in September 2018 and had a great time.

Rooms big but in need of a lot of updating. Room cleaning was variable. Food, service and restaurant excellent. Location was a 20 minute walk to resort. Buses to local areas were great and not expensive. Bus stop 5 min walk from hotel.

Habitación amplia, camas cómodas y con una buena terraza. La comida está bien, nada espectacular para un 4*. La música de animación en la piscina demasiado alta.
