White Tenerife

En la cima, estupendas excursiones, las ballenas nos hicieron un verdadero regalo viniendo hacia nosotros más de 15 mm, los delfines también estaban allí. Equipo muy profesional y súper amable, Muchas gracias al capitán por su regreso a la cima, me reí mucho y lo pasamos muy bien terminando bailando en el barco. Suerte al equipo

Nosotros optamos por el viaje de 4 horas en velero privado para nuestro grupo de 10 personas (incluidos 2 niños pequeños), fue perfecto. Barco en excelentes condiciones, tripulación (dirigida por el capitán Ryan) competente y atenta y programa perfectamente respetado. Increíble encuentro con ballenas (y navegación que las respeta). Te lo recomiendo mucho.

¡Buen paseo en barco! Personal muy amable y buena explicación sobre los animales que vimos. Además, nadar fue muy agradable y vimos algunos peces.

De 10 calificaría a 5, el personal amable refrigerio simple y seco, se negó. Realmente no pude ver las ballenas, solo sus aletas, ya que estamos dormidos, no hay delfines en absoluto, muy decepcionado, no volvería a ir.

Crucero de 5 horas absolutamente brillante. Vimos una manada grande de calderones y una tortuga grande. Nadar bajo Los Gigantes fue increíble. Almuerzo y muchas bebidas. Finalmente, el equipo fue genial y muy divertido. ¡¡Definitivamente hazlo de nuevo!

Fue maravilloso formar parte de White Tenerife. Gran equipo, nos atendieron muy bien. El barco no es demasiado grande, tienes una buena vista desde todas partes y sí, vimos muchas ballenas.
Me hubiera gustado que nos hubieran permitido nadar más tiempo y no haber tomado las fotos al final. Pero definitivamente recomiendo White Tenerife.
PD: la carretera estaba cerrada y casi llegaba tarde. El Tenerife blanco nos habría esperado hasta los 10 minutos, que al final no fue necesario. Pero ¡¡¡GRACIAS White Tenerife!

Nos lo pasamos muy bien con el equipo que fue muy amable. Estábamos flotando rodeados de delfines. Pequeño refrigerio y buenas bebidas. Gracias también a nuestro conductor de nuestro hotel y de regreso por su puntualidad.

Fue un gran viaje de 5 horas. Todas las bebidas estaban incluidas y el almuerzo también era delicioso y suficiente.
Los chicos del barco son simpáticos y divertidos. Vimos una gran familia de ballenas, pero ningún delfín.
El tiempo que pasamos nadando en el mar fue una excelente manera de refrescarnos, pero podría haber sido más largo.
El tiempo pasó rápido y había un grupo agradable y agradable de unas 70 personas.

Los encargados del barco fueron atentos y se preocuparan de que los pasajeros no estuviesen mareados y que estuvieran a gusto. La ruta para ver cetáceos fue entretenida y sin duda la volvería a repetir. Pusieron música y animaron a los pasajeros haciendo el rato a bordo inolvidable.

Esperienza da vivere. Avvistati tantissimi delfini e anche le balene (con i loro cuccioli). Equipaggio cordiale, catamarano estremamente pulito e accoglie un numero di persone che permette di godersi l'escursione a pieno. Davvero ecologico e a basso impatto ambientale.

The trip was amazing, we have seen dolphins and whales. The crew was helpful and friendly. One star taken for snorkeling. Short time and only 5 meters behind the ship so there were nothing to see underwater. For me not enough.

Una experiencia de 10! El trato de todo el staff súper atento con todas nosotras, no nos faltó absolutamente nada. Si estás pensando hacer una excursión no lo dudes.

2 minuti di bagno e 4 ore e 58 di viaggio.
Snorkeling, se vuoi, lo puoi fare infilando una cannuccia nelle reti della barca.
Il “pranzo” consiste in un piatto di plastica con riso del 2004 e pollo dell’anteguerra.
A 20 minuti dall’arrivo, si sono resi conto della sola che avevano tirato, e hanno iniziato a ballare e urlare per cercare di dare un senso a questa “escursione”.

Nuestra experiencia ha sido agradable, desde el momento de la reserva hasta el final de la excursión. Buena atención por parte de la tripulación, la comida bastante bien y el avistamiento de delfines y calderones súper. Pudimos ver muchos, además de tortugas. ¡Muy bonita experiencia! El punto negativo es en relación a las fotos que venden al final de la excursión. No me ha gustado la manera en qué lo hacen, ya que debería haber una comunicación previa. Además, el precio me ha parecido excesivo, 10 euros cada una! Porque si vas en grupo ya tienen preparada más de una foto.

Great trip with great hosts. So friendly, informative and welcoming. Beautiful boat and not too many people on board (about 25/30) which was great. We saw some Pilot whales and we think, dolphins (but not confirmed) but we feel that the boat should stay longer than the 20 mins or so of a 3 hour trip looking at/for whales and dolphins instead of the 3 stops on the way back, as that is the main point of the trip.

We saw whales, dolphins and turtles. I know you don’t always get the chance to see them but it’s worth a try cause it was a nice day out despite that.
The crew is nice, they are all kind and easy going people. They put music, they gave us a drink an one panini each. They stop at some stage and you can have a swim if you want. Everything was good for an honest price. I recommend them.

Super nice service with as hood crew on the boat. We hat the chamce to see a group of small whales and a few dolphins. Would do it again! Thanks to Lory for managing it.

Robby's tips and information were interesting and charmingly presented. We had a wonderful trip and would do it again anytime and can highly recommend it to anyone who is on Tenerife and wants to do a boat trip and watch whales and dolphins.

Great crew and perfect experience. We saw a lot of dolphins and whales, the crew and everyone tried to be as careful around the animals as possible to not harm or disturb them. The ship is really good and comfortable and it was great to have an opportunity to see the coast and the island from the ocean. I would happily recommend this team.

Incredible day with incredible staff. The people from the white Tenerife are extremely helpful, they help you out if you need to go to the toilet, or the other side of the boat. We saw some incredible whales and dolphins with one whale mother and her baby actually swimming underneath us.

The boat crew can really teach you something very interesting, they reduce noices around the animals to not disturb them and show a lot of respect and love for the animals.

During the 5 hour trip, which was enough time, we made a very beautiful swimstop in the protected bay, got a lot of beers, wine, water and juice, and on the way back we enjoyed some lovely paella and talked about the island of Tenerife.

Overall an amazing experience that I can really recommend to everybody. The one tip I can give you, is to bring a shirt or a jacket because it can be a little bit windy on a cloudy day.

Merci encore à White Tenerife pour cette excursion sur mer de 5h. Le temps de visite passe tellement vite avec bonne ambiance musicale et l’équipage adorable, service à bord mérite bien à 5 étoile. Siège confortable et 2 lits devant le bateau. 30 mins pour se baigner dans l’eau douce avec la vue magnifique. Les dauphines sont juste pas loin du bateau. Rapport qualité prix tres satisfaisant, à recommander vivement.

Brilliant excursion, great to be on a smaller catamaran and feel close to the water. The team were fantastic and took great care of all of us. Pilot Whales, Dolphins and swimming with the fish. Hard to beat.

Un día inolvidable! Pudimos ver a ballenas y delfines y el trato del personal de a bordo fue inmejorable, super atentos con nosotros.

Passeio de barco catamarã no sul de Tenerife. Viagem de 3 h, com bebida (sumo, água, cerveja) e comida (1 sandes mista com rucula). Vimos golfinhos e baleias bem de perto, momento ótimo e que permite apreciar as maravilhas da natureza.
No final paramos para um mergulho onde é possível ver alguns peixes e raias.
Pagamos 45€/pessoa nesta experiência e valeu a pena!
* na inscrição perguntaram se havia alguma intolerância que no momento se esqueceram (crítica construtiva, para estarem mais atentos). Cumpriram as 3h.
Staff no geral bastante simpático e que explica o que estamos a ver e um pouco mais de cada espécie.

Great value for the 5hr trip, the guys on board were so accommodating and friendly with as many drinks as we wanted, a beautiful stop for swimming and paella for lunch, served on board. Saw plenty of whales, dolphin's and turtles - we'll worth it!

We had an unforgettable experience with Victor as our captain! We were actually the only 2 to show up and they could have cancelled on us but went ahead with the charter anyway, as we are on our honeymoon we were unbelievably grateful! We saw pilot whales and dolphins and stopped in a beautiful cove for snorkeling. Victor was so knowledgeable and happily answered all our questions and offered food and drink along the way. The catamaran is so lovely with comfortable seating, we would absolutely recommend to anyone looking at this “chill out” excursion. Stop searching and book this one now, I did hours of research and so glad I did as it paid off!

This was a fabulous experience, must do when visiting Tenerife! Amazing quality and experience for the price, we saw whales and dolphins and they swam right up to the boat. The unlimited wine/beer and delicious paella lunch was perfect too! The crew was incredible as well! 10/10! 5hr trip was worth it!

Nefasto el atendimiento de la chica que coge las llamadas.
Tengo un bono de grupon para la actividad del velero + catering y llamo para solicitar mi reserva para hacer dicha actividad. Me comenta que no tienen fechas ahora disponibles antes de que se me caduque el bono.
Su solución es que le envie el código del bono para ellos canjearlo y cobrarlo y ya me darán fecha.
Quien me garantiza a mi que me darán fecha o que me realizan la actividad?

Y para colmo muy mala CONTESTACIÓN de la telefonista la cual llamo para comentarle la situación y mientras hablaba me interrumpió con un " Shhhh"mandandome a callar y que me las arreglará con grupon para que me devuelva el dinero.

Great catamaran with a fun happy crew, saw a lot of whales and were given informative chats by the crew. Drinks served throughout with a banana and cheese & ham roll as the snack. Had a beautiful day on the sea and in the sunshine

Best trip ever!
Viktor, our host was brilliant. He was very informative and took us to where all the sharks were. It was a fab day for us and he was also very good at pouring wine and making us paella.

We will do it again on our return.

The staff was highly attentive and had a professionell appearance. The only negative point to mention is that the so called „iroffollo“ for attracting attendance did not work probably. That’s why the whales didn’t come close to our boat whereby another boat ahead of us and which was equipped with a better quality iroffollo had whales that could be watched from half a metre away. But all in all a pretty nice experience!

The trip was perfect. We saw dolfins and whales and the crew was very friendly. But it has nothing to do with eco. The sails of the catamaran where never used. The tour whas completely moterized. I find this misleading.

La excursión con Federico nos encantó, muy agradable. Hizo un día estupendo, la navegación fue muy plácida y pudimos ver calderones muy cerca del velero. Finalmente tomamos un baño y comimos un sándwich con una buena cerveza. Muy recomendable

Had an excellent trip on the catamaran. Saw plenty of whales and had around half an hour of snorkelling.

The staff were all really friendly and attentive making sure everyone had plenty to drink.

Food was a cheese and ham sandwich, banana and plenty of water, soft drinks or wine and beer

Vale la pena compartir estas 5 horas de viaje con ellos. Un personal muy amable y muy atento, informan de todo los pasos que dan, ofrecen bebida y comida continuamente.

Hicimos la ruta de 3 horas de avistamiento de delfines y ballenas. ¡100% recomendable!

Fue una experiencia única poder ver una tortuga, disfrutar del revoloteo de los delfines y escuchar como se comunicaban, además de ver y seguir a un grupo de ballenas durante unos buenos minutos.

La tripulación muy atenta, amable y con buenas explicaciones durante todo el recorrido. Además, se notaba gente comprometida con la naturaleza y muy atentos para no interferir con las ballenas.

Booked the trip for girlfriends birthday, absolutely fantastic trip! Picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off, staff are completely and utterly amazing! Saw dolphins and pilot whales which was immense ️ Will definetly do another trip again when we come to the island again!

Sortie annulée sans nous même prévenir, sous prétexte de mauvais temps. Heureusement nous avons pu partir avec une autre compagnie. La météo était parfaite, nous avons vu 2 espèces de dauphins et une baleine pilote:) Je pense que l'équipage du White Tenerife avait annulé car ils n'avaient pas assez de clients pour remplir ce très grand catamaran. Je déconseille donc vivement, et vous coneille de chercher une compagnie plus respectueuse de ses clients.

Capitán Felix is really good! Super fun in this 3 hours trip, he explained clearly about everything, we saw dolphins and whales and also had good swimming.
Suggestion: if you are seasick pls take pills before on board.
船很不错！ Felix船长特别友好。看到了海豚一家子，还有鲸鱼，还有很多海鸥，很愉快的经历。就是有点晕船。一定要上船前就吃好药。

Nos encantó! Fui con una amiga a la que tenia que impresionar y vimos ballenas piloto, una ballena Roncal y delfines! La atención por parte del capitán Angel, Víctor y Shandon fue increíble! Ellos nos explicaron todo lo que la naturaleza podía permitirnos ver y fueron muy responsables con los avistamientos. Mi amiga quedo impresionada! Great great atenttion

Hicimos una excursión de cinco horas y la experiencia fue estupenda: nos mostraron cómo se hace un acercamiento a los calderones, con toda sensibilidad por su hábitat. Son buenos conocedores de lo que enseñan y lo trasmiten generando conocimiento y respeto. Además, los tres componentes de la tripulación fueron encantadores, nos indicaron con toda simpatía qué ver y dónde comer en la isla. Gracias, chicos

Sin duda alguna, de las experiencias mas bonitas que echo en mi vida, es parada obligatoria, nosotros contratamos la excursión en la misma Isla, sin duda alguna la volvería a repetir, es super emocionante, la tripulación es super atenta, servicio de catering, vino, cerveza, todo ilimitado, hicimos la excursión de 5h y se nos paso volando, ademas que vimos ballenas i delfines

Una experiencia inolvidable. Contraté 3 horas de catamarán con baño y todo fue perfecto. La comida en el barco excelente. Pero lo mejor es que toda la tripulación nos transmitió su respeto por la naturaleza. En todo momento paraban el barco para sacar plásticos e incluso salvaron a una tortuga enganchada a una red de pesca. Mágico. Recomiendo la empresa y la experiencia.

We had the sailboat tour to see the Wales and dolphines. Our Guide and kaptain (An older man) was verry friendley and super attentative. Had a super positieve spirit and his entent is to have the best possible experience and see as mich as possible. Hè asked if we want something to drink and made some sandwiches and all was arranged. You can make use off the entire boat. I would highley recomend this one!
