Gran lugar de alquiler. Propietarios amables y serviciales. Recomendé algunas rutas realmente geniales para recorrer. Completamente satisfecho. Volveremos ya que visitaremos Tenerife una vez más.

Contraté una emtb de doble suspensión y una mtb rígida por un día. Buen servicio, precio decente y bicicletas y buena recomendación de ruta local. El depósito fue devuelto rápidamente. Sin duda lo usaría nuevamente.

Quizás la mejor y más profesional tienda de alquiler de bicicletas que puedas encontrar. Calidad de bicicletas, servicios, transporte y también atención en varios idiomas y con los mejores precios. Al nivel de los clientes más exigentes.

Mala experiencia con Bicisport Wilier en Tenerife. Alquilé una bicicleta en esta tienda y la devolví al final de las 2 semanas, en buenas condiciones, no me caí ni dañé la bicicleta. Me acompañaban 2 ciclistas que pueden dar fe de ello. El arrendador entonces no me hizo ningún comentario, no me informó de ninguna anomalía. Después de una semana, de vuelta en Francia y sin noticias de Bicisport Wilier, contacté con ellos porque no me habían devuelto la fianza de 50€. Para mi gran asombro, ¡me rechazaron con el pretexto de dañar la bicicleta! ¿Por qué no haber hecho un inventario juntos? ¿Cómo puedo probar mi buena fe cuando ya no estoy? El arrendatario afirmó que no tuvo tiempo cuando nunca hubo nadie en la tienda y tampoco nadie cuando le devolvieron la bicicleta. Cometí el error de confiar en él y debería haber tomado fotos y videos de la bicicleta para dar fe de su estado. También tenga en cuenta que el kit de reparación no se podía usar: no era la llave del tamaño correcto para quitar la rueda y la cámara de aire porosa. Por lo tanto, estoy muy decepcionado y no recomiendo en absoluto Bicisport Wilier Tenerife.

Alquilé una bicicleta Wilier de estos muchachos por una semana. Excelente moto, en perfecto estado. Casi 500 km con más de 10.000 mtr.de altitud Ascenso suave y descenso rápido, ¡excelente elección! Calificación de cinco estrellas bien merecida. Espero volver a verlos a finales de año.

Very helpful and nice owners. There was lots of spareparts in the shop. We needed a bike in a hurry because mine got broken during the flight. Got a nice Wilierbike for 5 days. We can warmly recommend to hire a bike here.

Both the boss and the son are extremely friendly. I borrowed the bike practically at the last minute. The bike was perfect for climbing le Teide. In any case, when I return to Tenerife, I will not look for other solutions, but contact Bicisport. Thank you for a unique experience, Uroš

Hired a road bike for 5 days. Really good communication before I got to TFS and easy delivery/return. Bike was in great condition. I lost the tool bag on a ride but another was supplied straight away. Can't fault the service. Big thanks.

Well prepared Willier in great condition. Good English spoken and prompt hire and return process. I will use them again on my next trip to Tenerife.

Estafadores. He comprado una Catalina con el eje pedalier, lo monto y está muy descentrado ni regulando los cambios ciempre rosa al dar vuelta a la Catalina, le llela bicicleta empujando al siguiente dia a la tienda para que lo vea y me lo cambie o me devuelva el dinero y se negó. He tenido muchas bicicletas y soy mecánico. No hay que ir más son unos estafadores.

My experience with services could not be better. I rented Wilier bike, which was in great condition. Owner gave me advice about beautiful bike trips. I belive that i will come again soon.

We had rented 5 bikes with delivery into the hotel, and I have to say that this has been the most profesional and efficient service I have received in long time. Toni and Erik were fantastic when we identify a broken wheel the day of delivery and they immediately came and changed the wheel late in the evening. Really efficient and helpful, great job! Thank you. The quality of the bikes are really great and so is the service.

Hired a road bike here. Very helpful as I wanted it for the Saturday and owner allowed me to collect on the Friday and return on the Saturday. As they are closed Saturdays he arranged for his son, Erik, to open up when I phoned him in order to return the bike. Top marks for customer service and friendliness. This is a Wilier specialist run by father and son, serious bikes for serious cyclists. Rental and sale of bikes including road, Mtb and electric bikes. Competitive prices. Don’t normally leave reviews but feel compelled to do so as the rating on here doesn’t seem right. Definitely a 5/5 place, lovely owner, very efficient and they will take care of everything you need. 5 stars

I don't understand the low rating; this is a professional bicycle shop with top tier products. The owner is a friendly Italian who speaks fluent English, French, Spanish, Italian and was nothing but helpful and always with a smile.
Reading the reviews below, complaining about high prices.if you bring in your kid's bike into a professional center where they will use premium parts obviously the price is going to be higher.

I rented a Wilier SLR in January 2022 voor a full week which had a nice wheel set (rim brakeS), the result was a lightweight bike which gave me a lot of fun in the Tenerife hills.

On my visit next year I will book my bike again in this shop which is a bit hidden away, making it a true gem!

I honestly have no idea why Bicisport Tenerife does not have more 5* reviews. I have been going to this store for over three years and I’ve only had a fantastic service. The guy in charge is a real friendly man and thankfully he speaks perfect English. He is always smiling and no job is too small for him. I took my bike in again today for him to solve a problem with the gears and he put this right for me immediately. He didn’t charge me for his time and I really appreciate that. This is why I will always return to Bicisport Tenerife. I don’t expect free service but it was just a nice gesture. Thanks again.

Top Service! Es gibt eine riesige Auswahl an Fahrräder und alles was dazu gehört. Es wird Deutsch gesprochen und man ist super freundlich. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ️

Problemas en un mes tres veces con la misma camara. No se hacen cargo de la garantia, no entregan, ni recibo, ni ticket, ni factura.

El horario deben cambiarlo, pone a las 11 el sábado, son las 12 y 10, tras una hora de espera aqui no aparece nadie.

Como tienda no se que ofrecerá pero la atención al cliente por parte del personal es de lo peor.

Como taller es muy muy caro. Reparación, mano de obra y repuestos carísimos. Si tienes una bici normal de niño te cuesta menos comprarla nueva que repararla ahí. No está justificado el trabajo con la factura que te presenta. Ahora como tienda de venta de bici profesionales y asistencia para profesionales imagino que esté bien, pero como taller para reparación no lo recomiendo para nada! Si vas ahi te recomiendo pedir presupuesto con antelación antes de reparar para no asustarte después con la cuenta final!

La atención al público deja mucho que desear, pero mucho. Se ve que no les pagan por ser amables e intentar ayudar! Nada recomendable, hay tiendas mucho mejores
