Tienda de teléfonos horrible. ¡Muchas razones! Sofia, la dueña, me vendió un teléfono malo, siempre con errores.no lo arreglaría, solo dijo que no usara Facebook Messenger en él. Servicio y teléfono caro pero de baja calidad. Tomé una foto de pasaporte para identificación.la mitad de mi cabeza desapareció gradualmente de los ojos hacia arriba con un color amarillo. Ella no arregló. La dueña Sofia es una vieja bruja desagradable con su novio que tiene la mitad de su edad trabajando para ella. Evite este lugar poco profesional a toda costa.

I have changed the battery of iPhoneX there. The price is 45 Euros which is fine. The attitude of the guy who works there is nice.
But. At the very beginning the guy told me that I only need to wait for 30 mins to get my battery changed. And at the day of repairing the women told me to wait for 1 hour, okay no problem, after 1 hour I came back. She told me to wait for another 1 hour, okay, 1 hour later, she told me to wait for another 2 hours. Lol. I did waste the whole morning by waiting there and doing nothing cause I badly need the phone to do my job. Why not just tell me to come back at several hours later then I can prepare for that.
And the most important thing is that the bottom side is damaged. One screw is totally broken. And I can never sell this iPhone with good price after I don’t need it. Well, very ugly and it’s kinda hard to open the phone again. Sad.
Una experiencia muy triste. Pero no tengo más tiempo para pedir una compensación, seguro que se va a tardar mucho y no sé si puedo cobrarla.
El chico de la tienda está amable, la mujer es un poquito fuerte, buscó muchas excusas cuando tenga problema. Y nada más.
