Fui desde Barcelona expresamente a ver una casa anunciada, y cuando iba a pedir la hipoteca (preaprobada) me hicieron la jugarreta de darselo a alguien que les daba el dinero al contado y eso que lo pregunté cuando lo fuí a visitar! Una perdida de tiempo y dinero, gracias.
