Preciosa estancia, en un apartamento donde hay todo lo necesario para comer tranquilamente y los espacios están bien organizados, además disfruta de una vista impresionante de toda Barcelona. Excelente ubicación porque cerca hay muchos supermercados abiertos hasta tarde incluso durante los días festivos.

Excelente ubicación, departamento súper espacioso. Habitaciones muy tranquilas para dormir excelente.

Cómodo apartamento en un barrio bonito y tranquilo. El metro está a unos 200 metros del apartamento. Personal amable y servicial. La oficina se encuentra no lejos del apartamento y puedes dejar tu equipaje en caso de necesidad.

The photos are misleading, dark and dingy apartment with bad moisture. Floors are so filthy that the soles of your feet turn black from only a few minutes inside. Noise from other people can be heard like they are inside the apartment. For 2300 euros I expected it to at least be clean.

Great apartment in really good location near to Sagrada Familia and right next to metro station. Plenty of bars and shops nearby and beach is only a bus drive away. Good apartment for family of 5 and rooftop area with sun loungers was an extra bonus! Great customer service from AB Apartments. Digital key access was very easy. Would stay again!)

Stayed there for 3 nights with my family. Everything works well in the apartment. I was impressed by the online check-in system and the e-keys. They are definately convenient and secure for the tourists. The rooms are clean, with abundant city guidance inside. You can find everything you need.:)

I stayed as a solo traveller for 32 days in May 2023. I was a bit wary of letting agents as you hear some bad reviews and did a lot of research first, checking reviews etc
as I live in Ireland.

My daughter is renting an apartment in Barcelona long term through AB apartments and she recommended them having tried several other agents first which she didn’t find very helpful. They also speak very good English which is a godsend if your Spanish is not very good.

Coming from a banking background with 33 years experience in customer service I can honestly highly recommend AB apartments.
They are very professional, well organised and always reply promptly if any queries or issues arise.

I felt very secure in the ground floor apartment in Carrer de Grau i Torràs as apartment has security systems in place.

Sono stata una settimana ospite presso l'Ab apartment. La posizione è strategica, accanto alla metro Sagrada Familia. L'appartamento è spazioso e moderno. Il check in rapido e facile. Sono stati gentili e ci hanno lasciato entrare prima dell'orario stabilito. Consigliato!

First time I rent an apartment in Barcelona for my stay and I can't stop praising the apartment itself, that was even better than the pics, with all the appliances that you need for your stay (specially a coffee machine) but also the staff. I had a small issue with my virtual key, and they were fast solving that, and even stayed on the phone with me until I get inside the apartment. They were fantastic! I will come back to Barcelona next year, and I'll stay in one of their apartments, no questions asked.

Just a spanking new apartment, right by the subway. A safe, clean neighborhood near the Besos River. Perfect for a run, which I did several times. AB Apartments were communicative, helpful and friendly. Easy check in and very quick in response. Great for a family—we had six. It was perfect for our holiday visit to Barcelona.

Nice Apartment in a safe and relatively calm area. Both bathrooms and kitchen were fresh.we had problems with wrongly registered email from my side that they helped correct it really fast!

We have worked with Apartment Barcelona for over 5 years when we take groups of students to Barcelona to study in the summer and they have always found excellent apartments for us. Appartamento carino ma abbiamo avuto difficoltà e l assistenza si è rivelata assente o non in grado: la chiave elettronica più di una volta non ha funzionato, rientrando la sera alle 23 con 2 bambini piccoli il portone del palazzo (con chiave elettronica) non si apriva, l assistenza che doveva essere disponibile, dopo diverse chiamate ha risposto ma non riusciva a risolvere. NON È VENUTO NESSUNO AD APRIRE siamo stati fortunati. È arrivata una signora che abitva nel palazzo e ci ha aperto.
Assistenza assente anche per il phon rotto: segnalato per tre giorni, non sono stati in grado di cambiarcelo

Magnifique appartement. Bien situé. Service impeccable.
Peu de fenêtres avec vue sur l'extérieur sauf dans les chambres, mais l'espace est très agréable et confortable. La cuisine n'était pas aussi bien équipée que ce que j'aurais souhaité, mais rien de catastrophique non plus! Je recommande!

La mejor experiencia que he tenido nunca en un apartamento! Toda mi vida he vivido en Barcelona pero por motivos personales tuve que alquilar por unos meses otro apartamento. Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir como si no me hubiese ido de mi casa y realmente ese alojamiento se convirtió en mi hogar cuando más lo necesitaba. In two words: Amaizing experience! In more words: From the get go, everything was fairly easy, the reservation process and all that Jazz. We needed to enter earleir than the programed entry hour was, due to two in our party being recently inyured and needed to place ice and heat on out legs, and they worked it out to make it possible. The pictures are really reliable with what you got: we needed a place for 6, with 2 complete bathrooms a living space and thats exactly what we got! Very confortable, with all that was needed: towels, bed sheets and the works. It was chilly when we got there, but it was because I hadn't found the thermostat and that was fixed quickly. We had everything we needed to cook and clean up as well. As of location, couldn't be better! Right on the corner of Plaza España and with a great hub metro station on your disposal just 20 steps from the door. It was all that anyone with the desire to discover Barcelona needs! Just an A+ experience, which if my travels take me back to Barcelona, I would def repeat.

El apartamento, tenía de todo lo necesario. Muy acogedor, hemos disfrutado toda la familia. Con parada de metro prácticamente en la puerta y frente a un centro Comercial para ultimar alguna compra. Muy buena la atención de AB Apartamento y en concreto Eva que ha estado en todo momento pendiente, si nos surgia alguna duda la resolvía en cuestión de minutos, un 10. Si volvemos repetiremos.

It has been 50 days since I left the apartment rented by them, 20 days since I was suppose to receive my deposit, and 8 times of sending them the SAME bank account, name and all details and still no return has been made.

Each time, we have been patient, with them telling us it is on the way, or it will be done tomorrow, or you will have it in your account by the end week.

Everyone has been kindly saying that it is getting done right away, but there has been no result. It’s just not acceptable! I also went to their address directly and still nothing! Especially since we were never late on rent.
I hope you take IMMEDIATE action to return our money.
I look forward to the proof of transaction ASAP before legal action is taken.

We are staying in an apartment in born for a year here whilst me and my housemate complete our placement years. The apartment is beautiful and such good value for money, the location is great and everyone at AB Apartments has been so helpful in assisting us with any issues we’ve experienced. We couldn’t fault the place and are just so happy to be living here for the year. We have a lot of friends completing Erasmus years as well and they have had a lot of issues with their rental agencies/ tenants. We are lucky to have had only positive experiences with AB! Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing! I am currently living in one of their apartments for a year, and have been here for a month. When I moved to Barcelona from the states I knew absolutely nobody. I was incredibly nervous to start a life here. AB apartments have made everything so easy, and have made me feel so at home in a new country. The customer service is incredible. They handle every little issue incredibly fast and with a lot of kindness. I have absolutely no complaints and recommend AB apartments to everybody!

They are not friendly. And the Communication is not good nor the customer service. They so not consider the power of language and hospitality

The house is located in a suitable area for busses and metro station. The house is super comfortable, greatly equipped with almost everything. Heating and hot water always. Park Guell and metro El Carmel in a no more than 10 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood and flats and the administrators always on time on what we asked and wanted!
Definitely recommended and for sure another visit for us!

Appartement très bien, rien à dire dessus.
Cependant, cela fait plus d'un mois que j'attends ma caution (pas loin de 2000€) et cela fait 2 semaines que l'on me dit "oui oui vous l'aurez d'ici vendredi".
Donc pour les appartements 10/10 mais pour le service associé 0!
Voleur et escroc sont les mots d'ordre.
Après 6 mois sans une seule demande de ma part je vous trouve gonflé.
A ÉVITER, c'est apparement loin d'être un cas isolé.

I stayed with AB's flat for more than one year, the customer service team has been very helpful. Compares to other agency, the price is not as economic but for tourist/ few months stay, the paperwork and document flow are very easy and clear. Regarding to the deposit, need to consider the possibility of getting deduction and always take pictures when there is disagreement. After months of staying, I found AB very reasonable and understanding, I think it was a worthy and nice experience with them.

Amazing service! I was first greeted by a lovely young woman on their fast and responsive facebook chat, who helped me through the next steps of my booking. Me and my family had an amazing stay in one of their apartments and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

They delivered the apartment in bad conditions and after made us pay for things that was already defaulted with the security deposit money!

Great location. Appartment: clean, very well equipped, quiet place and surroundings. Near Girona (L4) metro station and many sightseeing objectives - like Sagrada Familia, La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya (link with Aerobus to the Airport). Everything was fine, we didnt experienced unpleasant things.

The appartement was very good located. We had a great stay. The staff was very helpfull and they stayed in contact with us during our stay.
The only remark we had, is that the mattresses where to soft, espacially for 2 frinds who had backache.

A pior experiência que podia ter. A casa é entregue cheia de defeitos, como por exemplo vazamentos, que durante sua estadia danificam o local. Com isso, eles pegam seu deposito de segurança para arrumar esses defeitos e ao final inventam uma desculpa qualquer e não o devolvem.

We had great vacation in a nice apartment near Guell park. Cozy and clean with big balcony. AB Apartment staff was verry helpfull. We were able to leave our baggage on their office in last day of stay.

Daylight ROBBERY - AVOID AT ALL COST
All our valuables (Computer, money, jewellery) got STOLEN during the day while staying in one of their apartments. The door was not broken, someone has definitely access to the keys. Scroll down the reviews and you will see COUNTLESS example of people with the same experience. Obviously they will prentend that this has never happened before.
Absolute SCAM, NEVER NEVER NEVER book with these guys

Apartment Barcelona offered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The apartment is marketed for 6 people, but can only accommodate 5. There is a couch in the leaving room, which is supposed to sleep 2 people, but is only 110cm wide. We asked for extra bed sheets (so my daughter can sleep on an armchair) but we were told to go to hell twice. I had to threaten legal action (and payment blocking) to get them to deliver a set of bed sheets. The conditions in the apartment were poor. The 2 balcony doors were broken - see photos. The balcony doors could not be closed. It took us a while to realise that the solution is to crank up the heat to compensate for the cold coming from outside. The bathrooms were rusted and the drains were clogged. The furniture throughout the apartment is either broken, heavily scratched or does not work as intended. The microwave oven was broken. We did not try to wash anything and therefore cannot comment on the washer/dryer. It is not clear to me who is responsible for maintenance. The apartment seems to be owned by a Chinese investment company.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, en una zona muy tranquila pero con vida. La terraza estupenda para desayunar. Y el personal muy atento, nos ayudo a buscar un taxi el día que salimos.

We have been robbed by someone with duplicate (the door was not broken)! AB barcelona did not help at all. They pretended that it has never happened before. But guys, check at the other comments below, that's what they do quite often!
Don't ever book with these guys, it is just a scam
