AC Hotel by Marriott Diagonal L´Illa

Mención especial para la ducha grande y fácil de manejar con una sola mano, regulable en altura Muy limpio, tranquilo, buen desayuno, habitación grande, creo que me pasaron a una habitación grande, dormí muy bien.

Las habitaciones del hotel son muy grandes y espaciosas. El personal fue muy agradable y amable con nosotros.
El desayuno también era bueno, aunque en comparación con otros hoteles de Marriott, la elección (especialmente de platos calientes) era muy pequeña.
En general, lo recomendamos;)

We had a really nice stay in this hotel in Barcelona, very clean and large room, friendly staff! There are many resturants and shops close by.

Excelente hotel. La cama es muy cómoda y el personal es muy amable y servicial. Nos sentimos como en casa.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. It’s attached to a mall and there’s a grocery store and laundry facilities near by. Room is huge. Housekeeping is great. They’re super detailed do a great job. Front desk is the best! They are down to earth, super welcoming and try their best to meet your needs.

We walked every where but it’s also super easy yo catch a cab outside the hotel or take transit. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Barcelona. Close enough to the popular spots but sooooo quiet at night where we had the best sleep!

Great hotel in a nice location near shopping, restaurants. Close enough to Camp Nou… Rooms are very clean and modern. The staff were great. Amelia is awesome. She was very helpful, shared great restaurants and other recommendations that made our trip even better. Whole-heartedly recommend this hotel.

One of the rest receptionist/manager ever: Rosana! One of the best breakfast ever too. It's worth paying for.
Gym is sad and small (sorry), but that seems normal in Spain/Europe in general.
Room was great (TV didn't work in the bedroom, no biggie). But we loved the stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is A+ all around

First and foremost, the establishment is as only as good as the staff. Here, the establishment stands tall, thanks to: Susana (don't worry, I asked this incredible superstar to please pose for a pic so I can share w you lovely folks!) She was a tour de force of politeness and professionalism that I've never encountered at a property in Many years (ESPECIALLY you Marriott).
She really was the standout on our stay here. The hotel sports a lovely minimalist lobby that feels like you've become part of some art exhibition when you're there. However, once you hit your floor, the cold concrete feel has a pleasant 1980's cold war feel to it. Fret not, the rooms are huge.
As a Titanium Elite member, we received a room upgrade thanks to the lovely Susana as well as a breakfast upgrade for only $5 Euros a person. The breakfast, btw, was amazing. It features tons of quality chorizo, Jamon and other delicious cuts of porkp

Nice clean modern hotel in a good location. Walkable and convenient. The manager Amelia Jimenez was very nice, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Additionally, at the front desk Rebeca Soto was also very kind and helpful as well. These two individuals made the experience that much more enjoyable. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. All around great value and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Barcelona.

Not sure why anyone would live this hotel less than a five out of five. Not sure what people expect that this hotel is beautiful, modern, in a great location right beside them all so you can do shopping get ice cream, beautiful set up, come on people let’s be a little realistic. And I think it’s a great price as well. I would not hesitate twice on staying here again

Es un hotel perfecto como todos los AC. Tamaño habitación grande, camas extra, personal muy profesional y atento.

Very helpful and attentive staff. The location is not close to any of the tourist places but that works out just fine for us. Most of the locations worth going to are only about 10 mins by taxi and cost between 6-10 euro. The hotel is in the business area so there are quite a few nice places to eat around here, especially the cafes. I'd rather stay here than close to La Rambla.

This hotel is in a great location right at the mall. Close to everything and not expensively parking fee for the day. Big rooms ideal for a family

Very modern rooms with all amenities including espresso machine in the room. Service was mediocre, except for Rebeca who was amazing and very helpful!

We had an amazing stay. Excellent and attentive service. Huge and comfortable rooms. Everything was clean and communication was easy. Definitely recommended.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks there. Very clean and organized. All receptionist were extremely helpful and friendly and prompt to attend every request we made.

Love the location of this hotel and the quality of its rooms. Breakfast, really bad, managed by overwhelmed people and with poor food and beverages offer. Many options of better breakfast available at close by L'Illa shopping mall.

Sympatyczne, klimatyczne miejsce w samym centrum Barcelony. Stąd 45 min piechotą do placu Catalunia, 30 min do dwóch domów zbudowanych przez sławnego Antoni Gaudí, 20 min spokojnego spaceru do legendarnego stadionu i muzeum FC Barça. W zasięgu ręki Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Thomas Sabo i inne butiki popularnych domów mody. Uwielbiam tętno Barcelony a dzięki położeniu tego hotelu mogłem chłonąć energię tego miasta w samym centrum! Está bien lindo el hotel, pero le queda cerca el tranvía no le queda tan cerca el metro, igual el ticket funciona para ambos. La zona es segura y sirve para ejecutivos.

The best AC Hotel in Barcelona in terns of confort and luxury. Many placec to eat both in the mall where the hotel is and also nearby. Parking though is expensive as hotel is in the mall actually.

Got upgraded to presidential suite. Good sized. Very clean. But there is no bathtub.

Entre solo para tomar algo y cuenta con un snack bar café con un buen servicio y con una amplia gama de Té. El lugar muy elegante y en una posición muy céntrica. Además de estar situado en un centro comercial.

My new place to stay when I visit Barcelona. The breakfast was amazing, the room size was perfect. The staff was great. It's next to shopping and the train. Will be back for sure

Nous avions une chambre sur le boulevard diagonal et nous n’entendions rien.
Très bonne literie, le restaurant est très beau avec un design très moderne.

This hotel is very well located on one of Barcelona's main thoroughfares. The look and feel of the rooms and communal areas are stylish but functional. I would recommend this hotel to business travellers and it is located close to some major offices. It is less likely to appeal to tourists as it is quite far from the main attractions.

AC Hotel is Fantastic! We are so lucky to have found this hotel at the last minute. The service is excellent and the location is perfect. I was reading a book and wanted to stay after they closed the restaurant at 12 am but the service person kept the lights on just for me! The breakfast staff was especially pleasant. Ero and Giovanni were so pleasant. Our trip was 9 days and in the middle we went to Paris but made sure we came back to AC Hotel. Rooms are also very clean and spacious.

Buenas instalaciones con amplias habitaciones, muy funcionales bien decoradas y sobre todo muy limpias. El desayuno es de muy buena calidad y variado. La atención del personal es excelente. Lo único malo es el gimnasio que es muy pequeño

Habitación muy confortable, ruido insoportable del minibar cuyo compresor salta cada quince minutos. El desayuno no es barato y cuál es mi sorpresa que si vas antes de las 8: 00 am no tienes comida caliente, ya que el personal de cocina entra después de esa hora. Por lo tanto debes desayunar a la hora que ellos te indiquen. De resto un AC de cuatro estrellas como el de cualquier otra ciudad que son clones unos de otros.

Habitación excelente servicio correcto algún recepcionista amable, algún otro no tanto. Me llamó la atención que salvo limpiando habitaciones y una en el buffet no vi más mujeres trabajando en ese hotel.

Nice hotel, very modern and spacious

Located in a shopping center with lots of English shops.

It's at least a 20 minute walk to the nearest tube station, but it's not a complicated walk.

Overall very nice, though they marked a number of obviously non-vegetarian dishes as suitable for vegetarians on the bar menu.

Nice place but if you're not so tall you have to stand on a chair to adjust the air conditioner. (You can't see the display) I'm 5'6" it's a little above my head LoL but nice rooms close to a mall and good places to eat
