Mucha distancia (¡demasiada!) entre el pórtico y la entrada del coche (taxi con nuestras maletas)

Un servicio horrible por parte del personal, la gente te trata horrible tanto a los mismos empleados como a los clientes me parece una falta de respeto y no le recomendaria este sitio nunca a nadie. No se le trata a nadie de manera indiferente y mucho menos sin razon.ademas las habitaciones huelen mal y son viejas

Hotel de lujo, buenas vistas, jardín privado para caminar, piscina.
Buen desayuno muy recomendable

Necesitábamos un hotel cerca del aeropuerto para un vuelo temprano por la mañana. Elegí este hotel al azar y me sorprendió gratamente. Está justo en la playa y es tranquilo. Fue agradable ver el mar por última vez antes de regresar a casa. El restaurante del hotel también era bastante bueno. Cuando estábamos cenando afuera, vino de visita una familia de gatitos. Nos hizo sentir como en casa.

El desayuno también es bueno.
Pero el restaurante es muy pobre. Probamos muchas comidas diferentes pero siempre nos decepcionó mucho.
Es mejor ir unos cientos de metros a la izquierda, hacia el restaurante Espectacular: la comida, las recetas y los precios son increíbles. La mejor experiencia en Gavá

Espectaculares vistas frente al mar en Gava Mar. Las instalaciones son de buen agrado y calidad. La zona interior de la piscina es extensa y muy bonita. Ideal para hacer el vermuth o comer/cenar al aire libre. Servicio muy atento y la cocina es muy aceptable. Ideal para celebrar algún evento especial con tu empresa o familia.

Horrible experience! Not sure why this hotel gets to call itself a Marriott. This is a Motel 6 at best! Beds are hard and lumpy. There were no blankets. The room smelled stale and of Cigarette smoke. The food in the “Restaurant” is disgusting, it’s either deep fried or reheated from frozen pre cooked meals. Also it’s way overpriced and there are no other options for getting outside food. The staff is very unhelpful and rude. Don’t stay here, save your money, go ANYWHERE else!

Llegué a recepción con un bebé y 8 o 9 bultos. Nadie del personal de recepción me ofreció ayuda. Tuve que pedir un porta equipaje, cargarlo yo y arrastrarlo por toda la planta baja hasta llegar a mi habitación. Solo por este detale (que jamás me había pasado, ni en hoteles caros ni baratos) no volvería a este hotel.

La habitación: el armario carece de baldas, sólo tenía barra para colgar, por lo que la ropa de no colgar debes dejarla en unas baldas que no tienen puertas. Con la humedad que hay en Gavá os podéis imaginar como se queda la ropa.

Pedí en recepción si me podían dejar unas pinzas, aún espero la respuesta. La llave de agua del bidé estaba rota y se salía el agua. Viendo la atención de recepción no perdí el tiempo en dar aviso.

La limpieza muy bien, y el personal de limpieza muy agradable y educado. Lo mismo respecto al personal del bar/restaurante. Eso sí, la calidad del producto muy regular.

La habitación me costó unos 225 euros noches, no volvería a este hitel ni por 40 euros.

Awful hotel. We stayed here during a one day layover in Barcelona and chose it for its proximity to the airport. That’s just about the only thing this place has going for it. To start, our cab driver dropped us off about 50 meters from the entry to the lobby (not his fault - that was the closest access to the door), which was particularly annoying considering it was raining. After being checked in by a less than enthusiastic desk attendant, we made our way to our room which smelled exactly like a cross between old socks and a wet dog. The dinner options in the one-site restaurant were severely lacking and all of the items we ordered were subpar to say the least. Later that night I had the worst sleep I’ve had in years. The mattress in our room felt like it was made of styrofoam. I honestly would have preferred sleeping on the floor. If the room weren’t so dirty, I would have taken my pillow and slept there instead. Also, they’re too cheap to provide actual bedding. The bed was literally just a fitted sheet and a top sheet.

The breakfast was SUPERB! Great location to beach, not that difficult trip into center of Barcelona, although later night bus service is spotty, which has nothing to do with hotel.

Reservamos la sala para una reunión, solo nos faltó un mando para pasar las diapositivas, por lo demás perfecto. Sin ruido. Luego nos pusieron un brunch que estaba espectacular, sobretodo el bizcocho con pistachos. El personal super amable. Todo genial.

Buenas instalaciones pero el servicio más pésimo y borde que he visto nunca.tanto recepción como en el bar pides algo y parece que les estas molestando

Great hôtel at two steps away from the beach. Huge garden and swimming pool. Very nice view but most of it super friendly staff. Great experience

Precios fácilmente cuestionables. Le falta modernizarse plenamente. No pagaría más de 2 cifras (99€/noche máx.) Por cualquiera de sus habitaciones. Lo hace atractivo su entorno más natural pero realmente el hotel tiene poco que ofrecer para estos tiempos tan modernos.

Hotel magnifique. Accès direct à la plage. Très bons plats au restaurant et serveurs très avenants.
Petit bémol, peu d'employés parlent le français.

We arrived at noon and despite checking in via the app, received the key to our room at 15: 35. The room we were given was room number 112, which had visible mould. See pictures. I requested a new room. After waiting 45+ minutes, i was given the room next door, 113, which still had mould but this time they had wiped it. I touched the ceiling and still was wet and smelled like a wet dog was there (mouldy). After that and after waiting further, around 5pm we were given room 124. The funny thing is that they also gave the same room to another guest so we were all confused. The front desk staff were simply incompetent. I even left my local phone number and requested for the manager to call me (as i was told there was nobody on the weekend), and today, monday at 20: 10 local time, i am still waiting for that phone call. Avoid this hotel at all costs, the worst we’ve been in years. The next day i request a checkout at 2pm as a gold lifetime member but the key didn’t work after noon despite asking and visiting the front desk early in the morning for this purpose. I am still waiting for the general manager to contact me as i was promised by your frontline staff.

We did not stay at this place. Instead, we attended to celebrate a first communion. The catering was good. Diverse appetizers plus drinks, followed by two main courses and desert. Service was also good during the catering. The problems started after the catering, when we ordered drinks at the lounge in the ground floor. Really high prices, mojitos made with wrong rum, not the proper glasses, drinks cleared by waiters when glasses half full. On top of this, waiters were rude and rough. Summing up: catering was good. After catering drinks: really bad.

Three times coming here, giving it a chance, and the pillows and blankets stinking because they don’t wait for them to dry. Tired of giving chances to this hotel…

Espectacular jardín y piscina interior. Estuve para un evento y me pareció un lugar encantador. Servicio también muy amable. Se encuentra ubicado en un lugar en Gavà espectacular, al lado de su paseo marítimo. Habitaciones cómodas y Bonitas y a buen precio. Poco tiene que envidiar a un hotel cercano, cuyas habitaciones valen el cuádruple.

Unfortunately the hotel is not flexible when it comes to Covid issues. They didn't want to give the money back for reservation. What a shameful way to do business these days.

Opinión únicamente sobre el restaurante: Es un timo, cero recomendable, bravas congeladas, ensaladas pobres, 7€ por un pan y aceitunas… todo carísimo y calidad muy justa por lo que se paga. El entorno muy bonito y al lado de una zona de jardin y mar espectacular, sino habría sido 1 estrella. No vengáis a comer, no vale la pena…

Este hotel es una chulada y su localización frente a la playa lo hace muy interesante, nos encantó aún siendo invierno y tener un dia de lluvia

Más de 15 min en hacer el check in. Hubo un par de grupos delante reservando cosas y solo había una recepcionista. La hab amplia y la cama bastante cómoda. Había champú y gel, pero no ponen acondicionador, loción corporal ni ningún tipo de té o café. El café de la cafetería 3€.

Incredible service! It's clean, the location is simply amazing and the employees are great. We stayed there for the two remaining days of our trip and it was a good choice. Highly recommend.

La habitación tenía buena vista y el hotel en general es cómodo y lindo, pero el servicio el pésimo, tuvimos problemas con la llave (tarjeta que abre la habitación) más de tres, no toman las llamadas, es difícil encontrarlos en recepción ‍️. En general esta cadena es buena pero específicamente este hotel es malísimo. No lo recomiendo

Habitación y ubicación muy bien, pero desde el garaje no hay acceso para inválidos (sólo escaleras sin ascensor), y la cafetería restaurante tiene un sólo camarero para hacer todo, sin importar cuantos clientes haya. Qué pena no dar trabajo ni buen servicio, cuando tanta falta hace.

Nice seaside hotel. A little far from Barcelona centre - 1 hour 15 minutes by public transport or an expensive 30 minute taxi ride, but great place if you want to be close to the sea.

Vraiment les photos sont trompeuses l’hôtel! Et mal entretenue, la piscine n est quasiment jamais nettoyer, il y a du sable, dedans, elle est à 32 degrés un bouillon de culture!
et les chambres sont riquiqui alors que sur les photos ça paraît grand
il n’y a pas de terrasse! Ni de balcon!
Les tuyaux des ecier rouiller, on a pas de place dans une chambre à 3 lit pour bouger! Il sont en sous effectif! Le bar casiment j avais ouvert!

Es un hotel pequeño delante de la playa, lo mejor la piscina exterior con tumbonas, tienen restaurante para comer y desayunar y un bar en la piscina. En la piscina hay tumbonas y 3 jaimas. Hay que decir que ya le toca una mejora pero esta bastante bien. En el hotel te dejan un par de toallas para la piscina, la habitación dispone de champu, gel de ducha, secador y algún utensilio más.
A un par de calles hay un par de restaurantes, sushi y parrilla Argentina, un Granier y algunos bares y pequeño colmado para comprar lo que quieras.

Hotel muy tranquilo y bien ubicado a pocos metros de la playa. Habitaciones en muy buen estado, amplias y limpias. Muy cordiales y profesionales en Recepción (Neus y Mar nos han recibido súper bien) y en el restaurante (Jorge).

-Nice friendly staff.
-Swimming pool was never too crowded.
-Nice restaurants and gym around the corner.
-Big refurbished room with a balcony.

Negative
-Slow wifi. Sometimes failing to connect.
-Expensive parking (even though it was easy to find parking spots outside).
-Meals a little expensive but of decent quality.
-Door to the bathroom is only a glass door offering limited privacy.
-Strict kitchen opening times leaving guests without food options during large periods during the day.

Hotel con muy buena localización en Gavá, delante del mar.
El personal y la localización para mi es lo mejor.
La habitación donde estaba alojado hacia un olor a humedades insoportable, creo que, si tienen habitaciones como esta, habría que dejarlas fuera de servicio, ya que la primera noche que pasamos, como el hotel estaba lleno, no nos pudieron cambiar de habitación y tuvimos que dormir un día en ella, hacia un olor nada agradable os lo aseguro, y sin embargo, por parte del hotel no hubo ninguna intención de descontarnos esa noche, o al menos compensarnos de alguna otra forma.
El Hotel empieza a estar viejo y en mal estado, no es como parece en las fotos.
Como he dicho antes sin lugar a duda lo mejor el personal, ahora, no recomiendo la estancia de este hotel, porque el precio no cumple con las expectativas.

El entorno de hotel es agradable y bonito. La limpieza podría mejorar. El desayuno caro, 18 euros y no con la variedad y calidad que correspondería a ese precio.

Hotel confortable, gran atención y cercano al aeropuerto.
Hotel reservado directamente por la compañía aérea por pérdida del vuelo de enlace, por lo que no puedo valorar la relación calidad/precio. Al llegar de noche y salir por la mañana tampoco puedo valorar servicios adicionales.
Lo valorado:
Cercanía al aeropuerto.
Magnifica atención del personal.
Habitación, grande, cómoda, limpia. A destacar la televisión gigante.
Desayuno buffet con alimentos de gran calidad, aunque disponían de variedad en zumos y leches, podría tener más variedad de dulce y salado. Para compensar el jamón y quesos muy buenos. Posibilidad de desayunar en la terraza junto a la piscina, muy agradable.
Se agradece la botella de agua de cortesía a la entrada.

What a wonderful hotel. Rooms are nice, staff friendly, scenery beautiful, breakfast first class, pool area relaxing and the beach right out the back of the property. You couldn’t ask for a better location or property.

Per fora enganye, per dintre és fantàstic, amb un servei esmerat i curós, ple de detalls en qualsevol cosa que demanis, el menjar molt ben presentat i de qualitat, les habitacions, al menys la que he vist, tot i no ser massa gran, respira neteja el bany més que correcte, té una terrassa preciosa, piscina i zona ajardinada amb gespa, a mí m'agradat força.

Check in was a breeze, everyone was very nice, room was fairly stereotypical Marriott-brand style, but had lovely views and within walking distance to several restaurants.

Schöne Lage & freundliches Personal. Man hört in der Nacht bei offenem Fenster das Meer rauschen und ist in 3 Gehminuten am Strand. Zum Flughafen sind es nur 10 - 15 min mit dem Auto.

No estado dentro pero lo veo desde fuera esta en un sitio muy romántico alado de la playa atras viviendas son casas. Casi no se oye ningún ruido

Els jardins el converteixen en un lloc espectacular. Les habitacions estan molt bé encara que les sales de reunions han de millorar una mica. Els menús que preparen son molt correctes

Alguna vez he ido a comprar tabaco de madrugada y el trato ha sido muy cordial a pesar de no ser cliente.

Gorgeous Hotel extremely close to the coast of Barcelona. I will need to visit again during the summer! Outside amenities are superb quality.

Hotel was updated and trendy. The rooms were actually pretty roomy for Europe. The restaurant was really good. The only downside is if you stay here in hopes of seeing downtown Barcelona.it is pretty far away and not easy to get to. But highly recommend the hotel if you are on a layover at the airport.

Hemos hecho varios reportajes de boda. Familias y novios han quedado muy contentos. Amplios jardines, y muy buena cocina. Muy recomendable!

We used this hotel after a cruise from Barcelona. Brilliant pool area, and a gate that enables you to walk to the beach. Service was very good.

We stayed here our last few nights in Barcelona since we had an early flight and this was closer to the airport than staying in downtown Barcelona. I hate to give this 3 stars as the hotel it's self is nice and the location right on the beach is fabulous. We had a ocean view room which was lovely to be able to open the doors get a breeze and listen to the calming sound of the surf. So to make things easy I will break down the pros and cons.

Pros
- The service of the front desk staff was top notch, they spoke English and were patient with our attempt to speak the limited Spanish we know. They even set up and order a taxi for us getting to the airport.
- The rooms were modern decor and very clean. The ocean views were an added bonus and beautiful.
- The mini-fridge prices were very reasonable and were inline with the prices you would pay at the lobby bar.

Cons
- The food at the restaurant was not good! Not only were the menu options odd, when ordering what we thought was safe we couldn't help but laugh because we could have done better from our kitchen at home. Since it's not worth eating at the hotel restaurant it means you will want to find another restaurant. The best area restaurants are in Castelldefels which will require a taxi ride or at least a 2-3 mile walk one way.
- They do not offer an airport shuttle nor metro access which will mean that you have to get a taxi to and from the airport which is a 20 Euro minimum.
- The room prices are higher than some of the other hotels near the airport and with the added expense of the taxi and the food option inconveniences the prices don't in my book seem at that reasonable.

Overall a nice hotel with nice location to the beach although I think I might check out a different hotel if back in the area and needing early morning access to the airport.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. Close to Barcelona. The kids loved seeing the planes close and the swimming pool. Very friendly staff.
