AC Hotel by Marriott Victoria Suites

Un hotel limpio y confortable con un estilo de negocios. Hay un restaurante en el primer piso (el gusto puede ser un poco más caro). No está lejos de las atracciones. Está a quince minutos a pie del British Palace más cercano. Compras es conveniente Los bloques cercanos son muy tranquilos y se siente relativamente seguro. Solo comí un poco menos.
El personal es muy agradable y entusiasta, siento que Barcelona es la ciudad con mayor nivel de inglés de España y la comunicación es muy cómoda.

Muerde absolutamente en todas partes debido a que no tienen aire acondicionado. Hotel absolutamente anticuado y basura. No se lo recomendaría a nadie

No se me ocurre un nombre peor para este hotel que AC, ya que estoy sentado aquí en medio de una ola de calor en Barcelona sin aire acondicionado en el primer piso. Lo que hace que esta situación sea más insoportable fue la letanía de mentiras que me dijo el personal acerca de que estaba "arreglado" y que había disponibilidad de habitaciones alternativas. Manténgase alejado de este hotel. Estoy considerando salir temprano y buscar otro lugar. Actualizaré esta publicación si las cosas cambian.

Pasé un tiempo increíble aquí, el personal fue muy hospitalario, las suites son muy espaciosas en retrospectiva de los estándares europeos. ¡La oferta del restaurante fue espléndida!
¡Volveré!
La única dificultad fue conseguir un taxi en línea, ¡recomendaría pedirle a la recepción que lo ordene para ahorrar algo de tiempo!

Buena cocina y buena atención.
El personal es muy atento, discreto y servicial. Tanto en el restaurante como el servicio de habitaciones.
La habitación está limpia. El precio adecuado.
Está en muy buena ubicación.

Room

Staff is super friendly. Room was huge, almost too big where space was wasted such as the room with just a coffee machine and mini fridge which sadly was just a mini bar and was not usable for personal food if you are there for several days as we were. The balcony was a decent size as well but there was only one chair and no table and the view was directly into apartments/other hotel rooms. The chair was also quite dirty. The bed was fine, but I wish it was more comfortable. My biggest complaint is the noise level. We could hear dogs barking nightly and people in the streets. The worst part was whoever was staying above us. At 11pm and later each night it sounded as if they were rearranging the room and/or doing construction. At one point we heard a very loud noise that sounded like a power drill at 11: 30pm. After just watching Jeffry Dahmer, I was a bit worried. Luckily we were able to sleep through all of this, it was just not ideal. Only other complaint is that the only English channel on the TV was CNN news which got old for 4 days.

Restaurant

The restaurant itself was fine. Breakfast was a big buffet with a delicious spanish omelet. However, for the price we only did one day as we deemed getting a slice of that omelet not worth it. For lunch/dinner they had plenty of options which, again, were fine if you’re exhausted and don’t feel like going to town. Again, the prices were a bit high for the quality of food. Drinks here are nice though and would recommend it for those.

Location

There were a few restaurants within 10 mins walking from the hotel. We attempted to go to 2 of them but one was closed for the break between lunch and dinner and one was completely booked with reservations. We spent the rest of our time going into town for food and never tried anything near the hotel.

Nie typowe apathotel, bo bardzo przyjemny i luksusowy. Obsługa super profesjonalna. Apartamenty przestronne i wygodne: pokój dzienny z balkonem, kuchenka - korzystanie za dodatkową opłatą, sypialnia przestronna, łazienka w pełni wyposażona z wanną i bidetem. Restauracja podająca śniadania oraz lunch i kolację na najwyższym poziomie. Fantastyczne miejsce - cisza, spokój, dogodne położenie.

Clean hotel and good service. Had linch and dinner at he restaurant there and service and taste was great.

I recommend to sit outside.

Well located on the Diagonal, not too far from the city center and well linked.

Rooms are spacious and new, staff is one of the most professional and kindest I have ever met so far.

It was cancelled ahead of time like we were supposed to do. Will never recommend them. Our flight was canceled for that date and had to rebook new flight but they refused.

Very friendly staff and comfy hotel. The location is very convenient and close to the mall.super markets, cafes and the metro. We had a balcony in our suite which was really nice. The hotel was clean and had a restaurant down stairs which looked very nice however I didn’t get a chance to try it.

El personal es excelente nos hizo sentir en casa, vinimos con 2 niños pequeños. Destaco la amabilidad y la calidez de Federico. Volveremos.

Ultimamente ya no vamos por la causa que han subido muchisimo los precios, ademas las habitaciones son antiguas, no son renovadas y para el precio que tienen nisiquiera ofrecen zapatillas desechables
Hay otros hoteles de 4 estrellas que son mucho mas baratas y aparte de esto son renovados y ofrecen zapatillas desechables

The staff and service were amazing. The attached restaurant had great breakfast and tapas. This hotel was a bit further from the city center but much more affordable. Plus it was right next to the Hop On Hop Off bus (blue route) which was perfect for us tourists.

Nice hotel quietly located close to the business district yet a bit drawn back. Not a lot of tourists in the hotel which makes it a bit more authentic. Rooms need a renovation yet clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and reception staff speak excellent English. Spoke to several during my stay. The restaurant is very nice and offers great food. Had dinner and breakfast there plus used room service, all 5*

I stayed for 1 night during a business trip. The junior suite was fantastic and I had a very nice breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

Parece casi escondido, un hotel de buena planta junto a un restaurante de mejor vista. Te puedes preguntar dónde está el lujo, y cada cual tendrá su opinión. La mía es el espacio, la atención, la calma, el tiempo, el silencio, la decoración, el paso del tiempo, la temperatura, el servicio, lo intangible de las cosas que nos rodean provocando sosiego y relajación.

Hotel muy comodo. Muchas habitaciones amplias tipo suite casi apartamento. Algo caro comparado con otros hoteles de 4* cercanos

Our stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Victoria Suites was quite okay. The rooms were cosy and the beds were quite comfortable. The location is pretty decent as well, though you definitely need a car or walk to the nearest bus/train station to get around the city. The toiletries could have been better and the bathroom had a glass glazed door, which was a bit odd. Wish there was no additional charges for room amenities. Staff was quite friendly and nice and the breakfast etc.was quite okay. It would be nice if the rooms were a bit cheerful and if they had washing machine & dryer in the suites for guests. The sofa-set in the lounge area could have been more comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Nice area. My room was a King Jr. Suite and was huge. Decor was very contemporary and the artwork reminded you of sites around Barcelona. I went in mid-March and they had yet to turn on the air-conditioning. Housekeeping brought me a nice oscillating fan. I did not know when I booked that there would be an extra fee to use the kitchen so there were no pots, pans, dishes, utensils, paper towels or napkins. I made due using the microwave and small refrigerator (no freezer). All in all I enjoyed my room and my stay.

This is by far a must stay at hotel. The service is amazing and the staff of so friendly and will do what they can to help. It is located near a great restaurant and local cafe that is about a block away.

We stayed here for a couple of days and the staff here is just amazing. Particularly thankful to Christina at the front desk. Very friendly staff. The hotel is in a quite neighborhood and is a short walk away from the Metro station. I am a BonVoy Titanium Elite member and we were treated as such.

The service is great. The rooms are great for families. They have stove, but not dishes or microwave.

I can't speak to its value as I am at Mobile World Congress and even 1* hotels cost $300 (need to move this to a city that can handle it). But it's a particularly bland AC hotel and they start out utilitarian. Reasonable amounts of space and the balconies are nice though look over big box housing. Remote from anywhere. No pool. Decent Breakfast.

I was here to attend a workshop. The conference room was nice and we had a really amazing lunch at the restaurant of the hotel!

El sitio es precioso, la terraza genial. La comida correcta pero demasiado caro 2 burratas, 2 tartar, 1 postre y vino blanco, servido en terraza sin mantel (95 euros 2 personas).

Sorpresos per l'atenció rebuda en la recepció i a la cafeteria, decoració amb música chill out a la terrassa.

La habitación impresionante, muy amplia y muy cómoda y además el hotel está cerca del centro. La comida del restaurante del hotel ha sido sin duda lo mejor, increíblemente buena, sobre todo los postres, el desayuno (¡y las alcachofas!). Merece mucho la pena el hotel, recomendable 100%

Hotel cómodo, elegante, sin ser de lujo, tranquilo y con un muy buen restaurante de ambiente acogedor y servicio atento con una carta no muy extensa pero de calidad y bu4na presentación. A mediodía tienen un menú fantástico con una muy razonable relación calidad/precio. A mediodía es mejor reservar para evitar sorpresas desagradables.

Fuimos con la empresa a hacer una sesión de formación, y nos atendieron muy bien tanto en el desayuno cómo en la comida.

La decoración estaba bien y parecía cuidado.

El mejor lugar para descansar, alejado del ruido de la cuidad y cerca de todos los transportes públicos

Nos ha gustado por la habitación (bastante grande para tres) y el desayuno. Estábamos en planta 2 con la terraza al restaurante donde se oía todo lo que hablaban. Eso sí, a partir de las 12 de la noche cerraban.
Si tienes que madrugar mejor pide la habitación al otro lado.
