Qualitat del peix extraordinària. Menú de 15€ amb 2 peces de 7 peixos diferents, arròs ben fet i algues cruixents. Tot per separat, ho combines al teu gust.
Si el que busques és quantitat, no hi vagis.
El personal va més enllà de l'estricte professional, tenen cura del client.

MUST GO. It has been a long time since I left a restaurant so impressed and satisfied. The place is not spectacular, actually it is a bit weird: it is not too big, you have the bar area with 10 seats with a view over the kitchen; then a table with 10 more seats with an impossible form that you usually share with other people; a 6 seat square table and, finally, a small bar again with 4 seats next to the entrance. Not too comfortable probably, but food a service makes you forget about it. BTW, you have a small terrace on the street with 3 small tables.
Service: most staff is truly japanese with some locals. ALL or them extremely friendly and knowledgeable, that kind of efficiency that they run almost unnoticed but they are there when you need them.
Food: WOW. That's the word. We took many different japanese plates -mostly sushi- and can not really tell you which one was best, just want to highlight the salmon sashimi: best I've tasted in Europe. Beyond japanese good they do have some Spanish dishes like T-bone steak from Tolosa that are probably worth to try considering the quality of everything else.

One of the hidden gems in Barcelona, I must say. Exceptionally good service, the food is incredible and the prices are reasonable, in my opinion.

El pescado es sencillamente espectacular
Si sois fan de la anguila el unagui don es un must. La berenjena con dengaku y miso es espectacular
Tienen menú medio día y menú sushi calidad-precio insuperable.
El trato muy bueno y el local impoluto, eso si, tipo Japón, mesa compartida o barra.
Un sitio al que volver una y otra vez

Segunda vez que voy con mi pareja al Aiueno. Hemos comido el menú degustación y también platos por separado (recomiendo la anguila, un 10). Los camareros muy amables y atentos, los cocineros excepcionales.

Este sitio es increíble. Literalmente es como transportarse a un distrito de Tokio, pongamos que UENO, y entrar en un restaurante típico japonés. La comida está increíble, el menú del día es una pasada calidad-precio. Recomiendo la berenjena con caballa marinada, el unaguidon (anguila con arroz) y el menú témaki sushi superior, que viene con 9 tipos de pescado fresco, el atún se deshace en la boca, y con arroz y algas para cogerlo. Trae una sopa miso y un postre. En serio si te gusta la comida japonesa ven a comer aquí. Vas a alucinar. Y los camareros son majisimos.

Es un restaurante pequeño con una comida japonesa increíble, yo no era muy de comidas orientales pero me rindo a esos d sabores nuevos y delicados

Espectacular, menú degustación que con una copa sale a 42€ por cabeza y ha sido toda una experiencia. Calidad de producto, sabor y atención al comensal excelentes. Te deja más que satisfecho y con ganas de volver.

I never had such a bad experience in a japanese restaurant before. The service is extremely rude, we arrived 10 minutes before the opening hours and saw the kitchen people throwing out hands to kick us outside. The food is okay but overrated and I prefer the authentic japanese sushi rather than the make it yourself style here.

The place was not cosy at all, seats were not confortable and waiters were constantly interrupting trying to sell or to fill your drinks. I felt interrupted all the time. It does not offer the japanese vibe or experience one would expect, there are much better japanese places in town. In summary not coming back and not recommend.

Restaurant de qualitat/preu inmillorable. Cuina de fusió on la carta va variant, sempre sorprèn. I a més el personal és molt amable. Hi tornaré!

Auténtico restaurante japonés en Barcelona a un precio razonable.
El local es muy pequeño, no tiene terraza y es recomendable reservar porque se llena rápido. Tienen pocas mesas para grupo, si sois dos personas normalmente te suele tocar la barra o compartir la mesa grande, pero sin problema porque la ponen de tal manera que no te da la sensación de que la estás compartiendo.
Los platos están muy ricos, sobretodo el sashimi, no puede estar mejor por el precio.
La carta no es muy extensa pero tiene platos muy interesantes y originales.

La tarta de queso estaba muy buena también, no era desecha pero si cremosa, para compartir es ideal.

Delicious Japanese bites with friendly service. We sat outside and enjoyed several dishes. I recommend this place if you’re craving Japanese food. Dishes are original like grilled mackerel and aubergine and they are happy to provide recommendations.

No suelo hacer reseñas pero este sitio se merece una. He visitado este restaurante unas 7 u 8 veces en los últimos 2 años y siempre salgo contento. Es un japonés en formato tapas, todas ellas riquísimas y a un precio más que correcto por lo que se come.
Los postres son exquisitos (en mi opinión hacen la mejor torrija de Barcelona) y si quieres tomar vino a copas siempre tienen 3 o 4 opciones de blanco y tinto que van cambiando con frecuencia, lo cual es de agradecer.
Pero lo que se lleva la palma de este lugar es el servicio, es un amor.

Best entrecôte rossini in Barcelona! All dishes and fine, divine and products are high quality for an extremely and surprisingly reasonable price. Service is impeccable and wine list does not disappoint.

Can kenji and Aiueno are my top MUST japanese restaurants in the city! Absolutely amazing treat and high quality cuisine. They are slightly different but both are worth it. I love the wines in Aiueno and the design of the place, i’ve been there million times and i’ll continue for many years!

Food was good quality and v delicious. I appreciated the dishes that were more creative than others, such as the saba aubergine. The scallop dish was beautiful but an overdone concept to me, from 10 years back - the layered chewiness from pancetta + scallop, and then the ikura atop made it quite difficult to chew through and less favorable.

Definitely a preference matter but really did not appreciate either of the two glass pours of vino blanc. It tasted too acidic while mineral forward and heavy. The server told us it was French wine, yet we are French and have never tasted something like this.

Excelente comida, pedí el menú del día de sushi por un precio accesible tienes una experiencia gastronómica muy enriquecedora. El menú estaba compuesto por un entrante que era sopa de miso, continuando con una amplia gama de pescado, acompañado por algas y arroz para que tu pudieses hacer tus propios rolls, seguimos con un postre, en mi caso elegí una pannacotta de coco y frutos rojos. VOLVERÉ!

El menjar és exquisit, i el servei i l'atenció per part de tot el personal és immillorable! Fa anys que hi vaig i espero repetir moltes vegades.

Food was good but not amazing and the price was ultimately not worth the trip across town to eat there.

Very friendly service and good quality of food. The sake is so smooth and elegant. The sashimi is fresh and the oyster is super big and juicy.

Beautiful small spot, went for lunch and we had a Temaki superior menu, loved the format and loved the varieties of the sashimi to compose yourself the Temaki (cone roll) will steal the idea when having special home occasions!

Also the miso soup was sublime!

I could have been anywhere in Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo felt real Japanese for once!

Will go back when in town again.

Si os apasiona la comida japonesa y queréis comer muy bien sin gastaros mucho dinero, os lo recomiendo, es un restaurante muy pequeño pero tiene su encanto, la comida y el servicio son espectaculares, Muy bueno y asequible lo recomiendo!

Un restaurante japonés como los de Japón, pero con toques mediterráneos. Un acierto siempre y un sitio para volver, y volver, y.

This was a terrible experience. I had the degustation menu. The steak tasted like a shoe and it's surprising that of 7 different dishes every single one tasted like it's not fresh.

I give two stars instead of one star because of good portion size, although it's the question how much that is worth if it's inedible

Es la segunda vez que vengo, la primera vine para cenar a la carta y genial. Pero esta vez he venido a comer si menú sushi mediodía y ha sido toda una experiencia, ponen 7 cortes de pescado diferentes (toro incluido) y un tempura ebi. Buenísimo. Incluye una sopa de miso, una bebida y el postre. Una lástima que no tengan un postre sin lactosa de la 5 opciones ninguna.

Uno de los mejores restaurantes japoneses fusión que conozco. Gratamente sorprendida por la calidad, variedad de los platos y sobretodo el servicio. Probamos el menú degustación que estuvo sencillamente delicioso! La cantidad perfecta, presentación excelente y la atención de lo mejor. Regresaremos de todas maneras! Recomendado al 100%

Excelente restaurante japones con una ubicacion muy centrica en Bailen con rossello. Tiene varios menus diarios a muy buen precio con gran varidad de platos y u nmenu degustacion supercompleto que te quedaras satisfecho.
