Hotel familiar y acogedor. Personal muy amable y la paella del buffet increíble, estaba bueniiisima! Volveremos pronto.

¡El descanso estuvo bien! Pero algunas desventajas afectadas.
+ la playa está a 100 metros del hotel.
+ muy buen personal
+ cambio de toallas todos los días
+ camas cómodas
+ deliciosos desayunos y cenas, una gran selección de platos
Las bebidas gratuitas (zumo, agua, té, café) están disponibles por la mañana, pero hay que pagarlas durante la cena.

- paredes delgadas (se escucha todo lo que se hace en la habitación de al lado, en el pasillo, en el baño), cuando tus vecinos se duchan, escuchas cómo hace ruido el agua, cómo funciona el secador de pelo. Si no fuera por los tapones para los oídos, no podríamos conciliar el sueño.
- problemas con la ducha (el agua fluye por el suelo del baño, entra en la habitación y llega hasta el pasillo)
- No hay nevera en la habitación.
- la caja fuerte no funcionó

Criadas 0.3 días sin limpieza, y cuando lo recibimos, no lo limpiaron (¿limpiaron el piso y hicieron la cama?

¡Me sorprendió gratamente este hotel de 3 estrellas! Aunque no parezca mucho, el hotel tiene un aspecto muy chulo y las habitaciones, aunque pequeñas, son muy cómodas. Además, ¡hay una piscina! También está ubicado cerca de una playa. En general, recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda y asequible.

Trabajo como repartidora de glovo he ido a dejar un pedido y el señor me ha echado de la peor manera. Pobre de la gente que se hospeda allí con la calidad de humanidad que ofrece el señor si es que se le puede llamar señor que está a esta hora en recepción. Primero estoy ofreciendo un servicio, y son sus huéspedes quien lo solicitan.

La alarma suena inexplicablemente cada 2 por 3. No te dan explicaciones de qué pasa. No se duerme bien, se escuchan todos los ruidos. Los colchones son incómodos, las habitaciones pequeñas… se cuela cualquiera de fuera en la piscina… y para colmo, los camareros del bar de la piscina, no saben apenas hablar español. Lamentable.

Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas y no tienen nevera para poder poner el agua fresca, o alguna fruta, el baño un poco antiguo con bañera

El hotel estaba sucio y ruidoso. No es nada adecuado para vacaciones con niños. El público principal del hotel son los jóvenes que vienen de los clubes a las 5 o 6 de la mañana y empiezan a gritar canciones, pelearse y vomitar. Cuando dijimos que queríamos ir antes, nos negaron un reembolso por los días que no llegamos allí. Lo único bueno de este hotel fue el desayuno, una rica selección y una comida deliciosa.

Un hotel adecuado calidad precio.
Buffet bastante variado y personal muy amable y atento tanto en el restaurante como en recepción (excepto los chicos de la comida de fuera de la food and Drink que no sabían español y tampoco intentaron entender nada, fueron muy bordes asique no volvimos a comer ahi)
Todo lo demas perfecto hemos estado muy agusto y sentido como en casa. Volveremos seguro!

Llevo yendo a este hotel 4 años, siempre intento hacerme una escapadita porque nos sentimos como en casa. Hotel limpio y familiar, habitaciones acogedoras. Desayunos y cenas variados y buenos. El personal es lo mejor del hotel, con trato excelente hacía sus clientes, no puedo decir nada negativo. Sólo esperando que sea la próxima temporada para volver!

Świetny hotel! Pokoje czyste, co prawda to nie apartament ale warunki bardzo przystępne. Obsługa miła i pomocna, serwują świetne śniadania i robią co w ich mocy żeby zadowolić klientów ;).
Jednak największym atutem jest odległość od morza, zaledwie kilka kroków. Dla mnie super. Chętnie tu wrócę. Polecam!

El hotel es una pasada todo genial las habitaciones un poco estrechas para tres. Pero la comida buenísima y muy variada. El personal un diez en especial una camarera del comedor llamada Marce. Muy simpática y agradable.

Pros: Staff are very professional and friendly.

Cons:
My room was loud. There were guests running sprints in the hallway for the 3 out of 3 nights I was there. On Tuesday and Wednesday nights, there was an argument between a group of women and men, but that could be a one off event, although I wouldn't be surprised if that is a common case here. Other guests are rowdy, but that's not the hotels fault for attracting those kinds nor are they to blame.what is bad is the security of the hotel.

I had two Cameras
one Canon
one GoPro
along with 350 Euros in cash stolen from my room.

I talked to the managers and I told them what happened and I had no idea they were missing until I was leaving. I saw them the day prior. I had it in the closet since the safe in the room did not fit my camera. I suppose I could have left my cash in there.

But along with that, they gave me a PDF of my Key fob entry.
I think that's great, but I never blamed the staff,
nor did they told me they asked the two staff members who cleaned my room. We talked to one in person because we were looking for something else, and the other staff that was stated in the PDF, I was never told they talked to the staff member.

I never blamed them or the staff, but I kept getting emails saying the hotel's not responsible (I got it from the meeting we had in the office) but they didn't do much besides the keyfob log.thanks?

There are no cameras in the hallway here. If there are, they were no use because I was never told there are, or there isn't.

I was just told that they are sorry for my situation, and they are not responsible for my lost items in my own room.

I've been to 40th country and Barcelona multiple times, and this is the first time I had things stolen from my own room.

Pool is great but crowded. Food's pretty good. Location is close to the beach.
But if you stay here, get super creative and hide your stuff in your suitcase.
From what I gathered from other people who have stayed here, they are not surprised this happened.

Rooms quite small and views from the small balcony at rear not great just other huge blocks of flats. However breakfast is excellent, Bar and swimming pool good.
Parking your hire car outside is however a nightmare. Being close to the beach, spaces are hard to find leading us to ride round and round to eventually paying 10 euros plus for an overnight stay. We were there three nights
Paying 40 euros to park the car.

Ok value for money, location and time with variety of ok food for breakfast. Poor noise cancellation in rooms. Get a room high up

Worst hotel ever. The food was terrible and they had no hot water in our showers. This hotel is definitely not 4 star. House keepers didn’t give us fresh sheets. I would never go again and I would recommend. Don’t GOOOO!

Buena experiencia, los funcionarios muy amables, buena limpieza, buena comida. Tuvieron un buen detalle con nosotros, mi pareja estaba de cumpleaños y le cantaron a la hora del desayuno con el pastel. Espero volver a ir!

Séjour de 12 jours, accueil agréable, le cadre de l'hôtel est sympathique, le personnels très agréable notamment en restauration et bar, la chambre moyenne avec une literie obsolète (ressorts du matelas qui ressortent)
mauvaise insonorisation vous pouvez suivre les conversations des voisins de chambre ainsi que tout autres ébats
Les abords de la piscine négliger (Lattes cassé, etc.) peux de chaises longues bien souvent squatter par des personnes extérieures à l'hôtel (aucune identification des clients de l'hôtel) les serveurs font la police selon leurs charges de travail,
La restauration bien mais je déplore l'absence de plats typiques espagnol,
Le café du petit déjeuner infecte
Pour stationner une vraie galère et 90% payant environ 10€ par jour ne pas oublier même 5min de payement l'amende 40€ un très bon bisness (il ne font pas de cadeau au plaques étrangère) l'hôtel devrait passé un accord avec la ville sur le stationnement système d'identification de l'hôtel avec un prix réduit

El servei de bar és extremadament lent. I el Frank ens va tractar fatal. El José és el únic que va valer la pena.

Il y une belle piscine et un très bel espace cosy, le buffet restauration est vaste il y a beaucoup de choix et la nourriture est très bonne!

This was one of the most pleasant hotels that I ever stayed in.
The first thing that really sets this place apart, is that dogs are not only allowed but really treated as one of the guests.
The staff does everything to make you feel at home.
The whole hotel and outside area is kept very clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Additionally, the hotel is located just outside of the center of town, so it's relatively quiet and it's really close to the beach; 1 or 2 minutes walking.
The price is also very competitive, so I would recommend this place to anybody.

No está mal y el precio va acorde a lo que tienes. Les falta a las habitaciones más cuidado en los detalles. La puerta de nuestro baño no se cerraba. La cortina estaba rota. Además, la señora de la limpieza intentó abrir la puerta de nuestra habitación varias veces aunque tenía puesto el aviso de no molestar.

Todo el personal excepcional, el trato muy profesional, la habitación perfecta, una estancia tranquila como buscaba gracias. P.d repitire.

The hotel itself was good, apart from the big stain on my sheet, but the food was disgusting, frozen cakes, uncooked meet etc. So much food going to waste because u put stuff on your plate then u realise how bad the food taste like and u leave most of it on your plate. They should not have a big selection if they cannot keep the standard.

Hotel luminoso, habitaciones limpias, el baño amplio y con jabón, cepillo de dientes, cuchilla de afeitar, secador muy completo la verdad se agradece.
El desayuno muy completo

Han mejorado bastante las instalaciones. Personal muy agradable y eficiente que en cualquier momento te dedican una sonrisa.

Infraestruturas e serviços a funcionar perfeitamente. Atendimento e atenção ao cliente excepcionais, o staff está de parabéns. Na cozinha é preciso pensar melhor os pratos antes de os preparar! Adorei a experiência.

Veeeery good food in this hotel, close to the beach and L'loret de Mar is just 5 min walk from the hotel.

He estat molt bé en aquest hotel. És molt tranquil i silenciós, és molt net i el seu personal super agradable i simpàtic. El menjar, a mi, m'ha agradat molt, la relació qualitat-preu és l'adequada, no li podem demanar "de lo bueno lo mejor" al preu que ens han cobrat per una estada d'una setmana amb el "tot inclòs". La situació és molt bona, amb tres minuts estàs a la platja. Hi ha autobusos turístics que et porten a Lloret, Blanes, al Jardí Botànic. Si voleu saber més coses, veniu a veureu!

Hotel muy bien situado! Comida muy buena y pesonal tanto del bar como del comedor y de actividades (Judit) un beso guapa, que bien nos lo pasamos.todos encantadores. Lo recomiendo.

Muy bien situado en la zona más tranquila de Lloret, todo muy limpio y muy buen trato. Única pega el café que es bastante malo y la variedad en la cena. Para repetir

Hotel da 3 stelle che diventerà 4 stelle è dopo sarà ottimo. A due minuti dalla spiaggia grande di Fenals. Personale gentilissimo. Bella posizione le calette è il centro di Lloret raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi.

El hotel esta muy bien situado: zona tranquila y muy cerca de la playa. El personal de recepción, desayuno y bar es amable. Deberían controlar que algunas personas no ocupen con toallas todo el día las hamacas de la piscina mientras no están allí. Las habitaciones deben ser renovadas (la puerta de nuestro baño no se podía cerrar).

El hotel es de tres estrellas pero no es muy grade y el servicio es bueno el personal todo muy agradable. Esperamos volver, la ubicación muy buena fuera de el gentío del centro de Lloret no tiene nada que ver es una zona muy tranquila.genial el personal muy agradable estubimos la primera semana de agosto y no lo pasamos genial Judit de animacion un encanto y los camareros del bar Carmen Y Jose y todos los demas, nuestra habitacion era la 418 y Isa es una mujer estupemda muy atenta

Great hotel! Service, staff, swimming pool, bar, location, cleanness etc.amazing! Food is OK - some meals could be flavoured better, but nothing is bad. I recommend this place and will come back!
