Todo parece limpio al principio pero.
Había una cucaracha muerta en el baño.
El congelador de la nevera estaba prácticamente lleno de escarcha.
Las camas son fáciles de mover y no son robustas.
La tercera cama de las habitaciones de tres camas son sofás convertibles, lo que fue aún peor.
Todo el tiempo salía un olor muy desagradable de las tuberías y tuvimos que encender la ventilación del inodoro, que era lo suficientemente brillante como para molestarnos por la noche. Hay que elegir entre el olor y la luz.
¡¡El café, té y agua en las habitaciones NO son complementarios!

Yo diría que como máximo debería ser un hotel de 3 estrellas.

La verdad es que la habitación estaba bien aunque el problema ha sido que las capsulas que te ponen de café en el habitación, pensando que son cortesía de ma casa, te las cobran. Siempre vengo a este hotel y es la primera vez que me las cobran cuando normalmente no lo hacen. Un detalle muy feo y cutre.

Hotel en excelente ubicación, en un barrio relativamente tranquilo, un poco alejado del centro turístico (unos 20 minutos a pie)
La habitación era bonita y limpia, una cocina pequeña y sin uso.
Excelente desayuno
El ambiente en el lugar es agradable y tranquilo.
Los miembros del personal: Alina, Eric y Santiago, todos los proveedores de servicios en la recepción fueron acogedores, especialmente agradables. ¡Simplemente un placer! Recomendado

Habitaciones grandes y limpias, personal amable y educado, muy buen desayuno.solo ten cuidado, no vayas al bar frente al hotel "la tusa" (no es bueno para familias)

Cameră spațioasă, curată, pat confortabil, cameră de bagaje, prosoape schimbate zilnic, personalul de la recepție amabil. Chicineta dotata fost un mare plus. Singurul minus a fost izolarea fonică.

Aparthotel conforme à la description de l’établissement. Nous avons occupé une chambre pour 4 personnes, équipée de 2 lits classiques et 2 lits d’appoint. Un coin cuisine bien encastré et suffisant aménagé pour un court séjour. Concernant la vue, circulez il y’a rien à voir.

Posizione eccellente, struttura pulita e ben tenuta.
Mi sono però trovato in periodo di piccoli interventi di manutenzione.
Quindi capitava di sentire fin dal mattino rumore di martellone e strumenti, operai che parlavano a tono abbastanza alto, e odore di vernice molto intenso.

Podría mejorar. Cuando llegamos todo súper bien, nos dejaron un plato con chucherias y los precios al lado. Me parece una barbaridad que por un kitkat t cobren 4 euros d verdad. No comimos nada de lo que había, me parece eso una tomadura d pelo, luego el armario tenía luz y no paraba de encenderse toda la noche. Y lo peor de todo que pedimos una cama de matrimonio y nos ponen dos camas juntas, hemos ido a muchos hoteles y nada q ver. No hemos podido ni dormir apenas por la incomodidad de la cama y de la luz del armario y por no hablar de los precios del mini bar una Coca-Cola pequeña más d 4 euros. No os gasteis ese dinero no vale la pena. No volveremos más. PD: EL TELÉFONO NO IBA Y NO PUDIMOS NI AVISAR.

Prima schone kamers waar niets aan ontbreekt. Ook prima service. Even een kurketrekker lenen voor een meegebrachte fles wijn was geen probleem. En de locatie is perfect op loopafstand (half uur) dichtbij de grote attracties zoals de Sagra Familia en park Guell. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, en English breakfast

¡Excelente relación calidad-precio! Estructura y habitaciones limpias, aire acondicionado regulable desde la habitación. Cama muy cómoda. Nos ofrecieron una de las habitaciones recién renovadas y quedamos totalmente satisfechos. El hotel se encuentra actualmente en proceso de renovación.

Camera datata con un odore stantio. Inoltre tengono talmente bassa la temperatura dell'aria condizionata che anche quando la si spegne tutte le lenzuola sono impregnate di freddo e umidità. Infatti anche con temperature vertiginose in camera i letti sono ghiacciati e umidi e infatti mettono le coperte invernali. Veramente assurdo e malsano direi. Poi la camera veniva rifatta non tutti i giorni.
Sicuramente la posizione è buona perché posta in un quartiere molto bello e tranquillo, il quartiere di Gracia. Il treno e gli autobus non sono lontani.

El minibar no parecia enfríar mucho. Un problema oara un insulino dependiente. Lo comento en recepciony al volver me habían bajado la Insulina para mantenerla fria. Esa y otras atenciones recibidas merecen la maxima calificacion. Hab muy amplia y Silenciosa, muy adecuada si buscas tranquilidad

Muy buena ubicación. Lastima que la habitación familiar tiene dos camas que son incómodas (un sofá cama) que suena mucho con cualquier movimiento.

Mi esposo y yo nos quedamos en el hotel por tres noches. Al final, fue una experiencia más o menos, no me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

I stayed with my partner for 3 nights at this hotel. Overall it was an average experience and I would not stay here again.

Pros: very kind & helpful staff, well air conditioned lobby, located in a quiet neighborhood away from most tourist traps (my favorite part is the location!), close to busses and the metro, complimentary liter of water.

Pro: our queen sized room was very spacious.we had two large windows, a couch, desk, table & lots of space to relax. The bathroom was large enough to fit my partner and I comfortably, it has a removable shower head, it’s spacious & the towels are very large!

Con: you must confirm you know how to work the air conditioning in the bedroom, even after receiving assistance the room was not comfortably cool.

Con: This hotel “looks” modern and fresh but it is evident the upgrades were cheaply done (plastic ceiling covers, door frames, etc.) This did not matter to us because we do not care how the hotel looks as long as we can sleep & exist comfortably - but that did not happen. Bathroom: The shower head was not secured to the wall so we could only use the removable shower head in our hands. I did report this to the reception but it was not fixed by the end of our stay. The shower and the sink could use more attention to detail with cleaning small crevices on the shower window and the bathroom sink but it was clean enough. Our hand towels had two small stains on each.

Con: the mattress was extra firm and the pillows were very uncomfortable. We both had neck pains after each night of sleep & I normally don’t use pillows so even more of a reason not to use the ones at this hotel.

Yelp doesn't do half stars but this hotel deserves 2.5 stars.

Location: the hotel is located in a residential area of Barcelona, away from beaches, shopping and local attractions. Taxis or public transport are necessary to get anywhere.

Rooms: While larger than most European hotel rooms, these are in desperate need of attention, the decor is extremely outdated and there is of visible wear and tear. The general vibe is a run down college dorm. The beds are not very comfortable and the bedding is very basic. The air conditioning units do not work. If you are visiting from the US, this alone could be a dealbreaker. Our group had three rooms and two had AC issues, none were fully resolved. Some rooms include an iron and ironing board (also unusual plus for European hotels) and a Nespresso machine.

Service: The staff is ok. Not overly proactive but also limited by the system in which they operate. On day 1, we visited the front desk to mention the issues with the AC. The agent said they would have a technician check it the following day. It didn't happen. We visited the front desk again, spoke with the same agent. She initially forgot our initial conversation but luckily she had written down the request. She mentioned the technician didn't come but they would address it the following day. She tried doing a room change but the hotel was full so instead we got an oscillating fan to help alleviate the AC situation. The issues continued for the third day and when we visited the front desk we were told the technician remained off.

Dopo il chiarimento con la direttrice, torniamo sempre per la pulizia, accoglienza e il prezzo.

Habitación grande, la cama enorme y cómoda. Mi hijo que durmió en el sofá dice que estaba regular. Los empleados muy correctos, parking estrecho, menos mal que vinimos con el coche pequeño.

Pondría más Estrellas pero el chico que me hizo el check in demasiado borde ya que en todo momento solo repetía " Mejor en efectivo que tarjeta no que ya estoy cerrado el día" si no tuviera ese momento en efectivo.
La manera de hablarme del que me atendió no fue la correcta, pero por otro lado muy limpio todo hasta último día de mi estancia y la chica que nos cerro el check in una maravilla muy atenta en todo.
SIN DUDA REPETIRIA. "GRACIAS ️"

Excelente, recomendable. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones amplias y limpieza aceptable. Desayuno excepcional. Muy variado.

Für unseren Familien Stadt Urlaub super! Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber, kleine Küche Zeile im Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr nett. Supermärkte, tolle Shops und kleine Boutiquen direkt in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Auch Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Bäckereien fußläufig in 5 - 10 minuten erreichbar. Keine 5 min ist die Bahnstation Gràcia. Von da nur 2 Stationen (ca. 5 min.) direkt in der Stadt. Alternativ auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dort hin kann sind Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch Shops.
Wenn mal wieder Barcelona auf dem Reiseplan steht, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Es un lugar tranquilo para desconectar un poco, sin salir de la rutina de la ciudad, muy recomendable

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet hôtel.points positifs:
quartier calme
Hôtel propre
Chambre spacieuse
Personnel agréable

Points négatifs:
Chambre 414, collée à la cage d’ascenseur = bruit
Chambre mal insonorisée du coup on vit au rythme des voisins de chambre.
Literie moyenne et vieillissante.

Globalement, nous sommes plutôt satisfaits malgré ces points négatifs car nous avons obtenu un très bon tarif.

We reserved a week ahead and checked in today for seven (7) nights. Requested for a double apartment away from street noise. That did not happen! In addition, there were no slippers and soap in the double apartment (website says these are included). Not a problem as we thought it was an oversight and requested for slippers, soap and also ice, if possible. The front desk person said ice was unavailable but he would get some ice for us anyway. No worries.we waited for two hours and nothing materialized. So we contacted the front desk after two hours and the person on duty said so sorry the previous person is not here anymore on duty and she’ll contact housekeeping right away. Half an hour later we call back and she says I’m sorry I’ve already informed housekeeping. I asked her whether we could contact housekeeping directly instead of going through front desk and the receptionist said it was not possible. Needless to say, for an Aparthotel that considers them a “four-star” this is really a stretch to say the least. I would expect this type of service from an absolute ‘no star’ to put it lightly. We’re staying here for the next six nights and hope things will pan out positive. Absolutely not happy right now as the air conditioner does not perform well either!

Hotel muy céntrico, personal amable, habitación correcta. La habitación dispone de tabla de planchar, cocina, mesa de comedor, salón, es amplia, muy completa. Muy recomendable la verdad

We had the suite with the bath tube. It took a long time to get it warm, but it was worth it. Our suite is really good price/standard for Barcelona. Clean, warm, renovated. Lovely and relaxing stay.

Rooms very basic and a bit of the beaten track but a great lively ane welcoming bar area and helpful friendly staff.

A good quality and clean 3 stars hotel appartement. Three is nothing extra and fancy about this hotel. The hotel respects the norms and the expectations.

El bar del hotel "Cactus tapas" es de lo mejor del barrio para unos cocktails o unas tapas bien hechas

Solamente he acudido a un taller de fin de semana. Las instalaciones son buenas y el personal muy atento y amable.

Pronti, partenza, via! Peccato che a "partire" sia stata la mia borsa di cui sono stata derubata, già il primo giorno, nella sala breakfast mentre facevo colazione. Immediatamente mi sono rivolta alla reception ricevendone una strafottente ed offensiva alzata di spalle. Che fosse avvenuto nella loro struttura, che fossi rimasta improvvisamente senza soldi, documenti, carta di credito e telefono, era affare che non li riguardava e di cui neppure si sentivano in obbligo di scusarsi.
Tutto quello che hanno fatto è stato chiamarmi un taxi per andare alla polizia a denunciare il furto. Pensate che sudata e quanto impegno devono aver profuso in tale eroica azione. Come rimproverarli se, oltre a questo, non ho ricevuto alcuna assistenza, aiuto o indicazioni utili a districarmi in una situazione di estremo disagio?
Sono arrivati al punto che, quando ho chiesto di poter avere almeno una fotocopia della mia carta d'identità, il portiere di turno, mi ha detto che il documento era custodito nell'ufficio dell'amministrazione e che lui non era autorizzato ad entrarci per recuperarlo.
Inizialmente pensavo che, presi alla sprovvista, fossero sconvolti ma poi, qualcuno del personale, mi ha confessato che "non accade spesso ma, ogni tanto, capita". Allora ho cominciato a sospettare che la mano svelta fosse una specialità della casa. Ma quello che per me è un sospetto tardivo per chi mi legge può essere un utile segnale di allarme.

Buen hotel en zona tranquila. Algo alejado de la zona turística, plaza cataluña, ramblas etc. Cogimos una habitación para cuatro y muy bien. Buen precio.

Muy bien situado, centrico y muy tranquilo. Limpio y bien cuidado. Los apartamentos amplios, no falta nada. Los precios muy correctos y el personal muy atento y amable. Recomendado 100%.

Hotel moderno y acogedor. Super tranquilo y situado en una zona muy bien comunicada y con muy variados servicios en cuanto a restauración, tiendas etc. A un paseo de las zonas turisticas de Barcelona. Parking de facil acceso. Excelente atención por parte del personal y en suma totalmente recomendable.
