This is an incorrect team, be very careful if you want to make dealing with them. I would not recommend it to anyone, several of my friends were tricked.: (

This is a cheater, they stole 1500 euro from us. We payed it two years before for 4 nights. Now they want from us to book 1 month (for much more money), and they dont make refund.

Very clean. Very good location. City center. Lots of shops and bars. The price-performance ratio is very good. Next time I will definitely come here many more times.

Estancia buenisima, todo moderno y muy limpio!
El apartamento esta en perfectas condiciones y tiene de todo, no falta nada que puedas necesitar han pensado en todo. El servicio y el trato excelentes son muy amables y estan en contacto por Whatsapp o email por cualquier cosa que necesites.
Nos sorprendio dejaron una botella de desinfectante para toda la familia de 1 litro y para el apartamento, muy agradecidos en estos momentos teniendo en cuenta la situación. Varias veces al dia limpian las zonas como el panel para acceder, que no necesita llave es con codigo, muy comodo y util.
Sin duda recomendamos este lugar y volveremos encantados.

Tenía una reserva a través de Booking con ellos para el fin de semana del 13-15 de marzo.
Mi intención era correr el maratón de Barcelona.
Su suspensión y el estado de alarma decretado en todo el país ese fin de semana me impidieron viajar.
Efectivamente, mi cancelación gratuita había expirado, pero entiendo que no fue culpa mía el no poder viajar.
Tanto los dueños del apartamento como booking se desentendieron de mi problema y no me ofrecieron ninguna ayuda para compensar, aunque solo sea en parte la pérdida.
Muy decepcionado con ambos.

I went with the family and we're all very happy, actually... Very attentive staff always in communication, details on arrival and everything very modern, in good condition and clean... Nothing bad to say. I recommend it and we'll come back next year for sure.

Me han parecido muy limpios, no faltan detalles y muy bien de precio. Como sugerencia y no critica, deberían tener una luz más en el baño para poder utilizar el espejo para afeitarse o enjuagarse los dientes y que no saltará el extractor porque suena muy fuerte. Los hay igual de potentes y más silenciosos. Y que la puerta del salón fuera entera de madera o con el cristal opaco para no molestar a la persona k descansa en el salón. Supongo que lo tendrán así para la iluminación. Eso sí hace falta una tabla de planchar más alta.

Une arnaque! On nous a prélevé de faux frais sur la caution et surtout avec des photos comme preuve qui ne correspondent pas à notre appartement (scandaleux!). On est encore en litige pour obtenir gain de cause. Je recommande de faire des photos de chaque recoin de l'appartement avant de le quitter. C'est dommage car l'appartement est sympa, c'est propre et confortable. Mais ça ne vaut pas 200 euros de prélèvement supplémentaire.

We stayed here for our holiday, nice and air conditioned, warm and helpful staff, come and go, no hassle. Stores nearby and not far from the beach. 10/10

Apartment is quite modernized, with security code based entry and centralized air conditioning. It is quite an easy access to public transportation and the city centre.

L'appartamento è carino, il personale non conosce benissimo l'inglese. Il WiFi funziona soltanto per 15 min al giorno. L'appartamento era molto carino e con tutti i confort (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, aria condizionata, ecc). La posizione non è molto centrale ma vicina alla metro e alla Sagrada Familia. La doccia è fotonica.

WiFi gratis. Falta agregar que la conexión dura tan solo 15 minutos y para volver a conectar hay que pasar por un engorroso registro. Estamos en un mundo tecnológico.no considere esta estancia si necesita estar conectado

One of the most comfortable family trips we've ever had! I really enjoyed a lot my stay there. All was very clean and look immaculate as you can see on the photos we have taken at the arrival.

Terrace was included, very big and calm. We felt very impressed with doors security and originality! There is a wide assortment of food stores, nice for hungry family as us:)
Employees were very kind and helped us in all our needs.
I really feel very satisfied and sincerely recommend these apartments to any family looking to enjoy Barcelona, relaxed and comfortable at the same time. 5 out of 5!

Appartement très propre très bien situé les photos sont fidèle à la réalité très bon service mise à part le fait que vous payer 60 € pour le ménage je trouve personnellement un peu élevées tout s'est bien passé bonne communication avec les responsables de l'établissement

Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, fidèle aux photos, proche du Metro (3mn à pied de la station camp de l'arpa), excellente communication et réactivité (via WhatsApp).

It's very nice clean and secure. Excellent staff. Little bit of road noise at night, but overall great!

Very good experience and great service. We requested for baby cot but they also provided high chair on their own initiative. The location is well connected to various bus stops and metro - all within 10-15 mins walk. There’s a nice bakery and dominos right at the corner along with several small super markets.
