Este edificio tiene el peor WiFi que jamás haya experimentado. Es esencialmente inútil y no carga nada. Todo se rompe después de tocarlo 2 o 3 veces: las puertas, el horno y los armarios se desmoronaban a los pocos días. La primera vez que entré al baño, el techo se cayó sobre mi cabeza. En promedio, la alarma contra incendios lo despierta al menos un par de veces por noche. Faltan puertas y la peor seguridad que puedas imaginar. Muchas veces hemos tenido extraños en nuestra habitación. No vengas ac'a.

Me he quedado en Aparto Pallars durante 8 meses y la experiencia ha sido en general muy decepcionante.
Todo el servicio es muy informal, no te reponden a los email, se tardaron 5 meses para devolverme la fianza. El servicio da mucho que desear. Ademas, tuve robos en mi cocina compartida, cualquier persona ya sea parte del equipo o del exterior tiene acceso a las zonas comunes. Me han robado electrodomesticos y muchas veces nos robaron comida y nadie por parte del Staff nos ayudo para nada ni nos dieron acceso a ver las camaras de seguridad. Y de otras zonas comunes se han robado televisores. La misma situación en las habitaciones, me han robado mis Airpods, y a compañeras mias les han robado las joyas. Es muy lamentable y decepcionate la experiencia que tuve en Aparto que deja mucho que desear con respecto al precio que se paga…
Durante verano, dejaron de realizar la limpieza diaria de las zonas comunes, a pesar de que es un servicio incluido en el pago.
En fin, el servicio por parte del staff es muy lamentable y muy inseguro para vivir debido a que cualquier persona tiene acceso a todas las areas comunes…
No lo recomendaria!

Mi hijo estuvo el año pasado, en general las instalaciones y la ubicación buena. Pero tratamos de usar el depósito para el siguiente año, y al regresar a recoger sus objetos los habían extraviado. Nadie responde después de 2 meses, ni por depósito que se hizo y no cumplieron ni por el pago del valor de sus objetos extraviados.
No dan la cara, envié correo y no recibo respuesta.

Junto a mi pareja quisimos realizar una reservación de aproximadamente 1 año, por lo que nos pusimos en contacto con aparto para reservar un estudio premium (en la página las fotos que tienen son muy bonitas, se ve como una habitación esquinera con mucho espacio y luz) cuando intentamos hacer la reserva nos dicen que el contrato sólo puede ponerse a nombre de uno de los dos (para obtener esta simple respuesta tardaron aproximadamente 2 semanas en las que teníamos que llamar a diario sin obtener más que un llama en 30 minutos o llama a las 3 cuando llegue otra persona que sabe más del tema) cuando finalmente tuvimos una respuesta quisimos realizar la reserva, hicimos 1 pregunta más porque el estudio que queríamos reservar no aparecía (en teoría ellos habían bloqueado la habitación para nosotros por el tema de la respuesta de las 2 semanas) tardaron 3 días en responder sobre la habitación, una persona conocida pudo ir y enviarnos un video del estudio y! VAYA SORPRESA! El estudio que vimos en el video no tenía nada que ver con la foto colgada en la página. No recomiendo esta residencia en lo absoluto, pésima atención y si es así antes de entrar no me imagino como es después de estar allí con ellos, se ve que no se preocupan por sus clientes
Por otro lado les recomiendo XIOR DIAGONAL BESOS una excelente atención, rápida y eficiente, está a unas pocas cuadras de aparto y obtienen más cosas por un menor precio.

He estado en comunicación con Aparto desde marzo para obtener un reembolso sin éxito. Conseguí un plan de alimentación con una empresa de catering que contrataron. Sin embargo, a principios de semestre la empresa se fue repentinamente. Desde marzo, Aparto me dijo que emitirían mi reembolso. Al principio fueron muy educados y seguros. Sin embargo, desde que regresé a los Estados Unidos, siguen diciéndome que están esperando una respuesta (a pesar de que dijeron que recibiría un reembolso a más tardar a finales de junio). Y últimamente me ignoran por WhatsApp. Es ridículo y perturbador.

Cuidado, este sitio es solo para estudiantes de BCN. Nosotras reservamos a través de booking y nos cancelaron la reserva, gracias a que llamé para intentar ampliar la estancia un día más con la sorpresa de que nos pedían carnet de estudiante de allí, y en booking obviamente no ponía nada de nada.

Ninguno se hizo cargo de no poner la información clara y tuvimos que pagar un hotel tres veces más caro. No lo recomiendo!

Hace poco estuve en esta residencia de estudiantes y quiero compartir mi experiencia. Si bien hubo aspectos positivos, varios problemas afectaron mi estadía.

Comencemos con los aspectos positivos. Los edificios de la residencia son nuevos, lo que ofrece un ambiente moderno y atractivo. Los recepcionistas fueron amables y serviciales, lo que contribuyó a crear un ambiente acogedor. La presencia de una terraza y una piscina, así como un gimnasio y cine, fue una ventaja significativa. Estas instalaciones permitieron relajarse y disfrutar de momentos de diversión entre los vecinos.

Sin embargo, encontré varios aspectos negativos que afectaron mi experiencia:

-En primer lugar, a menudo había obras de construcción, lo cual era sorprendente teniendo en cuenta lo nuevos que eran los edificios. Esta obra era fuente de ruido y malestar, perturbando la tranquilidad de los vecinos.

-Otro problema importante eran las alarmas contra incendios recurrentes, a veces incluso en medio de la noche. Ces incidents perturbaient le sommeil et causaient des désagréments importants aux résidents (Sans doute à cause des gens qui fumaient dans les bâtiments alors que c'est interdit) et j'ai également eu affaire à une voisine bruyante qui continuait de déranger malgré mes plaintes adressées en la recepción.

-Respecto a la limpieza, a pesar del personal de limpieza, el local no era satisfactorio. Incidentes como casos de vómitos en pasillos o ascensores, así como botellas olvidadas, eran habituales. Es lamentable que la limpieza de las áreas comunes no cumplió con las expectativas, algunos residentes estadounidenses no respetaron la residencia, lo que contribuyó a la suciedad general. Esto resalta la importancia de la conciencia colectiva para mantener la limpieza y el respeto por el local.

-Un aspecto decepcionante fue la falta de una cocina compartida o un espacio dedicado para los residentes con estudios. Esto restringió las oportunidades de pasar tiempo con amigos sin molestar a otros ocupantes en áreas comunes. Hubiera sido mejor tener un espacio específico donde los residentes del estudio pudieran reunirse sin molestar a los demás, especialmente considerando que estábamos pagando las tarifas más altas por nuestras habitaciones.

-Además, es lamentable que algunas instalaciones hayan sido objeto de restricciones de acceso. Por ejemplo, el acceso a la terraza estaba limitado por las noches, lo que reducía las oportunidades de aprovechar el espacio al aire libre para socializar o relajarse por las noches, lo que hubiera sido muy bienvenido.

Además, no se permitía el acceso a la azotea, aunque hubiera sido habilitada específicamente para ello. Es una pena no poder aprovechar al máximo esta instalación que habría ofrecido una vista panorámica y momentos agradables con amigos.

Desafortunadamente, también encontré dificultades durante el proceso de devolución de mi depósito. A pesar de mis numerosos recordatorios, tomó mucho tiempo recuperar mi depósito de seguridad, lo cual fue una fuente de frustración y malestar financiero, por otro lado, si tiene un día de retraso en el pago del alquiler, ellos están al pendiente para ¡recordarte!

Finalmente, el día de mi partida, lamentablemente fui víctima de un robo de mis pertenencias en mi automóvil cerca de la residencia. Esta experiencia fue muy desagradable y resultó en pérdidas materiales importantes.

En general, se necesitan mejoras para brindar un entorno residencial más agradable y satisfactorio porque los alquileres son muy altos, pero todavía tengo buenos recuerdos de mi estadía aquí con excelentes encuentros y una ciudad agradable.

Un lugar brillante, gente maravillosa: muy recomendable para estudiantes que buscan un lugar para quedarse.

Edificio relativamente nuevo, personal increíble, excelente ubicación, comodidades increíbles. ¡Lugar privilegiado para estudiantes en Barcelona!

Aparto has the potential to be a really nice place to stay. However, they certainly need to improve their services such as washing machines, weekly cleans, and the basketball hoop (which has been broken for months). I think over time Aparto will be able to adapt and figure things out, but since the complex is new I don’t think management is on top of everything yet.

The set up I had in Aparto, which was my own full size bed, spacious bedroom, and private bathroom, was great for my study abroad experience. However, that was the only good thing about living in Aparto. My roommates (10 other girls) and I along with other students I knew living in Aparto have so many issues with Aparto that it made the housing experience completely unbearable. First, towards the beginning of the semester, my roommates and I had notice snacks going missing from our room after the cleaning people came. We approached Aparto staff wish this issue and they gaslit us saying that our roommates were probably stealing the food, we were leaving the door unlocked, or we were making it up; all of which was untrue and led us to belief the staff were taking from us. Secondly, throughout my entire stay, the fire alarm would go off between 10pm and 6am randomly every night throughout the entire apartment for 30-50 seconds. This flashing light and loud siren would wake me up abruptly, sometimes 3 nights in a row, despite me talking to the staff. They responded to my frustrated emails, blaming the residence of the apartment saying they were cooking late at night at setting it off. Also, a lot of Aparto was just not ready when I arrived, so much so that it seemed like students should not have been living there yet. Even though they promised food and coffee services in our lobby, they took it away two weeks after I moved in and it has not been brought back in the four months I've lived here. There are also not enough laundry rooms to work for the number of people living there and they were always full or broken, making the experience even more complicated. Plus you have to pay 6 euros every time you want to do a complete load of laundry. Also, if you lock yourself out of your room, you have to ask the front desk for a temporary key and when doing so I often got attitude from the front desk. They did not want to give me a key to let me back in my room even though it was an accident. They are also really particular about having guests so if you want to invite your friends to stay with you while studying abroad, this is not the place to try. My roommates and I have tried to talk to the staff about these issues multiple times and eventually just gave up because nothing was being done. Overall, the Aparto staff is unprofessional and unhelpful, the facilities are not complete or entirely broken, and my living experience was probably one of the worst ones I've had in any apartment I've lived in. (even compared to other study abroad experiences I have had) If you are studying abroad in Barcelona, do not live in Aparto, I promise you it is not as great as the photos and website makes it seem. Living in Aparto was the worst part of my study abroad experience.

A un compañero mío y a mí nos faltaba dinero en nuestras habitaciones. Lo pusimos en nuestras habitaciones y nos aseguramos de que nadie entrara en nuestras habitaciones. Sin embargo, la gerencia entraría en nuestra habitación y la limpiaría. Entonces, el día que entraron, desapareció. Les he escrito varias veces y no han obtenido respuesta.

I really enjoyed my 4 months here at Aparto. The rooms are a great size with plenty of storage and natural light, everyone on the staff is so helpful, and there are great facilities for students. The building is a short walk from the beach, an L4 metro stop, and a large mall with everything one could need. It is also in a more residential area, which is nice when you need a break from the noise of the city. I definitely recommend staying here!

I came here in the beginning and could see the development. In the beginning residents had some issues but I have to state that most of them are solved in a short time. It very convenient to have everything in one building (gym, pool, cinema rooms etc.) I met a lot of incredible people and enjoyed constantly being in an international community. All the personal is responsive and friendly, always ready to help and assist in some personal issues. Definitely recommend if you are a student for exchange. In case you come to Barcelona as a student for a longer time, it is a good option to spend here some time in the beginning of the studying path. A good point is the fact that it is not a student's responsibility to organanise the apartment's treatment in case of problems.

New but also falling apart. The employees are nice but weird. Has fitness center and movie rooms but for some reason no constant hot water and TV still doesn’t work.

Nice staff and well-equipped apartments but fire alarms keep going off more than ten times a week, sometimes at the middle of the night and management has been unable to address our concerns.looking forward to living somewhere where i’m not woken up at 3 am

edit: also multiple power outages- current one has been going on for around 15 hours.and no printers or water fountains, which would be nice amenities for students

The property is good location is ideal. Surely, we’ve had several problems but considering its a new building and work is still being done here, it can happen. Power cut problems mentioned in the previous reviews are not the properties fault but the electricity providers. Staff is very attentive and take our complaints/advice into their perspective as much as possible. I believe that after some time they will adjust and eventually everything is going to be fine.

The Staff is lovely and helpful and I love Living here, but this is mainly because of the many great friends you can make here. In terms of Living quality, aparto has the Potential to be great, however we experience Power shortages, which can last over a whole day, moulds in bedrooms, cleaning Service of limited capability to say the least and annoyingly frequent fire alarms. Things which May seem like first World problems, however it must be reflected that the rent paid is way too high to experience the Problems at such a high frequency to the point that we are not surprised anymore when These occur.

Very good student residence, which is modern, and corresponds to the photos on the site. It is well equipped with a swimming pool, a gym, a study room, cinema rooms and a large common area.
It's also well located (5 min walk from a shopping center, 7 min from the metro, and about ten minutes from the beach).
The receptionists are very welcoming and do everything to solve the problems that we encounter.
There were 2 power cuts for sure but it didn't just affect Aparto but several buildings around so it wasn't their fault, not to forget that it's only their first year and they are doing very well.
I highly recommend this student residence

Staff and front desk receptionists are very helpful in kind in attempting to solve problems though management and building uppers, from a residents pov, have not progressed in solving these problems. Random fire alarms, power outages, mold, rats, etc.these problems are reoccurring and often very disruptive during everyday life.

Cette résidence bien qu’équipée d’infrastructure très intéressante et gérée par un corps managériales inexistant ne répondant pas aux problématiques des résidents (coupure d’électricité de plus d’une journée dans tout le bâtiment sans aucune aide ou compensation de ceux ci, vol dans ma propre chambre dû à un dysfonctionnement de ma porte qui serait de “ma” responsabilité alors même que vidéo montrant la défaillance de la porte à l’appui).
Malgré une équipe de réceptionniste excellente et agréable les managers que j’accable ci-dessus auront réussi à me faire oublier le positif de cette résidence.
Je ne recommande pas ce bâtiment, préférez à la place la résidence “liv” se trouvant juste à côté et proposant une piscine avec une vu beaucoup plus intéressante pour le même prix!

The residence is amazing. I've been living in Barcelona for over a year now, and last year I was staying at another residence where I paid almost the same amount of money and it did not even compare to this one. The staff is incredible, they are super sweet, nice, and helpful. Whenever there is a problem they do everything in their power to make it better. When the energy was out on the whole street, they had a backup generator to have at least some light so we could charge our devices, along with calling constantly the energy company for updates.
The facilities are great, we have many places to spend our time. There are two movie rooms, various study rooms, two laundry rooms, a great gym, a game area, a cafeteria, a pool, terraces, and many more things. Nothing is missing, they have it all. Everything is always clean and taken care of, and they clean your room once a week. It is a great residence, where you can feel comfortable with having your own space but also meeting new people from all around the world. It is one of the best residences in Barcelona. I highly recommend it!

Very good residence. Polite and helpful staff, there is a gym, swimming pool, football and basketball field.

The food is low quality, essentially bulk bought plastic-wrapped pastries for breakfast and dry Spanish omelettes. So many infrastructure issues, rats, and lack of communication from the general manager regarding action against these problems. Our program moved in while the apartments weren’t even finished. A cheap-stake business at the stake of students wellbeing.
