Asendia

I begins bad. I ordered a product in UK and unfortnately the company works wih Asendia. I have the tracking number but the delivery address is incorrect. It´s crazy! I give the correct address when I bought this product I expect the delivery company to process at this address. On their website no phone number, no nothing. Everything is done not to reply to the customer but to gain time.delivery companies in Spain are an absolute joke. They are unable to do a correct delivery. Let´s see

Una auténtica estafa. Más de un mes esperando un pedido que no me entregan y nadie atiendde las llamadas ni los correos diarios desde hace más de una semana. Ahora mismo voy a poner denuncia.

Nadie coge el teléfono, imposible recibir atención al cliente. Supuestamente el día de ayer entregaron un pedido que llevo esperando 24 días y no recibí nada en mi casa. Son un completo desastre, impresentables como empresa. Estafadores, consigansé un trabajo honesto.
