Vistas maravillosas, ubicación excelente, amplitud, todo en general.perfecto!

Everything was perfect. The location is great, the apartment is very comfortable and staff very helpful.

Great space close walking to most points of interest. Clean and tidy plenty of room for our adult family. Two bathrooms was amazing lounge and kitchen facilities were perfect thank you.

Excelente ubicación, cómodo, limpio, espacioso apartamento moderno con excelentes instalaciones. Fácil entrada y salida. Gran comunicación.

Gran espacio cerca caminando a la mayoría de los puntos de interés. Limpio y ordenado, mucho espacio para nuestra familia adulta. Dos baños eran increíbles, el salón y la cocina eran perfectos, gracias.

Todo era perfecto. La ubicación es genial, el apartamento es muy cómodo y el personal muy servicial.

Bien equipado y acogedor. Amplio piso con 4 habitaciones y 2 baños a15 minutos andando del centro histórico

Aprovechan la fianza para reformar el piso. Hasta te cobran mano de obra por cambiar las pilas de algo que no has usado… haces fotos a todo o os la jugarán…

Sin lugar a dudas volvería a alquilar un apartamento con ellos. Durante toda mi estadía he estado en contacto con Jesús y Ezequiel, quienes han sido súper atentos y proactivos para que la estancia sea excelente.

La peor inmobiliaria con la que he tratado nunca. Se desentienden de cualquier problema y solo les preocupa el dinero.

Did not get my deposit back. I was made redundant from work, left my flat on time with correct notice, always paied them on time for over a year. Needed the deposit money as income to survive covid lock down and still not had the deposit back over 30 days later, it's now 24 days late. I have no money and homeless. Avoid this company especially if you are an expat.

They are a band of bandits, not very professional, profiteers and criminals in the sector. I do not recommend it, my daughter was robbed and professionally mistreated to keep the deposit, it was a bad dream, they are bad people.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. SCAMMERS AND BAD PEOPLE.

I am an ESADE student that stayed at one of their apartments for 1 year, first of all, they scammed my flatmates and I with a fake "long term contract" (turned out to be a "holiday rental contract" of 11 months), and, to our surprise heavily increased the rent a year later without prior notice (illegal in Spain with a L/T contract). The nice and friendly behaviour of the team vanished the second they second they collected their fees.

The worst part was one of the rooms in the house became flooded from the ceiling (the upstairs neighbour had a leak, nothing to do with us), and the room became infested with fungi and bacteria. When we tried contacting them they BLOCKED our calls and whatsapp and told us we were responsible and had to cover all costs, which, considering (i) an agency fee worth three months of rent and (ii) the fact the flat is not ours and (iii) the contract was "short term/holiday rental", they should have dealt with the problem themselves.

Finally, they KICKED US OUT because we didn't want to live with a fungi infested room and of course, DID NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT (€3,000). The worst experience I had in Barcelona by far. Had to have lawyers involved.

I was staying in one of their apartments for two months when I just moved to Barcelona.
Without any notice or asking for permission, they entered the apartment, while I was at work, to show it to possible future guests. My personal items and valuables were spread out in the apartment. They did not show respect for my privacy.

Lugar limpio y correcto. El barrio da un poco de respeto pero en realidad es tranquilo. Una pega es que el calentador solo tiene x litros de agua. Eramos 4 y la ultima se ducho con agua fría. Si hubiéramos sabido ese detalle nos hubiéramos organizado mejor.

After having a very unpleasant experience with another rental agency, I am glad I stumbled upon Aspasios. They were fast, helpful and caring. A very pleasant experience and still is. I highly recommend using their services.

What a great place to stay! The staff was welcoming and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious, and was conveniently located within easy walking distance to the Metro, La Ramblas, shopping, dining, and much more. I would highly recommend Aspasios Apartments.

Perfect location for seeing many sites in Barcelona. Access to metro and taxis if prefer not to walk. Excellent accommodations for a family. Very friendly and responsive staff.

Excellent apartment - it was clean and comfortable and an ideal base for exploring the city. Ideal location as it was very central and only a couple of minutes from the metro station. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend it.

Very nice appartment. Well located.
But no French TV Channel with the satellite, for a rainy week, it's an issue.

Excellent location, close to main touristic points in Barcelona. Clean room, a little small, but cozy and comfortable.

La ubicación del apartamento, inmejorable, al lado de la Plaza Mayor y Puerta del Sol. No hemos echado de menos nada, muy bien equipado. Un fin de semana en Madrid, estupendo. No dudéis en reservar.

Good apartment, stayed here not first time. Clean, good location, all what you need is in the apatment.

Location is good> 10-mines walk to airport shuttle bus stop, easy access to city traffic, and 15-20 mines walk to beach.
Inner decoration is fantastic, which makes people pleasant and comfort as home. Aslo impressed by the balconies, the seperate bathrooms, washing machine, complete kitchen facilities.
Highly recommended for family visit to Bacelona.

The apartment is well located, just 10 min walk to Puerto de Sol. Shops, restaurant are well-rounded.

Aspasios comes off friendly and professional. I just rented a flat for 3 months and they will take all of your extra fee for electricity, water, internet and if you live outside of Spain they are unprofessional and unclear about the fact that they expect the customer to pay for bank transfer fees when you already pay a wire transfer fee. They did not make an effort to reimburse me the total amount of the deposit due. I would recommend a different rental company.especially if you plan to move back to your home country as they hold the deposit for 30 days and no not disclose invoices to you.

Situación muy céntrica, y a pocos metros de la playa.
Cómodo, limpio y precioso.
Estancia perfecta.
