Aspasios Garden Apartments

Excelente apartamento para una familia. Amplio y súper bien ubicado. ¡El mejor servicio del administrador de la propiedad (Aspasios)! Recomendado.

Nos alojamos aquí por dos semanas con el propósito de trabajar remotamente durante el día y salir por la noche. ¡Fue la mejor decisión durante nuestro viaje!

El apartamento de dos dormitorios es perfecto para dos personas ya que permite que todos tengan un espacio privado.

El lugar tiene calefacción mediante AC que funciona bien, es fácil de entender y silencioso durante la noche. Nos alojamos durante enero cuando hacía bastante frío por la noche, por lo que la calefacción era imprescindible para nosotros.

El área principal tiene una mesa grande que es perfecta para trabajar de forma remota y no tuvimos problemas con las videollamadas durante nuestra estadía ya que la conexión Wi-Fi fue bastante estable.

La ubicación es excelente ya que la Rambla y otros lugares populares están cerca. Sin embargo, durante el día teníamos horas tranquilas ya que las ventanas eran muy buenas para mantener los niveles de ruido al mínimo.

Cada solicitud o problema fue atendido con una rápida respuesta y acción por parte del equipo de Aspasios. Todo el personal hablaba un inglés muy decente.

La cama doble en el dormitorio principal era muy cómoda.

¡El apartamento tenía una cabina de ducha que no goteaba después de su uso! ¡Asombroso!

Algún margen de mejora:
— el baño podría tener un par de ganchos más para colgar toallas y ropa
— la insonorización podría ser mejor ya que se escuchaban claramente los ruidos de otros apartamentos
— una tasa de impuestos municipal un poco alta en comparación con otros lugares en los que hemos estado. ¡Pero vale la pena!

Nos alojamos aquí por 3 noches.en noviembre Es la época en la que el invierno está a punto de entrar. Pero hace muy buen tiempo, 24 grados.
El alojamiento está en muy buena ubicación, en el centro de la ciudad, tranquilo.
Puedes buscar restaurantes. Tienda de conveniencia convenientemente al lado.
Las habitaciones son limpias, modernas, bellamente decoradas, frescas y acogedoras.
Hay 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, salón y cocina con encimera para cocinar.
Instalaciones completas Incluyendo lavadora, TV, frigorífico, aire acondicionado, agua caliente, hervidor, cafetera, etc, tanto como dispone una casa de una persona media.
Se considera una habitación que vale mucho la pena el precio.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de Passei de Gracia y Casa Batlló. Apartamento moderno con cocina bien equipada. Cuarto de baño con ducha y WC bastante pequeño. Bonita terraza privada en la parte trasera de la aplicación. 1.2

Excelente ubicación, muy limpio, procedimiento fácil, muebles hermosos y modernos

mal mal insonorizado, se oye cada pequeño movimiento, del vecino de arriba (mala suerte para nosotros: el niño grita y corre tarde por la noche) o del pasillo, colchones blandos para nuestro gusto

Es una pena, pero no volveríamos a reservarlo por el ruido. Por lo demás es un gran apartamento. Así que si no eres sensible al ruido, este apartamento es una gran opción.

Apartamento muy moderno y muy limpio. Excelente aislamiento acústico con el exterior mucho menos con el ruido de los vecinos de arriba. Bien ubicado y la pequeña piscina es una ventaja. Feliz con nuestra estadía

Très bel appartement, propre et situé dans un quartier sympa de Barcelone. Les explications sont claires et une hôtesse nous a téléphonée dès notre arrivée pour savoir si tout était OK et s'il y avait un problème de les contacter. Si nous revenons à Barcelone, nous passerons certainement par Apsasios pour une location car l'ensemble des locations a l'air très bien.

Muy bonito apartamento, limpio y situado en una bonita zona de Barcelona. Las explicaciones son claras y una azafata nos llamó nada más llegar para saber si todo estaba bien y si había algún problema contactar con ellos. Si volvemos a Barcelona, ​​definitivamente pasaremos por Apsasios para alquilar porque todos los alquileres tienen muy buena pinta.

El departamento que alquile unida 4-1 es precioso, ahora un solo problema pague el alojamiento para 3 adultos y a la hora de usar el agua caliente solo te permite una ducha de 2 minutos para una sola persona, los demas otro dia o despues de 5 hs, ademas al usar el agua caliente te quedas sin calefaccion, segun lo que me explicaron los encargados, asi que el tema es facil o te duchas o te calefaccionas, sin tener en cuenta que cobran 150 euros la noche, eso si cuando reclame, la respues fue que todo es normal, todo via chat de whatsapp NUNCA DIERON LA CARA, recomiendo que busquen otro sitio donde alojarse por ese dinero hay montones en barcelona

Absolutely adored this place. More spacious than I thought & everything was new and in great shape. The beds were an absolute dream & slept soundly. Area is quiet & there's not much sound proofing between rooms & floors so this is very much a quiet place to stay. Lovely small balcony out front, which is perfect for two for brunch. Excellent restaurants & bars in <10 min walking distance.

We had an issue with hot water, but this was fixed as soon as we raised it & they left a note to let us know what had been done, which was great.

Only feedback would be that it would be good to have coffee & filter paper.

We recommend to guests the eco shop across the road for all your supplies.

Just got back from a week's stay in the apartment. I heartily recommend this place to everyone. The apartment was clean, new, beautifully decorated, with windows on both sides of the building, which were also very good soundproofing. It is excellently located (it is located in a very safe area, a few minutes on foot from a large number of attractions). The great advantage of the apartment is the swimming pool, also well-kept and clean. Contact with the staff was quick and smooth. On our last day, we were also able to leave our luggage at their office after we had checked out.

Great apartments, almost everything was high quality. New, fresh, clean. Great furnitures. Pool is a nice addition too. But.the bed, pillows and sheets are not comfortable at all.

I really do not understand why would you spend so much on expensive solid wood furniture and then buy a 'plastic' pillow and 'plastic' sheets?
People spend most of their time in the apartment in bed and bed and bed sheets are the worst part of this apartment.

I would rent it again, because it really hard to find nicely designed and furnished apartments in Barcelona, but please consider changing the pillows and the sheets.

If you decide to rent make sure to ask for higher floor apartment.

I am currently staying at this location, and still will be for the next couple of months. Everything is excellent. However, last night at 9pm I got locked out of the apartment and was unable to contact the emergency number so far. Currently staying at a friend who thankfully offered me a spare room. The 24h emergency service is a SCAM. I tried contacting through the 24h maintenance phone, sending emails and calling every number I could find (which of course I wasn't expecting a reply, if the 24h did not work). I had to cancel all my schedule for today as I am still outside the apartment and have no clue when I will get back in.

Nice clean apartment however starting day two the ceiling in our bathroom began leaking enough that we needed three buckets to catch the water called emergency number and he came looked at ceiling and said a worker would be out next morning never showed couldn’t sit on toilet with pants getting wet from floor finally came morning we were leaving in the middle of us packing we told him to come back after we left definitely put a damper on the vacation no pun intended

Wonderful location; we could walk to both Picasso Museum and Sadgrada Familia along with many wonderful restaurants. Our host was very helpful when we arrived. I would book this Airbnb again if returning the beautiful city of Barcelona.

This was our first time travelling to Barcelona and these apartments really helped make our visit something to remember.

Apartments are well appointed, two small balconies, a good kitchen, washer/dryer, usb charging ports, communal pool.

Ideally located in a nice area of BCN, 5 mins walk from la pedrera, and the Barcelona Touristic bus stop. The metro is on the next block, however we used Free Now as the BCN taxi's are cheap and very quick.

Great family-friendly flat. Nicely designed, feels like home. Amazing garden with a pool for the kids to play in. Great location.

A lovely apartment centrally located but not too noisy. Really clean and well appointed. A great place to stay when exploring Barcelona.

This was seriously a great find! After looking for weeks on line for the absolute perfect place to stay (at what turned out to be the worst time-World Mobile Conference), this place was more than ideal! Best location ever! Eixample is the area to be.walking to restaurants, shopping and the best food around is within blocks! The apartment was adorable yet simple, clean, had 2 beds & 2 baths (not that easy to find), washer/dryer (also hard to find), safe entry (coded gate, with key card access in elevator). The people who checked us in (Alessandro*****!) were so helpful and told us where to go, eat, visit.anything! They were available 24 hrs and it was like living in Barcelona with the amenities of a hotel. Would stay there again for sure! Loved it!

Nice, modern and clean appartments. Located right next to the heart of the city (Rambla) but far enough away so it's a quiet around here.
Single points of criticism are that the organizational staff sometime isn't as organized as it should be and that both bathrooms should be equal (in size).

My wife and I along with her brother and sister-in law from Australia shared an 2 bedroomed Aspasios Garden Apartment for 5 nights. We all agreed that this was probably the best apartment we had stayed at. The location was very central, close to the Metro and many nice restaurants. The setting for the apartment with its own garden and pool were a bonus. The apartment was spotlessly clean (full marks to Room Service who came in every day), the Wi-Fi top rate and the Reception Staff friendly and helpful. A Very enjoyable stay.

We had a pleasant stay in this well placed and very clean appartement with all the modern equipment. Perfect for family and couples.

This apartment far exceeded my expectations. It was luxurious and immaculate, sitituated in the best possible location, and hosted by a company that took care of every detail. I can't imagine anything they could improve, except the pictures on their listing-the apartment is much better than the pictures.

Estuvimos alojados tres días en este magnifico apartamento. En pleno centro pero una calle tranquila, un precioso edificio moderno, nuestro apartamentos tenía dos habitaciones, dos baños, salón, cocina comedor, todo tipo de electrodomésticos y con una decoración fantástica. Las camas de gran calidad, olvide donde dormía.y con la comodidad de tener espacio para relajarnos sin tener que estar en la habitación de un hotel. Ideal para familias o viajes de negocios, muy muy recomendable. Sin duda volveré a reservar en mi próximo viaje a BCN

Excellent! Not only that everything was as promised and the service perfect, but the Aspasios team went out of their way to help with some little extras needed due to a minor medical incident. They really took care of us like real hosts!
Apartment clean and fully equipped.
Location perfect with metro right in front of the door - one station to go to Placa Catalunya/Las Ramblas. Restaurants and bars all around.
Wouldn't think twice to go back there for the next trip to Barcelona.

It was really perfect place for our family. Very clean and everything was brand new. Especially the hair balm was really great and I loved it. Kitchen equipments are fully prefared such as Pots, bowls, spoon, porks, nife and so on.

I think the apartment is very organized and feels like staying at hotels. Moreover, the location is very good.

Highly recommended!
