Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Suites

Me encantó el apto excelente ubicación, todas las comodidades, muy bien el aseo, y además te dejan café, te,y agua de cortesía.

Realmente disfrutamos nuestras vacaciones. La ubicación es increíble, es un área muy segura y también
Muy cerca (10-15 min andando) del centro.
Aunque las calles pueden ser ruidosas, ¡las ventanas están insonorizadas!
Las habitaciones son amplias y el diseño del apartamento es muy bonito. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor y también un supermercado abierto las 24 horas al otro lado de la calle.
Ten en cuenta que no basta con escribir “Aspasios” en los mapas, porque hay más de uno en la ciudad.
El ascensor es pequeño y lento, y hubiera sido bueno si el televisor tuviera Netflix / si fuera un televisor más inteligente para nuestro tiempo de descanso:)
En general disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y la ubicación es 10/10.

Esta es una ubicación perfecta, a poca distancia de muchos sitios y excelentes restaurantes y cafeterías. Las habitaciones son amplias, luminosas y limpias. Somos una familia con 3 niños y fue una gran experiencia para todos. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente y definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

El lugar es muy céntrico y cercano a sitios turísticos.
El apartamento es grande, espacioso y muy limpio. El personal siempre respondió a cualquier pregunta y también nos ayudó a conseguir un taxi.mascotas y muy amables

¡La ubicación de este apartamento de lujo me sorprendió, en el buen sentido! El apartamento es hermoso y definitivamente vale la pena el precio. Nos alojamos en las elegantes suites que venían con una cocina completa, lavadora y secadora y un patio privado al aire libre. Al llegar, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y acogedor. Todo (comida, mercados, tiendas, hoteles, azoteas, etc.) estaba prácticamente a poca distancia a pie y estás en el corazón de la ciudad más cara de Barcelona. Si vienes aquí de vacaciones, luna de miel o viaje de chicas, ¡definitivamente recomendaría quedarte aquí!

Tuvimos un rato maravilloso. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y espacioso.
También teníamos un hermoso balcón. La comunicación con Aspasios fue genial.
Recomendamos encarecidamente el espacio.

Es un hermoso apartamento en una hermosa parte de Barcelona, ​​a la vuelta de la esquina de la Casa Batlló.

Éramos una familia de 4 adultos y nos alojamos en el apartamento 12A que se encuentra en el 3er piso. Estuvimos aquí por 4 noches a fines de abril. Pudimos hacer arreglos con anticipación para obtener el código de la puerta del edificio y las llaves de la tarjeta del quiosco de autoservicio porque volábamos internacionalmente a Barcelona. El registro se realizó sin problemas. Por alguna razón, las instrucciones de duplicación de llaves no funcionaron hasta el día siguiente.

El apartamento tiene lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas. La gerencia suministró 2 paquetes de detergente para ropa, 2 paquetes de detergente para lavavajillas y un sobre pequeño de líquido para lavar platos.

El apartamento es muy espacioso, tenía mucho espacio de almacenamiento y muchos enchufes para cargar nuestros dispositivos. La cama completa era al menos tamaño queen. El WiFi funcionó bien. Las toallas eran de un tamaño muy generoso y había mucha agua caliente. La cocina tenía muchos platos y cubiertos. Recomendamos suministrar jabón para la cocina y toallas de papel.

La ubicación es fantástica. A solo 2 cuadras de Casa Batlló y en una zona con muchos restaurantes y cafés. Conseguimos nuestros comestibles del supermercado ubicado en el sótano de Cortes Ingles en Plaça Catalunya. Selección mucho más grande.

Todos los electrodomésticos eran difíciles de usar para los visitantes no españoles. La gerencia debe proporcionar un enlace URL al manual de instrucciones en PDF para todos los dispositivos. La marca Teka fue especialmente difícil de usar debido a los íconos misteriosos no estándar en los controles. La combinación de microondas y parrilla (Teka TMW 20.2 BI) no existe en los EE. UU, por lo que tomó un tiempo descubrirlo. Pedí instrucciones sobre cómo usar la lavadora pero nunca recibí ninguna.

Reportamos una puerta de ducha que goteaba gravemente y dejaba charcos de agua en el piso. Aunque la gerencia envió a un técnico para arreglar esto, la puerta de la ducha seguía goteando. También informamos de un problema con el postigo exterior de madera en la habitación Queen BR. Nuestras hijas pudieron cerrar sus persianas para silenciar el ruido de la calle. No pudimos hacer eso porque una persiana no se movía. Nunca escuché nada de la administración.

Nos alojamos en Aspasios Catalunya Suites entre el 7 y el 10 de mayo. Fabuloso apartamento de tres habitaciones con duchas. Fantástica ubicación perfecta en una calle tranquila y arbolada, pero a solo 7 minutos a pie de Le Rambla. Llegamos temprano. No pudimos registrarnos hasta las 3.pero tenían taquillas para maletas que fue perfecto el proceso de registro fue perfecto me hubiera encantado un cepillo de barrer o un recogedor y un cepillo para poder barrer antes de irnos el único pequeño problema que tuvimos fue que estábamos en el quinto piso y el ascensor no era el mejor pero es un edificio muy antiguo definitivamente me quedaría allí de nuevo, pero pediría un piso más bajo. Recomendaría encarecidamente estos apartamentos a cualquiera.

Apartments have nothing to do with the pictures on the website. Not design and not trendy, total scam! Tons of dampness on the walls. Flats are poorly maintained if at all. Hair of previous guests on the floors and even towels! Problems with hot water - it’s changing from boiling hot to cold every other second - impossible to bath our baby! The building is not accessible! Construction work is taking place outside - loud! Stay away!

El apartamento bien pero la atención al cliente fatal mejor dicho inexistente. Tienes qur abrirte tu la recepción hacer el auto cheking en una maquina y ni tan siquiera hay un baño que poder usar en la recepción (por llamarlo dr alguna manera porque es un pasillo) el baño creo que si hay pero esta cerrado y no hay nadie para abrirlo.

Très bien situé, grand condo avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Propre et calme (donnant à l arrière). Seul bémols était le check in.ass3z compliqué car personne sur place, juste une machine! Donc pas beaucoup d unfo surtout que notre condo était pas à la même place que le check in.nous avons due nous débrouiller pour trouver. Mais après ce petit pépin, le reste était parfait donc je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter

My family and I stayed here during our winter trip in January 2022. Clean rooms, great locations; good views, close to supermarkets, close to Casa Batlio! The toilet is also equipped with a bidet spray - which was a GREAT PLUS for my family!

Their elevator Never worked. Had to climb up 7 stories. The tv did not work as well. The door to the appartement would not work constantly. The support is ineffective and rude. Would not stay in this appartment for free.

Location and the apartment itself is perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better location, BUT manuals would be very helpful! So we are day 5 of our stay and we haven’t been able to take a HOT shower which is inconvenient especially in the AM when it’s cold and we do t know how to turn on the heat in the apartment on top of it. This evening we finally figured out the heater but had to heat water on the stove to take somewhat of a warm shower tonight!
Manuals on how to use the washer and dryer would be a plus. Thank God for YouTube!
I realize this is not technically an Airbnb but manuals of how to use items in the home and metro information would be a major plus. Would I recommend this particular apartment? Probably BUT I’d definitely recommend you ask how to use things and first and foremost checking you have hot water before getting comfortable!

Absolut hervorragend - tolles Apartment (3 Schlafzimmer, 3 (!) Badezimmer, Dachterrasse) im Haus Rambla de Catalunya 42 und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Lage nahe Pl Catalunya ideal. Viele Restaurants und Läden in der Umgebung. Nur der Aufzug ins Dachgeschoss ist sehr klein und sehr langsam, so dass man teils lange warten - oder die Treppe nehmen musste. Kontakt mit Team Aspasios immer freundlich und sehr schnell, auch als uns noch am Tag der Ankunft spontan eine andere Wohnung zugewiesen wurde.

en mal estado, muy desgastadas!

Ótimo local e apto espaçoso. Só não se hóspede em 4 pessoas porque a água quente só dura 2 banhos rápidos. O jeito é esperar mais 1 hora.

Stayed at this place in Dec 2021. Family of 2+2 ages 12 and 15. We arrived late at night and was advised to check in using an automated services. There was another family which was straggling to complete the process. After a while we contacted with a customer support. After trying to assist remotely he explained that he cannot help us remotely and he will arrive within 20 min. He arrived exactly after 20 min and resolved all the issues. It took about one hour to check us in (at 3: 30 am), the guy who assisted us was very helpful (unfortunately, did not get his name). That was the first down side.
We got an appartment on opposite bulding. In my opinion it was better because of larger elevator and bigger stairs room
The appartment DESIGN second floor has 1 master bedroom, 1 small bedroom with 2 single beds and large living rooms with sofa and dining table for 6. Master bedroom and living room have small balconies to street. FULLY equiped kitchen (even wine glasses ane espresso cups). The bathroom is very narrow and lacking air heating and this is the second down side. Was very impressed with size, clearness and equipment in appartment. Central AC worked well.
SLEEPING quality is good. Would suggest to improve pillows.
LOCATION is perfect between Rambla de Catalunya and Passeig de Gracia. 2 min walking from batia house and metro.

Très bonne emplacement, mai mal entretenue. D’autres client jette leur poubelle dans les escaliers, les employés ne veulent pas la ramasser et ceux depuis plusieurs jours. Deux douche dans l’appartement mai pas d’eau chaude lors que les deux fonctionnent. Le personnel en charge du ménage n’est pas très pointilleux: oreiller sans tête d’oreiller, draps sale, local poubelle fermée après une certaine heure. Je déconseille fortement au prix du séjour il y a bien plus interessant. Sur les photos nous pouvons voire une très jolie terrasse étant actuellement dans les locaux je la cherche toujours?

Well equipped apartment, clean and quiet. The apartment has an outdoor terrace overlooking one of Gaudí's houses.
We were 4 adults in a spacious apartment suitable for 6. Ideal location - a 10-minute walk from Catalunya Square.
Super Market and Bakery are close.

El apartamento está muy bien emplazado y acondicionado, todo muy nuevo, limpio y cuidado. Solo un fallo, en uno de los baños tiene muy poca reserva de agua caliente, para una ducha corta y poco mas

The appartment was great! The location is very central, the service was good and the appartment is well aquipted.its very comfortable with children, we loved our stay and we will recomant it to everyone.the only thing that was a problem for us is the hour of cleaning' allmost afternoon.it will be better if the house will be cleaned in the morning' when we are out.

Gorgeous apartments with a great location to shopping. The cons: we found the doors a bit difficult to work, and there’s no 24/7 concierge. We had to check in ourselves, and navigating the building is confusing at first without help. Additionally, we were only allowed new towels every 3 days. However, concierge was helpful when available, and the location for the price are great.

Modern designed, you got everything you need in it. Very clean.

Overall the accommodation was good, the hot water would run out regularly after 2 showers. Also, I was not told at check in that there was another apartment & that we shared the main entrance door. I woke up the afternoon of my arrival so see a man in the hallway. I had no idea who or where he came from, alittle off putting to say the least.

We had a wonderful stay with Aspasios Ramblas Catalunya. Our family of 4 stayed at one of their design apartments and we can only say good this about the place. Excellent location, nice and friendy staff, and very comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need away from home, we will definetly stay with Aspasios again if we return to Spain.

These apartments are well managed & lovely receptionists onsite.great city location.large modern apartments have stayed their twice. & Well reccomended if staying in Barcelona

Our apartment was clean and ready for us, even though we were early. The views from our balconys were very nice. Great location, nice Tapas bar just across the street and a great cafe on the other side. I only wish we had more time in Barcelona.
