Nos hospedamos con mi familia durante 5 noches y la experiencia fue excelente. El departamento muy amplio, comodo, limpio y muy completo. La calefacción y agua caliente impecable. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y predispuesto. Volveria sin dudarlo. Gracias por todo

El apartamento era muy bueno y estaba en una parte central de la ciudad, cerca del Puerto Viejo y otras atracciones. El proceso de registro fue deficiente ya que tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para obtener los códigos para acceder. En Madrid pasó lo mismo.

Excelente estadía Hermoso departamento amplio y moderno. Esta muy cerca de los puntos importantes de la ciudad. Cocina súper equipada y el staff muy stento a nuestras necesidades

Apartamento limpio y muy bien ubicado para pasar unas vacaciones en Barcelona. Nuestra única queja es la falta de espacio para guardar nuestro equipaje ya que sólo había un pequeño armario en una de las habitaciones. Si regresamos a Barcelona volveremos a contactar.

Gran apartamento. Muy limpio, mucho espacio. La ubicación es genial para llegar a cualquier parte de la ciudad.

We had a really lovely stay at our flat. The flat was very clean, lovely to be in and a great location. We were met on arrival at the flat where we were given lots of recommendations and generally felt very at ease and catered to. Overall was a great stay and can't recommend more!

Buena experiencia. El apartamento está bien cuidado y el trato fue muy profesional y amable. Para repetir!

Nous avons séjourné au Aspasios Urquinaona Design sur la rue carrer de gracias et nous avons aimé notre logis. Très fonctionnel avec salle à diner en verrière, avec la cuisinette comportant un lave-vaisselle et une laveuse à linge en plus d'être un édifice sécurisé, cela fut une belle expérience. Le locateur nous a donné à l'arrivée des conseils sur les visites ainsi que des coupons rabais. Il a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions durant notre séjour. Le logement est propre et est situé centralement en fonction des intérêts à visiter. Les rues sont calmes. Des épiceries et des restaurants sont situées très près à pied. Le seul inconvénient, est que l'on entend les voisins s'ils parlent la nuit dans leur logement, mais somme toute, la majorité des nuits ont été calme. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous serions prêts à y retourner sans hésitation.

Great location, only 10 min walk from Placa Catalunya. We had a spacious 3 bed apartment and were met within few minutes of arriving to be shown around apartment and given a map with recommendations of restaurants, things to do etc. We were also able to leave bags at their offices, 1 street away, on our day of departure. Only complaint was that one of our showers had not been cleaned properly, as it was full of sand from previous occupiers. Rest of apartment had all been cleaned well though. We would stay again.

Small clean and comfortable 2 bed apartment in an excellent location. The shower cubicle is small and only mainstream Spanish TV but these were minor issues.
Most things are in walking distance - Gothic quarter, Sagrada familia etc. The beach is half an hour.
There's plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within a 5 min walk. Taxi fare to the airport just under€40 and there's a metro station nearby. Nice area and 2 minutes from the aspasios office. Staff were very helpful.

This apartment was in a very good location. It was clean and quiet.the metro is 2 blocks away.nice decor.overall my family enjoyed to stay.we will recommend this place highly.

False advertising. Apartment booked was not the one given. DO NOT USE. This was the balcony from the apartment. A far cry from the photos shown online. Only balcony in the apartment.

Location was in a family friendly location central to nearly all of the main tourist destination sites. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet sleep at night. Aspasios was responsive to all of our needs. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Clean and well located, easy reach of Las Ramblas. Had an welcome drunk resident trying to find his room at 3.00am in the morning banging on our door, this was the only problem we encountered, other than that I would recommend these apartments.

Perfect apartment for our stay, close to everything, clean and relatively quiet area, The apartment itself was clean and basic toiletries and cleaning items were provided, as well as some tea/coffee etc. There was a great communal roof terrace that was a welcome respite from the city also. We will book here again next time we visit Barcelona <3

Was a really lovely place and we enjoyed our stay. I left my telephone in the room after checking out and the cleaning staff called to let me know and I could pick it up right away! Thank you!

El depto grande, silencioso y práctico

We spend 2 nights/short stay with my 2 teenagers. The apartment was great! We phoned at the airport that we arrived in Barcelona. When we arrived at the apartment a friendly guy was waiting for us. He make time to explain everything. That was very welcome feeling. The apartment was amazing, in a local area and a walk distance to the center.we have felt at home there. We are definitely going to use it again! And also Aspasios in other cities!

Great apartment hotel in a great location. Our apartment had 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and a full kitchen with a washer and dryer. We also had a dining room.

Location is amazing. 3 blocks to gothic quarter. Plenty of dining, grocery shopping, and coffee shops. Additionally, right next door is a great restaurant.

The apartment is worth the amount we paid. We were extremely happy with our stay and the apartment had everything we needed. A couple of notes. The bathroom is small. The apartment building is older and noise does travel, especially over the weekend when it is busier (note you are in a prime location). The flooring in the kitchen could be updated along with the couch. I thought the beds were fine, better than expected for Europe.

Check-in can be complicated as there is no onsite staff.

Bottomline: I would stay here again based on location, price, and the apartment.

Great Barcelona location, close to the Gothic Quarter and the Aspasio's team were really helpful.

Stayed in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment. Great location and good sized rooms with dishwasher and washing machine. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was so tiny you couldn't bend over and internal room doors don't close properly. If you have inconsiderate neighbors you wont sleep well as closing of external doors is very loud and no sound proofing in shared entrances.
