Nos atendió Jennifer que es encantadora, pusimos en alquiler un piso y en menos de una semana ya lo había alquilado! Rápida, eficaz, detallista, entusiasmada por su trabajo, muy profesional y amable. Sabe lo que hace y lo hace muy bien. Se preocupa por el piso como si fuera suyo y eso da mucha tranquilidad. Realmente da gusto trabajar con gente así y sobre todo, da seguridad.
El piso tenía algunos inconvenientes que arreglar y ella lo hizo a la perfección, muy resolutiva.
Habíamos puesto en alquiler el piso en otras agencias y fue un verdadero desastre, realmente nos quedamos tranquilas poniendo el piso en sus manos. Gracias Jennifer!

Two years with them (11months+11 months in 2 apartments), many problems, poor assistance from the office.
Some employees are quite unprofessional. They charged me double by error after the first year of contract.
After the first week in first apartment I got rain from the roof and they did not offer any refund or discount.
At the end of the stay they made errors regarding bills counting, even if I send them proofs of electricity meters. Many months have passed without receiving my money back, even they keep telling me they're in contact with the owner. I called the owner and she told me they never called her back. I keep waiting but i'm pretty sure I won't have my money back. Very unreconmmened unless you have any other choices.

I see it’s not first opinion like this, they charge for things that they shouldn’t.they are mere scammers, they make money from lies and understatements! After leaving the flat, they charged me for damages that I did not cause in the apartment, and the costs were totally exorbitant! If you care about respect and loyalty, and your money! I do not recommend the Atbarcelona agency.

Pure scam. They have never taken care of any issue we had at home:
- No electricity during 2 weeks during December in which we were freasing and using candles and throwing all the fridge food we had. Of course they rejected our request of being reimbursed even for food. They just said: Sorry - bye
- bathroom issue that they kept this way for the whole year and were ignoring our messages. We therefore were squeezing in the rest of bathrooms not being able to use that one. Not even enter it because of the smell
- Freaser not working during 8 months
- Microwave oven during 6 months, etc.

All these Issues, only agencies can/should take care of. They literally took our money and agency fees and abandonned us. Of course they reappeared again during the check out at the end of our 10 months lease, and took most of our deposit without justifying: I am talking about thousands of euros.
The only mistake we have made is not taking seriously the previous reviews people wrote about these guys; We were blinded by the flat and by the rush we were in. And these guys take clear advantage of this.
