Atemporal Monthly Rentals Alquiler de temporada Barcelona

Hicieron que el proceso de alquiler a distancia de mi apartamento para los próximos 5 meses fuese muy sencillo, me enseñaron el lugar por vídeo llamada y una vez en el lugar comprábamos juntos que todo funcionase adecuadamente.

Muy contenta con el proceso de alquilar mi piso unos meses con ellos , se encargaron de buscar a los inquilinos para las fechas que necesitaba y se de todo el papeleo de fianzas.etc.

Los inquilinos han cuidado mucho de mi piso durante estos meses que he estado fuera.

No puedo creer que me esté comentando esto, llevo semanas hablando e intercambiando mails y solo en ningún momento me dijisteis que esto podía pasar . Hablé por teléfono sobretodo porque entrábamos el día 15 y no nos dabais posibilidad de verlo… no ha sido por un tema nuestro no poder cerrarlo sino que no nos habéis dado esa posibilidad .

Hemos perdido otra opción justamente para reservar este y ahora nos dicen esto. esto no lo sabíais antes ?

Muy mal, así no se hacen las cosas .
sabíais lo íbamos a reservar y hasta pregunté si podíamos apalabrarlo con paga y señal y no se me dio esta opción.

Lamento lo mal que han gestionado esto ,
espero no traten a mucha gente así !

Nos han dejado tirados 10 días antes de entrar a la vivienda.

No tienen palabra !

Muy contenta con la experiencia con Atemporal. Desde el primer día me sentí muy tranquila, primero con el equipo comercial, que se encargó de gestionar la reserva del piso en el que me alojé, y luego con mi gestor, Álvaro. En todo momento se encargó de que mi estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible.

Muy buena experiencia, hicieron todo el proceso muy sencillo para mi. Respondieron mis dudas y encontramos un piso muy completo y bien ubicado. Thomas fue de mucha ayuda y muy atento. Muy recomendados!

Atemporal es el PEOR ALQUILER

Este es el PEOR alquiler que he hecho, una auténtica PESADILLA.
Te sentirás robado y solo nuevamente.
La agencia está diseñada para ganar el máximo dinero con sus clientes.

Todas las fotografías del sitio web se toman una vez que se ha realizado un repaso.

-Nuestra habitación estaba LLENA DE moho: toda la pared, incluido el vestidor. No pudimos usarlo porque afectaba nuestra ropa. Mi esposa tiene problemas de alergias y no era nada saludable para ella.
-El departamento estaba alrededor del 80 al 100% con humedad (foto del deshumidificador tomada solo en 1 semana) imposible secar las toallas y la ropa correctamente. La comida siempre húmeda (azúcar, sal, maní, cebolla, etc.)
Dormimos en una ropa de cama constantemente mojada.
-También vendieron el piso por ser tranquilo pero tuvimos problemas de ruido con los vecinos y con el BAR de la planta baja. IMPOSIBLE dormir correctamente y algunas veces hasta las 8AM por fiestas, una pesadilla.
-Te piden que pagues unos 150€ por la limpieza pero cuando llegamos al apartamento, la limpieza estaba hecha al 50%.
-al salir nos intentan cobrar muebles que ya estaban rotos en la entrada, ojalá tomemos fotos. En la entrada dijeron “no te preocupes, no te preocupes, sabemos cómo es el piso” pero es solo un truco para robarte después. Estaban jugando con el tiempo para comprobar las pruebas e intentar quedarse con su dinero.

Por supuesto, una vez que usted se queja del listado anterior, están jugando con las palabras y el contrato en lugar de escuchar a sus clientes.
Atemporal es el especialista en quedarse con tu dinero y no se preocupa por ti, están ganando dinero con gente honesta.
El contrato se realiza para mantener a la agencia 100% segura, no a usted.
Hemos reservado para 9 meses, a los 2 meses dejamos el apartamento por todos estos motivos.
Hemos perdido alrededor de 1600€ en honorarios de agencia.

Really bad experience, especially from the Atenporal side. Contract conditions were not satisfied and they were always supporting the owner. One day I came back from a work trip oversea, and found out that the apartment keys had been changed without notifying me. I was left outside my own house and this was not the worst thing. Days without running water.
Will never ever sign a contract with them for their unprofessional way of dealing with clients that pay (a lot).
I left the house that was in the middle of a construction/maintenance phase with workers continuously hitting the house walls, and they were so honest to rent the house again full price to another unlucky person….

After having a poor experience with a different rental company in Barcelona, Atemporal were a blessing. Finding accommodation in Barcelona as a student abroad is hard enough, but finding a company that is as transparent and as connected as Atemporal is almost impossible. It was never hard to get a hold of them when we had issues. I would rent through Atemporal again in a heartbeat.

The different team members at ATemporal I've dealt with were extremely professional prior/during and at the point in time of leaving the apartment. I'd certainly recommend this agency.

As an expat, looking for short-term housing in BCN is beyond daunting - not only is the market in fierce demand, but I found there to be a total lack of professionalism in my search.until I found. Atemporal!

Rented a beautiful and modern apartment in Poblenou this summer and I have to say the whole whole process was very easy and smooth. Atemporal service was excellent, the account manager was communicative and helped me resolve my issues.
The only reason for my 3 stars is that I had left a new set of sheets the day I moved out of the apartment, wrote the agency the very next day that I needed to go pick them up, and found out they had been thrown away. That is preposterous to me, human error needs to be taken into consideration whilst leaving an apartment, which is simply “sorry I’ve left something behind I’ll come pick it up”.
That’s probably have more to do with the owners but I believe the agency should definitely help in these sorts of situations. I had literally just bought those sheets, they were not cheap, and now they’re gone with no solution presented by the agency to solve the issue.
It definitely left a bitter taste in my mouth! Too bad because as I mentioned above, I had a beautiful summer stay.

My husband and I wanted to stay 2 months in Barcelona this summer, so we quickly bought the flight tickets and then postponed until the last 10 days before departure to search for accommodation options.
When we finally started searching an apartment to rent, we quickly understood that renting a flat in Barcelona is not going to be easy, and if you will try to rent from a private person, it can be very risky also.
On Atemporal website (a property management company) we found several options, but we had no idea that we have to be accepted by the owner. We thought that money will be enough, but noooo, we had to prepare a well-documented file, along with a letter of intention, that were submitted to the owner, for approval.
Antonio did more than his job and facilitated obtaining approval from the owner in a very short time, as he understood that we are coming to Barcelona and really had no place to stay. As the final OK from the owner came, we paid all the expenses in advance, but the money transfer was delayed due to a bank holiday in Romania. Even though the money didn’t arrive in the company’s account, Antonio trusted us and he prepared the contract and gave us the contact details of Marcal, the great person that assisted us during our stay in Barcelona.
Marcal is very professional and friendly also, and each time we needed something, he attended us promptly. Once, the cold water was not running and, when I was about to ask him about it, I received a message from him telling us that the water meters were being changed and that the situation will last less than 1 hour. W had a situation with the AC in the apartment and told Marcal about it, the very same day we received a phone call from the owner to ask us to allow him to come the very next day with the AC technician that solved the issue.
All costs were transparently presented from the very beginning, first on the website and then reflected transparently in the contract. The deposit devolution was much faster than we expected, without extra charges or hidden costs.
For all of the above and for their efforts to make us feel safe and comfortable the whole stay in lovely Barcelona, all I can say is Thank you and hope to see you again, soon!

Great experience staying in a modern and beautiful Eixample apartment for 9 months. Process from end to end was super easy and fast. Communication with team, especially, Joel was fantastic. Remember that a standard cleaning fee is taken from desposit along with any extra electricity/gas costs at move out ;)

He estado durante 11 meses compartiendo piso con un amigo en un inmueble de Atemporal. Hemos estado muy comodos, disfrutando de un piso totalmente equipado con un estilo moderno. Recomendable.

I rented an apartment from Atemporal for around 8 months. Both the apartment and the service were great!

I was in a rush and when I called them, and they managed to arrange the viewing on the same day and I was also able to book the flat on the spot.
I don't speak Spanish and the contract was in Spanish of course, but Nacho (from Atemporal) sat down with me and went through the contract section by section and told me what it is about. That was super thoughtful.

I didn't have any problems during my rent. When there were some small issues with the flat, I just texted Nacho and they resolved them quickly. At the end I got my deposit back smoothly without any problems. If you need to find a flat in BCN, I'd definitely recommend to check out Atemporal.

Vi mettono foto fatte a tavolino, dall'angolo giusto per non fare vedere quello che non vogliono fare vedere. Occhio alle tende! Nelle foto non si vede l'esterno, ma c'è un motivo, non è un caso né un errore, è fatto di proposito. Ciò che dicono di offrire non è all'altezza di ciò che offrono.
