La peor experiencia, no tienen conocimientos legales y te hacen multar por falta de Notificación en temas muy serios, nunca los recomendaré ya que te puedes meter en problemas y confiar en ellos. Y no son responsables de sus errores.

Son un desastre, un timo. Si no tienes el plan más alto, no sirve de nada. Pago el mínimo de 170€ y estoy atado de pies y manos, con los p.25 contactos, no me deja borrar ninguno, para agregar nuevos, con la excusa:" no se puede borrar por estar asociado a otro documento ", incluso cambiando de año y de ciclo de facturación pasa eso. Resumen que terminó haciendo mis facturas con una APP de edición .

Excelente servicio, los he contactado para la gestoría para empezar un negocio en España como autónomo y ha sido excelente la respuesta especialmente por parte de Mónica pero también de todo el equipo. Todo muy rápido, claro y sin complicaciones.

My name is Frank and Fiona, with Avalanding, has made my immigration process and experience one of the most seamless business experiences I can remember. As a retired Sr. VP on Wall Street, that is saying a lot.
I retired in 2014 to Costa Rica at 41where I lived for 8 years. I immigrated to Barcelona, Spain in 2022.
Being a United States Citizen, my case was a bit special because I was coming from a different country than the United States. There where problems along the way working with the country of Costa Rica, and I am 100% sure, I could never have immigrated to Spain without Fiona and Avalanding, never. I wouldn't have been able to get everything done correctly, and in a timely fashion on my own. Not to mention the level of frustration I would have experienced. Being in Finance for 20 years, I know business excellence, and this is it!
Do not try to Immigrate yourself and save a little money. You will create a nightmare that could actually discourage you from fulfilling your dream.
All the paperwork, expiration dates on that paperwork, getting things apostled, and the order to do it in is unbearable alone. Plus, the whole time during this process, you are packing your house, selling and giving things away, informing your banks, turning everything off, etc, etc.
Fiona was with me every step of the way. She would check all paperwork before we moved on to the next stage. She was available all the time, especially when I was at Consulates having problems, issues with apostles. We always had conversation to keep me on track, and most of all a Plan that I was able to follow. Fiona and Avalanding are the Partners I Trust regarding Immigration and all of the Services they offer.

The absolute worst law firm I have ever worked with. They took years to complete some items that other companies computer in a week or month. Their phone is never available. They have missed important documents and have not showed up for appointments prepared. In my one of my cases I was switched 3 times to different lawyers. There is no internal communication and they continue to ask for the same repeated documents. I give them zero in all catagories.

Also please disregard anything they respond to as they only use the negative remarks to further their marketing. I have tried working with them prior to 2020 in which they were equally horrible.

I have also had 3 other friends who wrote bad remarks and they were deleted and discounted in pay. So their 4.9 stars is only strategic it does not in any way reflect the work! Trust me their are very efficient law firms in Barcelona do not use Ava Law

I had a pretty tricky case of purchasing an apartment and Avalanding helped me to go through the process with more of an ease, especially Juan Diego who was 24/7 available to help out within the process.

I recommend their services. They were promptly responsive attending my questions and particularly Juan Diego did a nice job solving some tough matters regarding urbanism doubts. As I take a decission I will go with them no doubt!

Juan Diego and his team made our first transaction in Spain smooth and comfortable. We speak very little Spanish and did not know the Spanish buying process at all but we found an apartment that we really liked and wanted to pursue it. WORST SERVICE at a HIGH PRICE

My experience with this law firm was much of a nightmare. Every step of the way i had to pretty much beg for their job to be made they made me feel as if on each step they where doing me a huge favour. Their assistance is very far away to what they promise you first hand. They never helped on getting a bank account even when told me first they had close relationship to one so it was going to be “easier” for me. They mislead you on thinking what they will help you with and then they ask for a separate payment for certain procedures. They changed me with 4 different lawyers through the process and it seemed not one of them knew where the last lawyer was at. At the end of it all the worst part after i bought the place i got charged +1,000€ by the comunity managment of the building for a statement of the year before i bought because on the contract the managment placed a document that was never truly revised by my lawyer. When i asked for an explanation all i got back forma the head of the department was a “well, sue me”. It was the head of the departament that had supposably revised the buying contract. After having spent thousands of euros for them to help me on the process. I can truly say it would have been much easier to do this by myself. They made what was going to be a dream come true for me, a nightmare of a process.

EL PEOR SERVICIO al MAYOR PRECIO

Mi experiencia con este bufete de abogados fue una gran pesadilla. En cada paso del camino tuve que suplicar que hicieran su trabajo, me hicieron sentir como si en cada paso me estuvieran haciendo un gran favor. Su asistencia está muy lejos de lo que te prometen de primera mano. Nunca ayudaron a obtener una cuenta bancaria, incluso cuando me dijeron por primera vez que tenían una relación cercana con una, por lo que iba a ser "más fácil" para mí. Lo engañan al pensar en qué lo ayudarán y luego piden un pago por separado para ciertos procedimientos. Me cambiaron con 4 abogados diferentes durante el proceso y parecía que ninguno de ellos sabía en donde había quedado el último en el proceso. Al final de todo, la peor parte después de que compré el lugar me cobraron + 1,000 € por la liquidación comunitaria del edificio por una declaración del año anterior a la compra porque en el contrato de compra venta el administrador colocó un documento que nunca fue realmente revisado por mi abogado. Cuando pedí una explicación, todo lo que obtuve de regreso del director del departamento fue un "bueno, demandame". Fue el jefe del departamento el que supuestamente había revisado el contrato de compra venta y fue ella quien me acompañó a firmar. Después de haber gastado miles de euros para que me ayuden en el proceso. Realmente puedo decir que hubiera sido mucho más fácil hacerlo yo solo. Hicieron lo que iba a ser un sueño hecho real para mí, una pesadilla de proceso. Lo que más cólera da es la cantidad ridícula de dinero que os pague para pasar por esto. Y el mal trato que recibí por la parte de la encargada delepartamento. Increíble!
