Used ATM located in front of this bank. Machine took my card and never gave it back. Went to bank next morning they said there is nothing they can do and I need to cancel my card and order new one with my bank. My bank is in Sweden and I’m on vacation in Barcelona. How am I supposed to get by without my card?
I could tell they were not truthful with me, you can see them look sus and just lying to my face that “this morning the card was not there” while blinking furiously and looking in the other direction.
There was no compassion, not even a sorry.
This was handled really badly.

Gestores mentirosos, no quieren ayudarte, servicio más horrible. No recomiendo ni esta oficina ni este banco. Run away from Sabadell!

La persona en la mesa no tenía ni la mas mínima intención de ayudarme. Quería pagar los impuestos, lo cual en España es difilicísimo si no tienes cuenta de los bancos tradicionales. Un desastre.
