Excelente servicio, muy buena y oportuna atención del personal, acompañamiento en todos los procesos con el banco. Se brinda una asesoría muy completa. Muy recomendados para hacer cualquier trámite bancario allí.

Como siempre el trato es excepcional, Jéssica y Ana hacen que cualquier trámite sea fácil. Son atentas y se preocupan de las necesidades de los clientes. Gracias por vuestra profesionalidad!

Siempre me ha ido muy bien en está oficina, atienden mis preguntas y me solucionan lo que necesito. En mi caso, Jéssica siempre da soluciones para todo:)

Nunca abras una cuenta en esta oficina: nunca la información es correcta y la atención es pésima

Muy discriminatorios con extranjeros no comunitarios, y muy vagos a la hora de explicar y justificar porque no permiten ni siquiera abrir cuenta a personal investigador altamente calificado procediente de ciertos países.
Muy poco recomandable la oficina y el banco en general.

Las empleadas hacen todo lo posible para no hacer nada, mientras en otras sucursales haces el mismo tramite sin problemas, ellas te niegan cualquier asunto, pago o tramite

Me parece increíble el horario de atención al cliente hasta las 14h, y los que trabajamos hasta las 17h que hacemos? Pues nada a esperar a que te llegue una tarjeta 3 semanas a casa cuando la podrías tener al.momento si tuvieran un horario flexible. Que poco trabajan algunos. Indignante!

Truly the worst customer service I’ve had with a bank in Spain. Its other branches may be OK, but the one on this campus is staffed by rude and unhelpful staff.

Si se podrian dejar zero estrellas, lo haria. La verdad es que los empleados de esta oficina dan la impresion de quiererse liberar de ti lo mas pronto posible, no importa si soluccionan tu problema o no. Impacientes y maleducados.

Very unfriendly staff. Feels like they really dont like people who doesnt speak spanish.
Also I dont know why but even I came first the others were serverd first. Took like an hour for me to ask my question.

The woman who sit in the office is impatient and impolite. This morning I waited for long time to open a new card. After a long queue, the guy told me to only the woman to do this. Then I waited until the woman came. I go to talk her. However she refused to do it for me and ask me to wait the queue again in a impatient way. She did not care about how hot it is now and how long guest has waited.

They have been friendly and helpful to me and I've seen them be very considerate with foreigners who don't speak Spanish or Catalan. The office is obviously understaffed at times.
I have no love for banks, but these people are quite nice.
