BAR CAFETERIA LA TERRASSA

Average food. At a cost. Dreadful service at reception. Totally ignored for some time. Average service at table. Poor food timing. Children all finished before adult meals arrived, by some time. Avoid if possible.

Dire! Serving staff were nice enough but obviously run off there feet. Wrong orders at table, run out of certain food, all food that even manages to come out for the same table is served at all different times, so some people have eaten before others food even arrives. Ignored at the bar when waiting and as for the manager, she is very rude, aggressive and dismissive - terrible management and would not go back if you paid me! Confusion over table bookings and availability and when asked for a medium to well done steak, it came out almost purple and raw in the middle - manager told us it was fine and we obviously don’t understand Spanish food!
If you are Spanish though …. Served first, very polite, asked if meal is ok etc - disgraceful - an abomination of a place. Actually felt sorry for the table staff. Given 1 star as the salad and chicken were nice! Can’t say anything else positive about the place. Unfortunately when we went there, the other restaurant wasn’t open, so that one might be better? !

Faire un plat un minimum copieux: trop dur

Bref c'est dur d'y passer une bonne soirée

Fuimos a comer con mi pareja. Nos sirvieron muy rápido, los camareros muy atentos y la comida muy buena, y bastante para elegir (teniendo en cuenta el precio y que es un bar-restaurante). Relación calidad-precio muy bien

Very slow service, food is just ok. Would avoid rush hour at all costs, 7pm, when take away opens. Long wait times and incorrect orders given is the norm.

Nos sientan en la terraza y nos piden las bebidas, cuando se dan cuenta de que habían sentado gente sin reserva nos hacen levantar y nos dicen que no hay mesa tampoco dentro.
Hace falta un poco de organización, la encargada ni estaba ni organizaba ni nada. Según el día dicen que hay que reservar o no o solo a primera hora…
En fin, la cocina bien pero la organización mal

Le service est catastrophique. Le personnel n'est absolument pas professionnel et de toute évidence aucun chef pour contrôler.

Hier 27 minutes debout à attendre dans la file qu'on me fasse un mojito. Aujourd'hui après 33 minutes d'attente je renonce à commander un cappuccino

Platos estupendos a un precio adecuado. Quizás a algun camarero le haría falta un cursillo de atención al publico. En general, Repetiremos! ;)
