Bar Restaurant L'Univers

No es un lugar muy grande pero no estaba demasiado lleno. Marisco fresco y sabroso, acompañado de ensalada fresca. La crema catalana estaba fresca, todavía caliente en la parte superior por estar caramelizada pero fría en la parte inferior, por lo que no solo se recalentó. También era más sabroso que en lugares más turísticos.
Incluso los platos y las servilletas eran bonitas, estas últimas con una estructura similar a un encaje.

Nos topamos con este restaurante y fue un hallazgo fabuloso. No podríamos haber disfrutado más de nuestra comida… volveremos cuando regresemos a Barcelona… gracias por la fabulosa comida española. Una vez más la comida era tan tentadora que nos olvidamos de tomar fotos…

La verdad es que no quiero publicar una buena reseña porque sino vendrán más visitantes y no tendré espacio. Hemos estado aquí varias veces. ¡Muy auténtico! ¡Nosotros recomendamos!

De los mejores lugares para probar mariscos/ pescados en todo Barcelona. Lo cocinan muy bien en frente tuyo. La atención es muy amable, los precios son adecuados y cuidan cada detalle. Si van al mercado de santa Catalina no duden en ir. El servicio es rápido y te llevas una experiencia única de sabores.

Super delizioso tapas bar all’interno del mercato di Santa Caterina! Abbiamo mangiato diverse portate con un servizio gentile e veloce. Dal polpo alla gallega, ai pimentos del padron fino alle croquetas tutto davvero delizioso e freschissimo con materia prima presa direttamente da mercato! Super consigliato!

The food is phenomenal but the waitis so so so long, however, if you can hold for that long the wait will be worth your time. (The wait is waiting for the food to come. Not for a table.)

Paramos a tomar un breve desayuno, después de comprar en el mercado.

Es un sitio con un producto muy fresco, y con variedad de platos.

Esta sitiuado en el propio mercado, lo que lo hace un punto de parada obligatoria.

We had the seafood platter and it was excellent. The other food looked great too. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and the service was excellent. Worth a visit.

Great place. The food is top quality, and different from all the bland tapas restaurants and bars in the more central area with long queues, only to find that the food is not good enough. This place will give 100% satisfaction.

I enjoyed breakfast at L’Univers during my recent visit to Barcelona. Wow! Wonderful friendly service. Comfortable seating at the bar within the market. Hot, fresh and cooked to order eggs and bacon. The meal literally fueled 10 miles of walking and sightseeing. Such a wonderful way to start the day. Gracias!

Every dish was excellent and prices are very reasonable.
They are very busy but the service is very efficient.
You might need to wait a short while but it's worth it.
Try the seafood salad!

My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant today when the coffee shop we wanted to try was closed. We had been at the market the day prior and decided to try it out. The prices were reasonable and everything was great. The ambiance was nice and the outdoor patio has ample seating. It made for a nice final breakfast in Barcelona:)

Yum yum yum! If you’re looking to experience good Spanish tapas in the city, look no further! Univers offers freshly cooked tapas among the most popular ones: pulpo gallega (delish, you cannot stop eating), mussels, croquettes and an amazing crema catalana! The location is very central (2 mins walking from Barcelona cathedral) and the staff is very friendly too. Strongly recommended.

Just casually dropped in for a quick snack September 2020. This time visiting Barcelona, it was on our list of 'must-do's'. Highly recommend

Comida formidável, a sangria é deliciosa, o rendimento de primeira qualidade. Ambiente formidável, com a cara de Barcelona. Vale a pena voltar lá!

What a great lunch in Barcelona! Our waitress had many balls in the air but didn’t drop any, or food was cooked to perfection and quick to arrive!

I was here the first time. I ordered monk fish with salad, patatas brava and sea food coctail for my wife. It was really outstanding, I mean all - food, service, everything. Beatifully decorated plate and food prepared by the artist. It was like a heaven!

Este chiar în celebra Santa Caterina Market, cu diferența că ei erau singurii care serveau mâncare și la mesele de afară, spre deosebire de vecinii lor care serveau numai înăuntru mâncarea

Așadar, dacă preferați afară (din rațiuni de pandemie), recomand acest restaurant. Nu prea se vorbește engleza, dar au și meniu în engleză și înțeleg câteva cuvinte de bază

Noi am luat bacalau care a fost excelent de fiecare dată Au și chicken fingers / nuggets pentru copil.

No Mercado Santa Caterina, um bom lugar para petiscar e beber algumas taças de vinho, no balcão ou nas mesas. Bom cardápio e bom atendimento.

Great breakfast place in the center. They grab fresh ingredients from the Santa Caterina Market behind the restaurant. Reasonable prices and a friendly wait staff. They even have a photo album of the dishes when I had trouble choosing. The sausage and 2 egg over fries really hit the spot.

Tolles Restaurant, sehr leckeres, frisches und regionales Essen. Wir hatten Wein, Lachs und gegrilltes Gemüse, alles aus Catalunya. Der Service war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend.
