Barcelona Beach Yoga / Ocean Breath

Cada vez que estoy en Barcelona, ​​me aseguro de no perderme las maravillosas clases de yoga junto al mar con Maca o cualquier otro de los profesores. Es el comienzo del día más hermoso y muy adecuado también para yoguis experimentados.

Remamos al amanecer y fue muy tranquilo y relajante, ¡una excelente manera de comenzar el día! ¡No puedo esperar para probar el baño de hielo que tienen la próxima vez! Muchas gracias por la increíble experiencia:)

Creo que todo el mundo debería probar una experiencia como ésta al menos una vez en la vida. Ver el amanecer en Barcelona desde una tabla de paddle y con la compañía de Maca, que era una de las instructoras, ¡fue INCREÍBLE! Ya sea que vayas solo o con amigos prepárate para ver los colores del cielo más bellos. Además Maca te guía por cada uno de los pasos para pararte en la tabla o cómo remar si es tu primera vez. ¡Gracias Ocean Breath y Maca por ser tan encantadores y pacientes!

We separated into 2 groups before we on board, one is European travelers, and the other is Asian students. I am one of the Asian students, and we all know how to swim. BUT the coach only let our team to row near the beach, while the other European team has already rowed really far from us (their body figures are totally become a little black pots from our view).
Moreover, as we are not native speaker, sometimes we may not get quite clear what she means, but as long as she need to repeat her words, her temper becomes extremely bad!

Si quieren ir a recibir un buen servicio internacional y equipo de calidad este es el lugar! Muy buena atención, instructores conscientes que saben adaptarse a tu nivel y necesidades. El lugar hermoso, las actividades muy entretenidas, imperdible en Barcelona!

Macarena is not just the most beautiful and natural girl in whole Barcelona, she also is the most amazing yoga teacher that I had in a long time. I booked SUP yoga for a bachelorettes party, which was absolutely funny as Maca managed to get all the different levels of yoga experience in our group together. We also could use the SUPs after the class and paddle around for a while, which I found really cool!
As we loved her charming way of teaching (and being) two friends of mine and I booked a private class afterwards. What can I say? It was wonderful, right at the top of a pier, the breeze of the ocean, and the friendly soft voice of Maca - it couldn’t be more relaxing. She realised quite quickly our Yoga level and adapted the Class so we could do some
challenging Asanas with her helpful adjustment.
Maca, thanks for the love you spray and for all the Tipps regarding restaurants/ cafes etc that you gave us!

Fui dos veces a hacer Sunrise Paddle y amabas veces estuvo increíble! Ver el amanecer desde el agua haciendo deporte es lo máximo, y levantarse a las 5 de la mañana para hacerlo definitivamente vale la pena!

Maca y Laia son las mejores profesores explican muy bien la técnica. Y además, dependiendo del nivel que tiene la persona, le ayudan y motivan probar algo un poco más retador para progresar en la sesión.

P.s. Y sin duda tienen talento para hacer fotos maravillosas durante la sesión!

Yoga at the beach on Saturday’s morning is always a good idea. Especially when Maca’s soothing voice is guiding you through asanas. Highly recommend the classes! ️

La mejor manera de empezar el día es con la salida al mar al amanecer! Las chicas son súper amables y te ayudan con todo! Una experiencia increíble y inolvidable! I always wanted to start doing yoga. In Barcelona, I was looking for beginner-friendly courses and discovered the course of Maca, since then I go regularly.
I can highly recommend her courses, she pays attention to beginners and also advanced and gives several variations for the exercises, depending on the difficulty, so it is suitable for every level. Her courses are really a lot of fun and she also promotes everyone individually, I could already see progress in me after a very short time!

The experience in Barcelona Beach House was for me a unique one. After first classes I've already bought a pass for the whole month and that was my best decision ever. Macarena and Laia are not only great instructors with passion, huge knowledge and pure, amazing energy but they also they create a great community for people who are living or coming to Barcelona. This is the place where you will feel like home straight away - trainings together, having brunches, dinners, spirituals sessions. I have so many great memories from these events and this is just simply an amazing chance to get to know amazing people from around the world. Also, yoga classes with Maca where for me super important point in Barcelona trip. She helped me to connect with my body and pushed me to do things that I was not even imagining I'm able to. With every classes I could see improvement in my body strength and finding a balance within myself. I FULLY recommend this experience for everyone who is visiting Barcelona!
