Es muy recomendable, fantástico apartamento cerca de todo. Entre otras cosas el mar, restaurantes y tiendas. El apartamento estaba limpio y bonito con una bañera grande. Piscina incluida. Comunicación flexible con el centro de la ciudad, aeropuerto. Los taxis siempre están a la vuelta de la esquina. Fantástica comunicación y flexibilidad con los propietarios. Nos encanta Barcelona y definitivamente volveremos. Barcelona Best Services son los que volveremos a utilizar.

Muy buen servicio con departamento céntrico cerca de todo. Los propietarios fueron muy serviciales. Agua embotellada fría en la nevera. Clima perfecto en Barcelona con muchos buenos restaurantes y buenas tiendas. El mejor servicio de Barcelona es genial.

Me alojé en uno de sus apartamentos por 4 noches y tuve una gran experiencia. El personal fue amable, muy receptivo a todos mis mensajes y preguntas. El apartamento estaba limpio, tenía todo lo que necesitaba y me sentí seguro. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

"Barcelona WORST services"
Booked a 5 bedroom flat via AirBnB with this company. At first, it all seemed great and we got in without an issue.or so we thought.
To cut a long story short.unresponsive, understaffed and frauds are all words to describe the experience. 5 of us were locked out on night 1 as they gave us the wrong key code. We ended up sleeping on the floor and when we went to collect our refund they offered, the "booking team" didn't exist. Thankfully AirBnB refunded us after a lengthy content process.
Save yourself the time and effort by staying elsewhere.

Excelentes representantes para el alquiler de pisos, tanto la gerente como los empleados tienen la suficiente experiencia para lograr el máximo nivel. Personalmente he tenido una grata información y he pasado unos días formidables. Recomendable 100%. Gracias y saludos cordiales

Best Services Barcelona = crook! When you don't need them, maybe they are good but for me they are not oriented services, just business. They required us to not be outside during night during the demonstrations in October but they said it is safe. If you come to Barcelona with children, you would cancel your trip as you have to stay in your flat. This is what we did. They did not want to postpone our booking and get their money without any refund possible. They debited cleaning charges whereas we did not went there! They could find another flat to arrange but they did not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bad agency: Barcelona Worst Services where people do not take time to be polite (no "hello", no "sorry".)!

THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT SAFE OR SECURE.
Like another person who reviewed here, we were burgled TWICE during our stay. After the first incident, where a small amount of cash disappeared, we reported to Barcelona BS and were told this had happened before at another of their apartments. They provided a camera for the living area, however we were burgled again a few days later and lots of personal items and one of our passports was taken. Both entries there was no damage to locks and entry appears to have been with keys. Barcelona BS do not make the safety and security a priority, and this has clearly happened before.

If could rate the experience of staying in one of Barcelona Best Services at 0, I would.
We booked a 4 night stay in central Barcelona for two of my friends 40th birthdays.
The apartments are not secure to stay in! The safe doesn’t work and someone watches you leave your apartment and breaks in while you’re out!
Barcelona BS asked for a 300euro deposit in cash from my friend, photos of our passports when we’d already given them our details, then produced a card machine. While my friend was meeting us from the airport, the cash was stolen from our locked apartment along with some pounds sterling.
They provide a small ‘security camera’ inside the apartment to plug in to watch you and your guests!
We reported the first theft to Barcelona Best Services, who told us that they could move us to another apartment further out of town. When we asked if this had happened before they told us that other guests had been broken into and had their passports stolen!
We decided to stay one more night as Barcelona BS assured us that they only had one set of keys as well as ours. Stupidly we trusted them and locked the apartment and went out to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We made sure we’d locked our possessions away and returned to a locked apartment.however inside, we found suitcases had been cut open, all our possessions everywhere and the thieves had stolen all electrical goods, a UK passport and other personal items of sentimental value!
It has completely ruined a short special break with friends and Barcelona BS couldn’t care less! I am appalled with their lack of customer service!

DO NOT TRUST THEM - THE SAFETY OF THE APARTMENT IS A PROBLEM!

The following night, we came back from celebrating to find locked suitcases had been cut open and personal items had been taken, including one of our passports, laptops and portable chargers. There was absolutely not sign of forced entry, indicating keys were used to enter the property. Barcelona BS do not make the safety and security a priority, and this has clearly happened before (the company admitted that to my sister). Please do not stay with this company!

Nice experience in Barcelona Best Services. The apartment was very good located near the beach and very well connected. The staff at Barcelona Best Services were very friendly and helped us in everything we needed. Tidy apartment clean and properly decorated, good balance quality price. I recommend it totally. Thank you.

Had valuables, money and passports stolen from our “Best Services” apartment in central Barcelona. The apartment had cameras on the balcony and front door so clearly not the first time this has happened. Those that broke in even knew to hide their faces from the camera (it can’t be seen from outside). Initially no reaction from the staff at best services, after a couple of hours they agreed to move us to a new apartment. No follow up contact from company Management, no reference number for the police report and a response to our complaint that basically can be summarized as ‘you deserved it for being silly tourists’. All of us are regular business travelers, this has not happened to any of us previously!

Apartamento limpio y cuidado con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Buena ubicación a pocos pasos del centro de Barcelona. Personal amable y receptivo a nuestras demandas. Recomendable!

Robbed while staying at one of their apartments. Don't trust them. Strange you don't know which apartment I stayed at. Provided passport details before arrival. Passports were stolen from the apartment together with electronics.

The apartment was spacious, modern and very clean. In a great location, near to everything a tourist might needs (stores, beach, means of transportation.).
I had a wonderful holiday! And i wanted to thank every and each staff member of the BARCELONABESTSERVICES agency for making sure that my family and i spent the most epic vacation.

Great apartment and great experience. Checkin agent was present when we arrived and during our stay they answered a few questions we had. Apartment was very comfortable, nice neighbourhood, all as expected or even better!

A shame, don't trust
Not professional at all. Room not safe at all. We were stollen. Barcelona Best services say that we are liers. Ipad, iPhone, credit card. They don't help us at all.i'm sure that they don't believe us because we are young and foreigners. This is a real shame!

Yo y mi novia hemos pasado una estancia perfecta en el apartamento de Paseo de Taulat, Barcelona, en Marina. Apartamento muy acogedor, muy limpio y sin duda repetiremos!

Unas de las mejores elecciones, e traído unos amigos a Barcelona y han arquilado estos apartamentos todo muy limpio y en orden el trato que me ofrecieron desde la oficina fue siempre para solucionar todo y pendiente de que no nos faltará nada Rosa a sido una mujer increíble y muy servicial, Volvería arquilar aquí con mucho gusto, totalmente satisfecho

Ne savent pas gérer les problèmes et aucun respect pour les clients, vérifiez bien tout a votre arrivée: clé du coffre fort, nombres de clés disponibles, Sinon ils ne vont rien vous dédommager, aucun geste client,
Et tiens ils vont vous dire: "oui, les serrures a Barcelone c'est facile a ouvrir! Véridique", "ca arrive souvent il suffit de la bonne technique pour ouvrir une porte", non mais? Aucun dédommagement, vous le croyez? Meme pas 1 centime. Totalement déçu et tiens le numero de l'appart est indiqué sur votre clé, très intelligent, encore une erreur de leur part

Malhonnête et menteur
Cambriolage après un cambriolage ils ns ont avoué que le précédent locataire avait perdu des clefs et qu'ils n'ont pas remplacé la serrure. Le vol a été sans infraction et malgré cela nous avons dû insisté pour qu'ils changent la serrure. Après cela ils nous ont traité de voleur dans la déclaration de nos biens volés et comme si ça ne suffisait pas ils argumenté que le vol a été fait avec infraction et que C est à cause de ça qu'ils ont changé la serrure. Et enfin le pire ils reviennent sur ce qu'ils nous ont dis à l'oral à savoir qu'une clef à été perdu.
Résultat vacances gâchées, je déconseille très fortement
