Barcelona City Apartment

Todo salió bien, el servicio fue muy amable. Piso en buena ubicación cerca de parada de autobús y estación de metro. El baño necesita refrescarse.

Eh reservado mil veces en diferentes inmuebles de Barcelona y nunca había tenido problemas para nada, pero con este inmueble fue una experiencia horrible no te dan soluciones de nada solo te dicen que canceles la reserva y al hacerlo te cobran 200€ simplemente porque ellos no pueden cancelarlo te confirman una reserva para 2 días y luego que la confirman te dicen que está disponible 1 solo día y luego te cambian de habitación algo nunca visto y si no te conviene pues te apañas porque cancelar la reserva te cuesta 200€ muy mala gestión la peor, NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA

Air conditioner was very noisy!
Staff was terrible!
There was very bad smeel in the rooms!

Calidad precio regular, limpieza tambien bastante regular. Nos gustaria que la cama fuera mas comoda.

Malo muy malo, sucio el baño, un olor a cerrado que molestaba mucho para recoger las llaves tenías que ir al centro de Barcelona, esta muy escondido sin ningún cartel a la vista no lo recomiendo para nada.

Tres bruyant entre les appartements pas d isolation on sent la cuisine du voisin dans la chambre et surtout noter pas de place de parking pour la voiture quant a la literie matelas en mousse.ca va pour une nuit.par contre metro a 10mn et 3 stations apres on est sur la rambla

Pas sympa du tout. Nous nous sommes trompés de date de réservation, aucun geste commercial pour décaler la date de la résa d'une semaine.

How can someone say this place is good, is the most disgusting place I have ever being to, the refrigator, is so old that I have no idea what year was made, the curtain it suppost to be white and is gray, falling apart, the smell that comes from the outside faucet that can make you throw up, the bed and pillows are so thi, cheap and unconfortable, everything about his apt is disgusting, i am not kidding. I was there only few hrs and in the middle of the night two men outside in the ally started to urgue that didn't let anyone sleep. The sliding door dosen't have a curtain to cover the sunlight that comes in the morning so you wake up immediate when the sun comes out. THe towels in the bathroom are so old, ugly and they look like they need plenty bleach. The location of this place is so disappointed, you need to walk down in a dark alley that is not safe at all specially if you arrived at night like I did.
So, for those of you out there, please reseach before renting, this place is a rat trap house, they don't even provide you with drinking water bottles, or make you feel comfortable when you arrive at the location.

Dirty on arrival. Sandy floor, failing electricity so the air condition didn't work nor the warm water. The electricity was fixed after 5 days. It was the warm water heater.

But it was said to be cleaned every day when we booked. It was not.

Really nice, well equipped apartment. Very well located for Razzmatazz music club. Great staff, very quiet at night, would stay here again, thank you.

The worst hotel ever. Extremely dirty and clear water damage in the room we got. The biggest joke is that they refuse to give us our money back, even though we didn't stay there after seen the room!

Vaisselle et table sales et douche cassée. Le sol est à refaire (jours entre les lattes de parquet, ou trou.)
Avantage: situé dans un quartier calme à 5 min à pied d'une station de métro, du marché aux puces et à 10min à pied du Centre commercial.
