El Barcelona City Tour ofrece una buena oportunidad para obtener una buena visión general, así como información básica en muchos idiomas sobre los lugares de interés de la ciudad en dos rutas diferentes.

Compré un tour de 24 horas. El personal siempre fue muy agradable. Proporcionaron auriculares para escuchar la gira pregrabada. Subimos y bajamos y ahorramos un montón de dinero en comparación con viajar en Uber por la ciudad. Excelentes lugares de entrega. Lo recomendaría altamente

Al final pagamos 66€ por poco.
Embarazada de 7 meses y medio optamos por esta forma de descubrir Barcelona sin caminar demasiado.
Día festivo en España y varias paradas no servidas. (¡¡¡Lo cual no se mencionó al comprar las entradas!) casa batlo, pedrera… tener que caminar hasta Plaza Catalunya porque una calle estaba cerrada. Sin embargo, el precio pagado fue el mismo que los otros días. ¡Bastante decepcionado con la calidad del servicio cuando ves el precio!

¡Esperar más de una hora en una cola prolongada bajo el sol abrasador en la primera parada es inaceptable! ¡Deberías proporcionar más autobuses con más frecuencia! ¡Les diré a todos mis amigos y familiares que eviten esta empresa debido a su mal servicio!

Desconozco el motivo, pero al subir al bus por primera vez, anulan los códigos QR enviados y entregan billetes de papel, lo que es muy engorroso y problemático si el papel sufre deterioro o se extravía, ya que no permiten volver a subir con el código QR.

Si tienes poco tiempo, esta es definitivamente la mejor manera de ver Barcelona. La gira grabada real podría ser mejor, pero cumple su función.

Una forma fácil de conocer la ciudad con sus lugares más destacados. El circuito completo dura 2,30. Cuenta con audioguía en varios idiomas (te dan audífonos). El ticket por persona 33 euros, utilizable durante todo el día. Puedes bajarte en sus paradas, visitar los lugares que más te interesen volver a subirte a otro bus de la empresa con el mismo tickek.

Compra de ticket en el mismo bus o en las casetas que están en la plaza.

Pagamos 50€ por un billete online de 24h, llegamos en el autobús nos imprimieron un billete extra pero nadie nos dijo que teníamos que quedárnoslo y que el billete online con el código qr no era suficiente. Así que la próxima vez que quisimos subir al autobús, nos dijeron que no podíamos conducir sin el billete impreso (aunque todo se puede ver en la versión online). Nos echaron aunque pagáramos 50€! Muy antipático y poco fiable!
¡Además de tiempos de espera muy largos y sobrecargados!

Muy muy mal. Esperando bus entre las estaciones más de 40 minutos! Es horrible. Y las buses de otra compañía vinieron cada 3-4 minutos. Es que no piensan que la gente tiene esperar mucho tiempo! Piensan solo como ganar dinero! Parque Guel no funciona hoy dia, en la página oficial hay información y en agencia Barcelona city tour no han dicho nada! Hay que subir mucho, la parada no está cerca del parque, hay que subir por escalera. Con las piernas que duelen es muy difícil!
No ha gustado nada de esta compañía!
En Italia nos gustó mucho excursión en city bus. En Francia, Alemania…. Y en España no! 99 euros por viento (

For 31€ you can site see the entire city, there are two lines one takes you to the east side and the other to the west, you get to see everything. The ride is a total of four hours. You can hop on and off beach included. So worth it, you can catch this ride at Plaza Catalunya.

I like taking these kinds of bus tours when arriving to a new city.
Off season months offer easy seats up top. The buses in Barcelona had some audio issues as we couldn’t change the language channel at a few seats.

I arrived to Barcelona to early to check-in to meet Airbnb. It was my first time to the city and I had to kill time. I also had my heavy suitcase and heavy backpack. It was hot? So I purchased a one day City Tour ticket. They allowed me to sit with my luggage inside the bus. I couldn't go up top but there was decent air conditioning inside. The audio guide was pretty good. I got a decent feel for the geography of the city and was able to relax in a safe way until My check-in happened!

Bueno, yo vivo en Barcelona y no uso este transporte pero mi calle es de paso para subir al Park Güell ya que la parada con este destino deja bastante lejos del mismo, mi calle es bastante pendiente y según qué horas los pobres visitantes sufren un sol de justicia. Escribí a esta compañía sugiriendo que pusiera la parada más cerca, es absurdo que tengan que sufrir esta dura subida, creo que ellos no lo descubren hasta el momento de emprenderla. De momento City Bus ni responder.

I ride bus number 2542 and it was the worst ride ever in the 2 days tour in the city tour
The bus arrived 24 minutes late than the time that it supposed to reach which 14: 54pm
I ride the bus the girl who handle the audio was very very rode with us speaking unpolitely as will as acting her Elisabith
I hope this thing doesn't happen to anyone else because she has ruined my family day

Do not buy tickets on counter which cost 40 euro for 2days & online is 36 euro which I can not understand plus bus runs about 30-40 minutes interval & purposely stops at some attraction 20-25 minutes plus they sell tickets on bus from all points more delay & waste of time.which makes 40-50 minutes waiting.stops are far from each other & can not walk.last bus at7 pm.you can not cover red & orange line in 2days if you get down to see all attraction & catch bus. I waited Park guell for 1 hour to catch bus.free WIFI in bus does not work & head phone voice not clear. I tried to complaint but they don't listen once they got your money.use public transport which is excellent & on time /no waiting.

Expensive. For some important stops it leaves you far from the place you want to be and you have to pay a lot of euro to take a cable car or train the last mile. Takes forever to go the full route. There's almost no information provided about the sights you're seeing.

Génial pour découvrir une aussi belle ville. On peut se déplacer dans les quartiers. Déscendre du bus. Visiter. Et reprendre le bus. Et cela sur toute la journée. Les écouteurs sont offerts. On peut visiter avec ce guide. Je recommande

I had a lot of fun on this tour bus. Whenever I want to understand a new place I always take the “red bus” to help orientate myself. The various sites included in the tour are so beautiful!
The only comment I have about this tour is the fact that the park guell stop is quite far from the actual attraction. Park Guell is about 15 minutes away on foot from where the bus drops you off and the walk is mostly uphill with numerous amount of stairs.

Bad service, not friendly and quite expensive. The tour is well planned but buses don't wait when changing lines and for security reasons once they leave by even just a foot, they will not stop and open for you again to get on.

Disappointed. Very light on information. We were expecting more history of Barcelona but only got brief stories. Several of the places highlighted on the map - we didn’t even drive past them - they were streets away.

Weniger gut: Das Personal empfanden wir teilweise als unfreundlich, es waren etliche Kopfhörerbuchsen (Audio Guide) defekt. Auch waren die Informationen veraltet (z. B. Aussteigeempfehlung zu einem Park welcher aber schon seit zwei Monaten wegen Umbau geschlossen ist). Das angebotene Internet in den Bussen (wäre super für weitere Informationen während der Fahrt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erhalten) funktionierte in der Hälfte der Bussen nicht.

No esta mal, pero en una de las paradas de la mañana (+/- 9: 30) tuvimos que esperar que el chofer tranquolamente se bajara a desayunar! Luego nos dejaron lejos de Parque Guell en un lugar sin identificar. Yo, no lo volveria a usar, salgo mejor en Metro en todos los sentidos.

Deceptive sales tactics. They say yes yes yes when you ask if they go to a particular location. What they don't mention is they don't, and you have to make your own way there from a stop. This has happened with 2 different locations. Better just doing it yourself. Also the bus person only let's you know about the most expensive option to travel, refuses to give you information on the cheap bus we ended up catching to one of the locations.

Love it the 3 routes helps you to take a tour. Over the whole city, also the flexibility to take it one day and extend for the same ticket for the next day only for 10 euros is a good option. 2 days is a must

Did both routes today, Personally felt the “orange “ route was more interesting than the green. Was noticeable that the bus quicken up near the end of the tour as the driver was coming to end of shift, plus the commentary kept getting cut. We were asked to disembark at stop 15, excuses given was that the square was closed to traffic (I presume she meant the tour start/finish area) certainly wasn’t closed when we got there. Other “Barcelona City Tour” busses dropping off their passengers.

150 euros for 2 adults and 3 children
It does not run twenty four hours.ie if you buy the tickets at 3pm they don't go on for 24 hrs, the end that day.
Also
Buses are too full.
Adults /tourist are pushy and rude.
An unpleasant experience and different to other red tour bus experiences elsewhere.

Always worth while doing the sight seeing tour when in a new City, no change here then, Newish clean busses, polite multilingual international staff, although no live guides to talk you through the sites, all recorded and in 14 languages. Worth while doing, but difficult to take in everything in one day for € 20, so advise you do 2 days for € 30! Hop on and off as much as you like!
