Primera vez en Barcelona en un apartamento al que volvería y recomendaría.
Ideal para estancias largas. La ubicación, es inmejorable. Cerca de todo, para moverse sin problemas desde y hacia cualquier lado. Desde taxi, bus, metro e incluso trenes. La fianza nos devolvió a los 4 días. Muy recomendable.

El apartamento súper cómodo, para los 6 meses que estuve no necesite nada más. El edificio muy bonito, la vista de la terraza muy bonita. El personal súper atento me ayudó con todas mis dudas, me ayudaron a extender mi estancia porque cancelaron mi tren. Y la fianza se me devolvió a la salida.

Mi agradecimiento a las personas que trabajan en el establecimiento, destacar su atención y honradez, recogieron un objeto personal con valor sentimental, que yo ya daba por perdido. En los tiempos que corren es de agradecer.

Te llevan paso a paso el alquiler y gestión de tu piso desde que sale en alquiler hasta firma de contrato y gestión mensual de la renta. Profesionales muy eficientes. El Alquiler lo gestiona muy bien Raquel y la gestión posterior del piso en su día muy bien gestionado por Barcino Inversions

Necesito ir a Barcelona por trabajo 2 veces al mes y siempre me alojo con ellos. Todo fácil y estupendo. El proceso de reserva y check-in rápido y cómodo

"EL PISO ES PERFECTO, MUY ACOGEDOR, NO LE FALTA DETALLE, ESTA SITUADO EN MUY BUENA ZONA Y SE PUEDE APARCAR ESTUPENDAMENTE. LA VERDAD QUE HEMOS QUEDADO ENCANTADOS CON EL PISO PORQUE NOS HEMOS ENCONTRADO COMO EN CASA! EL TRATO CON ALEJANDRO INMEJORABLE, NOS ENCANTO LA CONFIANZA QUE DEPOSITO EN NOSOTROS! EL PISO ESTA RECIEN REFORMADO Y ESTA TODO NUEVO. TIENE UNA VAJILLA ESPECTACULAR, TOSTADOR, MIRCROHONDAS. ESQUE NO FALTA DETALLE! ANIMAROS PORQUE NO OS VAIS A ARREPENTIR! La ubicación muy buena en El Centro de Barcelona. Bien equipado todo el apartamento. El personal muy atento y servicial. Nos ayudaron mucho a organizar una semana llena de planes con muy buen gusto. El transfer merece mucho la pena. Volveremos!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Barcelona, 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment location is great - next to the wonderful Santa Caterina market and a perfect base to walk to all the major tourist attractions. Area is safe with minimal noise. (The apartment is on the 2nd floor - no lift.) We really loved being in the old city, getting to know our way around and eating churros con chocolate! Owners are very helpful and accomodating.

This was our second time staying at the Luxury Duplex Design Apartment in Passeo de Gracia/Pl. Catalunya for 10. This time, we stayed in the one bedroom, one bath for four nights. Getting to the apartment was easy. From the airport we took the Aerobus to Placa de Catalunya, then got on the Green L3 line to the Diagonal stop and walked the rest of the way with our luggage. From the apartment, the L3 line is great for tourists. Check in was quick and easy. The office is on the ground level so no worrying about trying to meet up with someone. The staff, like last year were friendly and helpful.
The apartment was spacious, clean and we loved having the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well supplied. Since last year, they've added a very comfortable rooftop patio, and we went up each night to have wine and write in our journal. The bedroom had lots of storage and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower.
The location is excellent for access to the Ramblas and the Metro. Also, up and down the street are shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Casa Mila. We used the L3 Line which gave us access to getting to Montjuic, the waterfront and other places of interest.
If we return to wonderful Barcelona, we will stay here a third time.
Theonly negative was the red sofa was a bit worn and not too comfortable.

We stayed five nights at Rambla Catalunya Apartments and it was fantastic. The apartments are modern, clean and well equipped with washer/dryer and espresso machine. It is centrally located and many attractions were easy to walk to. There are also many restaurants and bars close by. The Passeig de Gracia with its elegant shops is only a few metres away. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and always
ready to answer any queries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will surely do so again the next time we come to Barcelona.

Nada malo que mencionar.
Buena localización, cerca de Villa Olímpica, apartamento muy limpio y muy bien equipado. Esta muy bien comunicado con las diferentes atracciones turísticas de la Ciudad!
Volveremos sin duda!

Our family-grandparents, parents and children ages 9 and 12-stayed in this apartment for three days in July 2018. We found the apartment to be perfect for us. We were able to leave our luggage, pick-up the key and begin our exploration of Barcelona while the apartment was being cleaned. Which was great, since we'd had to leave our cruise ship at 9 am that morning.
The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to Via Laetana where we caught the Bus Turistic to begin our exploration of Barcelona that morning. When we returned later in the day, the apartment was clean and ready for us. Although it was a Sunday and the Mercat Catalina was closed, there was a shop selling foodstuffs just around the corner so we were able to pick-up some food for an early dinner. And, around another corner, there was a Ben and Jerry's ice cream shop. In fact, it's just a short walk from this apartment to many shops and sights, some that you will be looking for and some that will be a complete and pleasant surprise.
The apartment itself, was clean, comfortable and contained two really important things for summer residents.a washer and dryer and air conditioning. The pictures we saw on the site were accurate and the owners and their representative were totally helpful. For our family, ihis apartment was perfect-in the right location and at the right price. We definitely recommend it. Staying here, you will surely experience much of the best of Barcelona.

Esta es la tercera vez que nos alojamos con la familia Classic Executive Bonanova Apartment for 8. Nuevamente elegimos el edificio en Bonanova, en el segundo piso, el apartamento de 4 habitaciones con terraza, ideal para un matrimonio con cuatro hijos adolescentes ya que además de 3 baños completo tiene un toilette. Nos alojamos 14 noches en Noviembre. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado, limpio, con todo lo que se necesita. Y si uno requiere algo en particular, avisa y enseguida lo resuelven. Mi contacto nuevamente fue Toni; su trato por mail como siempre impecable, muy cordial. Quien nos esperó en el apartamento fue Denis, muy amable y nos detalló todo perfectamente. El edificio está situado en una zona desde la cual moverse resulta muy sencillo. Está cerca de la Clinica Tecknon, cerca del Paseo Bonanova y a metros de la Calle Mandri (recomiendo caminarla y tomarse unas tapas) y todo el sistema de transporte. Si uno viene desde el aeropuerto, puede tomar el metro que sale desde El Prat y los deja a pocos metros, del apartamento. El edificio se encuentra donde comienza el Paseo Bonanova, al lado de la Plaza Bonanova.imperdible caminarlo y recorrerlo. Hay muchos lugares para almorzar, cenar y barcitos. Tambien hay varios supermarkets. La zona es preciosa. Es el mejor lugar para alojarse, sin dudas y por eso siempre lo elegimos.
