Poor customer service. BWS Do not reply to emails in a timely manner, nor follow up on agreed terms. The items we paid to have shipped were sent to the wrong country and BWS were poor in communicating when they would arrive or where the items even were. BWS originally delivered items which did not belong to us, which cost us time and money to leave work to go and receive those incorrect items. BWS promised to refund part of the money as way of apology more than a month ago, but nothing has been received. Emails and phone calls are now being ignored by BWS.
