Sistema de pago complicado y extraño. Servicio muy lento por falta de comunicación entre cosas. Las cosas no son muy amables y acogedoras. Aunque la bebida estuvo buena.

Hola, gracias por tu respuesta, no digo que fuera culpa de Bol que se cargaran las propinas, pero no estaba familiarizado con este sistema así que no me imaginé que sucedería, así que simplemente toqué el botón " Sí" sin mirar más porque pensé que era solo para proceder al pago, sobre todo una propina de 3 euros por una bebida que cuesta menos de 6 euros es más del 50% lo cual me parece demasiado, además, las propinas son normalmente se da para el servicio después de servir la comida/bebida, no antes de servir algo en la caja registradora.así que para mí fue un sistema complicado y extraño.
Fue mi responsabilidad aceptar agregar las propinas, que era cierto, que era lo que me decían las cosas.así que es muy amable de su parte devolverme los 3 euros. Sentí que la comunicación no fue muy fácil, nada amigable durante toda la experiencia.
Pero hubo algo positivo; la calidad de la bebida era buena:)

Los camareros son extremadamente lentos, el café llega después de la comida. Las comidas son de tamaño pequeño y utilizan componentes prefabricados. En general, éramos 4 y todos estuvieron de acuerdo en que es una ubicación demasiado cara y sobrevalorada.

La comida estaba bien, no hay nada que destacar. Sin embargo, el personal fue grosero con nosotros y nos hizo sentir incómodos.

10/10! Pedimos los panqueques veganos y la ensalada Bombay con tofu crujiente y ¡ambas comidas estuvieron excelentes! Algunas de las mejores comidas veganas de Barcelona:)

Malgré la très bonne cuisine, je ne retiens que le mauvais accueil que nous avons eu. Nous sommes entrés, nous avons dit bonjour à 50 cm de la femme qui etai a la porte, elle ne nous a pas répondu ni même nous a regardé. Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions nous asseoir et encore une fois nous n'avons pas eu de réponse. L'un des pires accueils que nous ayons jamais eu de notre vie. La dame est mal disposée et antipathique. Dommage car l'endroit était sympa.

La comida parece muy fresca y buena, pero los zumos naturales/smoothies son horribles. Me pedí uno verde que no tenía sabor a absolutamente nada. Casi 5€ por algo que tiene menos fruta que zumo de brick, no los recomiendo para nada.

Servicio pésimo! Mi hermana ha encargado un desayuno para entregar en mi domicilio y yo no he recibido nada. Le ponen excusas y no le dan una solución. Atención al cliente, pésima. Ellos han cobrado el servicio y yo no he recibido el producto.

He realizado un pedido online con horario de entrega 9.30 son las 11 de la mañana y estamos esperando!
He llamado al local a pesar de que tienen mi teléfono de contacto, utilizan la excusa de que he añadido un dato en la dirección que no era errónea.
Me dicen que se ha entregado y aquí no hemos recibido nada. Ellos sí han cobrado.

Local pequeño y acogedor. Comida saludable formato poke. Mucha variedad para elegir y muy sabrosos. De lunes a viernes también tienen menú.

Ottimo locale per un pranzo con ingredienti salutari, ma non ho avuto l'occasione di provarli, sono stato qui solo per una carrot cake e un caffé, quindi posso commentari solo questi. La carrot cake è molto buono, caffé abbastanza nella norma. Il locale è carino e il personale gentile. Dovrò ritornare per provare uno dei loro piatti per pranzo.

I love this place. It has lots of healthy options, friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Love the acai bowls and coffee the most but had a poke bowl the other day and it was nice as well. Would definitely recommend this. Wifi works good as well what makes it a good place to work

Staff very kind and accommodating. Environment is clean and welcoming. Food is fresh and tastes amazing. Hummus is toast pictured

Not the best option if you want to quickly grab a cup of coffee and a healthy snack during lunchtime.
Barista are busy and seem to prioritize external orders from e.g. Glovo. Had to wait for my cappuccino for 15 minutes. In the end, it turned that the lid was not attached properly so coffee leaked.
Sitting at the table may also be problematic as there are not that many tables.

Un super endroit où manger bien et sain!
Le personnel est super, l’ambiance est vraiment relaxante. Un super restaurant pour bien commencer la journée avec d’excellents smoothies et petit dej, ou pour faire une petite pause à midi pour reprendre des forces! Je recommande les yeux fermés si vous aimez manger sain!

Está todo riquísimo! Recomiendo el zumo upbee de arándanos y plátano con leche de coco así como el Azteca bowl. La calidad del producto es buena, lo que para mí gusto un poco caro.

Buenos productos, una pena que la atencion recibida no este a la misma altura. Me imagino que al trabajar con muchos turistas no necesita esforzarse mucho

El servicio es exageradamente lento. Las empleadas son majas pero el responsable debería mejorar su atención al público. Muy antipático y el más lento de tod@s.
Por el resto el local no es muy acogedor pero la comida está bien.

Me encanta este lugar! La comida es súper sana y muy gustosa y las porciones son adecuadas al precio de los platos, lo único que es pequeño es la porción de pan de banana que depende quien la corte puede ser grande o muy pequeña ojalá hubiese más mesas fuera por que es esta época es ideal para comer sano y fresco

He salido muy disgustado del sitio. Aun con aclaración previa de ser alérgico a ciertos ingredientes, hicieron caso omiso y me trajeron algo que especifique no podía comer (no por capricho, si no por ser altamente alérgico)
Aun así me han traído dos veces un producto que contenía cacahuetes afirmando que no tenía nada de eso, lo he probado y me ha tocado ir a vomitar al baño para evitar alguna asfixia. Cuando supieron mi problema en ningún momento se preocuparon por saber si estaba bien, si podían hacer algo para ayudarme y pasaron de mi totalmente.
Una muy mala experiencia y aparte toca pagar por fallos que podrían provocar la muerte de alguna persona.

The food was pretty good. A lot of healthy options. We ordered eggs Benedict on the waffles, Daal bowl and Açaí Berry bowl. Everything was tasty but the açaí bowl could have been a little bit better. It still had frozen pieces of fruit that I had to chew on hard because they were too solid. As someone else mentioned, they could put some more peanut butter in it.
I also got a Choco energy and Super Green smoothies. Both were tasty.
I agree with someone else’s comment that the place is very noisy. Not just the smoothie machine. I was constantly unpleasantly distracted by the staff putting the utensils away and in general constantly making some very loud sounds. I could barely hear myself with all the noise and the conversations of people in this small café. Very crammed and loud. But the food is good for the most part. I will still most likely come back again hoping that it won’t be so loud.

This is one of the best places in Barcelona for eating healthy, we ate the pancakes, and avo-toast, also the vegan banana bread which was delicous! Coming back for sure next time i’m in Barcelona?

Nice place and good food but owner is rude, doesn’t care about his customers, also very rude with Glovo riders. It takes no effort to say thank you or smile a little bit. Furthermore, the place has a very strong smell of garlic and spices which makes it very unpleasant to sit there. Won’t be coming back.

J’ai adoré! J’ai commandé un Poke saumon, la recette était délicieuse, super équilibrée et les aliments particulièrement frais. Pour le dessert je n’ai pas résisté au magnifique carrot cake double crème présenté dans l’entrée, un régal!

Bol is small salad/smoothie cafe near my apartment. The concept is great and they have quite the varied menu of salads, acai bowls, smoothies and milkshakes. I really want Bol to rectify their issues regarding cleanliness and food preparation as it's close and convenient. The other day I stopped by and ordered a take away Burrito Salad Bowl with chicken. The staff member was courteous and friendly. However, she was only wearing one glove, the other hand was bare. Their food prep station is visible and she repeatedly was scooping up the ingredients and sweeping them with her ungloved hand and placing them into the takeaway container. Ewww! I thought this was a one-off situation so I went back the following week to give them a chance and another staff member was doing the same thing; one gloved hand the other bare. This is not only unacceptable during a pandemic, it's disgusting in general. The staff members handle the cash register (dirty coins and bills). Hands were not washed after their cash register duties nor were new gloves worn. I thought maybe I just had bad luck, so I asked a few friends who've been and they've noticed the same thing. Bol you should know better. Wear fresh gloves when preparing food and change them after handling cash. Every time.

This place never fails! If you want a quick lunch break place to go with healthy and varied options this is the place!:)

Comida muy buena pero el servicio extremadamente lento, desde que pedimos hasta que nos lo trajeron pasó 45 minutos y tan sólo nos pedimos 3 cafés con leche y dos cookies que ya estaban hechas en el mostrador

He pedido por glovo un Acai y ha llegado todo en paquetes de plástico pequeños, en total 5 pedazos de plástico que podrían haber echado directamente en el acai como hacen todos, ahora hablando de calidad de producto, HORRIBLE, las frutas son las congeladas del mercadona, el acai de pitaya tan agrio y feo que no lo pude ni terminar, obvio de las porciones súper flojas también, no volveré a pedir

Adorei a opção de montar o bowl, gastamos em 2 pratos desse da foto custaram cerca de 27 euros. Você escolhe os ingredientes, várias opções saudáveis, ingredientes de boa qualidade e frescos. A burrata é boa, o tempero excelente. Fui 2x na visita a Barcelona.

Yo me tomé el bowl nordic y es uno mejores bowls que he probado. Bastante saciante y buena proporción de hidratos, proteína y grasas saludables.

Nice place in general but staff appeared to be sick on my second visit, caughing around like crayz. Man. If you are sick, stay home - especially in these times. Left the place even though I paid for my food. Super uncomfortable!

Update: I got my money back. Just a shame as this place is nice (if staff wouldnt show up sick)

Visited this place to have a late breakfast and left with mixed feelings. Staff were ok but not really trying to meet the customer in the middle. As I cannot eat poached egg I asked if i can have it scrambled.response.was NO. As most dishes have poached egg my choice was limited and I got vegan french toast - tasty. As a dessert I choose carrot cake and the piece was huge. I was disappointed as I expected healthy breakfast but ended up eating a lot of sugar. I'm giving this place 4 star as my partner was happy with his order.
