BIGGEST concern was that the location on maps and the actual location of the apartment are different.the address is only accurately shown on Apple's Maps. Otherwise you are directed to a building a few blocks down and across the plaza. Had to use the location of a nearby cafe throughout the trip (Buenas Migas) in order to navigate back apartment.
The apartments are at a great location nearby the subway station and transit in general. Area was very safe. Rooms were clean and very spacious for 4 adults. The pull out bed was comfortable to sleep in. AC unit was a great benefit for the the summer heat. There was an area to sore luggage prior to check in and the staff were friendly. However, the hours that the staff are present is limited to office hours no one to call if need assistance after 3pm.
My only other concerns were that there was some water that leaked from the shower door because the rubber around the door was not connected. The washroom in general was clean and well kept but there were few small cracks noted on the walls closer up to the ceiling.

Close to subway L3, very nice and cosy room, clean place, what else to ask for?

Excellent emplacement, l'appartement est exactement comme dans le descriptif et comme sur les photos du site, très propre et très bien équipé.

Muy lindos departamentos y con una muy buena ubicación en pleno corazon de Barcelona.
