Aunque no seas cliente de Orange, merece la pena pasar por aquí por el excelente trato que dispensa la empleada.

El dependiente muy atento, voy con muleta y me trajo una silla y la dependienta que me atendió muy correcta.

Suele haber cola pero la verdad es que atienden muy bien, con mucha profesionalidad y mucha paciencia.

Molt malament, hi vaig anar i ningú dels que hi havia a la botiga treballant va ser capaç d'entendre'm (ja no demano que em contestin, nomes entendre'm) en català. Vaig omplir una reclamació i no m'han donat cap resposta.

When it's not about buying, the team is not willing to help or do their job properly. I have returned my internet router to the boutique back in June as I moved to a new flat and had internet included with a different provider. I did everything by the rule except that I realised in October that I was still paying for internet service. I called customer service they told me to go back to the store where I deposited the machine. I went back and explained the situation showed them
the customer service emails, but they would not help me and they had no possibility to check if I returned the router or not. How is it possible? Are they not automated/digitalized? It should have been registered against my name, logically? They said it was my fault and that I should have kept the receipt and brought it back! So if someone looses ithe receipt there is no other way to check! They will charge me 50e for the machine, what a joke! And they would not refund me for the months they charged me for despite the text message telling me good bye etc
Apparently there was a link where I should have clicked as a last stage and just for that they kept charging for a service I no longer had! I will never go back to Orange, THIEVES!

Te atiendenden muy bien pero ami Orange desde ya hace un tiempo no me gusta. La empresa ofrece cosas que son mentira. Los siento, te intentan vender la moto. Yo con Onofone estoy encantando. Es una de las mejores elecciones, para mi.
