La ubicación no era lo que esperábamos. Pero podría ser normal para el área. Un montón de zonas oscuras y graffiti. Bonito pequeño supermercado cerca para conseguir comida y agua. Necesita una tarjeta de acceso para ingresar al vestíbulo y al ascensor, se toman la seguridad en serio. El personal fue maravilloso y servicial con los taxis y los traslados al aeropuerto. ¡Simplemente envíeles un correo electrónico y responderán rápidamente! Las habitaciones estaban limpias y agradables. ¡Cuidado con el tope de la puerta que sobresale del suelo!

¡Mi residencia favorita cuando viajo a Barcelona! Una ubicación perfecta, una acogida de los mejores equipos y apartamentos amplios y muy prácticos.
¡Ve allí con los ojos cerrados!

Éramos una pareja + un niño de 4 años.
Empezaré por lo positivo: es un aparthotel con habitaciones grandes y espaciosas. El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila y pacífica.
La habitación en la que nos alojamos tiene una cocina que incluye estufa, refrigerador y microondas. Algo que tiene que ver con nosotros ya que el niño es quisquilloso con la comida.
El personal del hotel es encantador y está dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesite.
Lo que menos nos gustó: estuvimos allí una semana entera y todas las mañanas se repetía el mismo desayuno, nada de variedad. El sofá cama para el niño no es nada cómodo. Realmente inmerso.
Y lo que más me molestó es que las habitaciones se limpian solo una vez cada tres días,

Excelente fórmula para una estancia en Barcelona. Habitación apartamento decorada con buen gusto, cerca del centro.

El desayuno era genial. Las habitaciones y el establecimiento estaban un poco deteriorados. También hay un club nocturno cerca que se puede escuchar tarde en la noche en las habitaciones.

Al llegar al.hotel nos informan que hacen limpieza de habitación cada 3 días! Que toca pedir toallas para cambiarlas y bajar a buscarlas a la recepcion.
Los empleados y su atención super amables

4 estrellas no se porque solo limpieza cada tres dias en una familia de 4 me parece muy poco, servicio de recepcion perfecto hablan varios idiomas, pero por lo demas habia un fuerte olor a cloaca en las habitaciones, la ultima noche no habia agua cuando durante toda la semana salio muy poca, sobre todo en la ducha, el lavabo del baño estaba atascado, la unica vez que lo limpiaron no vieron que el agua no se iba? Que se necesita para denunciarlo? En fin, luces quemadas 4 estrellas me parece exagerado además teniendo en cuenta el costo de casi 2000 euros sin desayuno por 6 noches pero en cualquier caso cuando estas con la familia toda junta siempre es agradable.

The hotel is well placed in the city, the staff is professonal and helpful. The hotel is clean and it has a free parking underground. Recommended

Wonderful aparthotel in Barcelona!
Stayed for a total of 9 nights with my friend. The hotel staff was very kind and always there to help with whatever inquiry we had. The room was spacious and perfectly fit to work remotely. The bed is very comfortable and you have a tv both in the bedroom and living area.
Due to covid regulations you get to enjoy the gym area privately (upon reservation at the reception) at any time of the day or night. Washing machines are also available free of charge. My friend even received a birthday letter and tart on her birthday, which was very much appreciated
It’s 5 minutes away from the metro station and you can easily walk to the Sagrada familia, the park or the beach (bit less than 20 minutes).
If we have to mention one little inconvenience, it would be that there was no basic cooking ingredients available (pepper, salt or oil) - although maybe it was if we asked the reception.
We would definitely recommend Capri aparthotel to friends and colleagues!

Foncé! N'HÉSITEZ PAS! Vraiment on a passés un super séjour, l'hôtel est super bien situé on peut tout faire à pied et laisser la voiture dans le parking sous terrain GRATUIT. Il y a le tramway, le métro, le bus normale et le tours bus touristique juste à côté! La chambre en elle même, rien à redire c'est propre et la literie est de qualité pas de mal de dos au réveille! On a prit petit déjeuner compris et on regrette absolument pas c'était sous forme de buffet et les produits était frais et super bon! Merci au personne surtout, qui a sur être accueillant, serviable et très aimable toujours présents lorsqu'on a besoin de renseignements MERCI

Bon hôtel très bien placé, vous avez accès à tous les endroits intéressants de Barcelone à 3 ou 5 stations de métro ou 25 a 30 minutes à pieds environs, parking gratuit pour la voiture pas négligeable du tout car se déplacer a Barcelone en voiture est vite compliqué pour se garer etc.la chambre (appartement 1 chambre) grande et équipée comme il fallait pour une famille, l'équipe de la réception très professionnelle nous a renseigné de manière efficace.

Ok se venite a Barcellona dove alloggiare qui a priori che sono di una disponibilità infinita e sono veramente carini gli appartamenti sono deliciouzzz e non costano tanto

Good quality. Rooms are clean. We were able to check-in earlier than it is in booking conditions. You also can leave your luggage for few hours after check-out. We were satisfied with location as well. Recommend.

Great place was there for 10 days loved the service. Everyone was nice and answered all questions. Place is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting.

Pasamos 4 días a principios de diciembre con niños. Todo perfecto. Pudimos visitar Barcelona a pié por su cercanía a todo. Zona muy tranquila. Personal muy amable. Cuidadas instalaciones. Excelente calidad precio. Totalmente recomendable.

Muy buena ubicación, habitación super amplia y cómoda. Nos encantó que el aparcamiento estuviese incluido en el precio de la habitación.

Volveremos.

The hotel is well located and also fine.
Unfortunately there is no pool and the gym is closed due to Corona regulations.
Cost x benefits not great.

Hotel no recomendable, no soy la primera a quien le han robado pertenencias de la habitación. Además de muy mal trato por parte de la administración

Hotel ben situat, si vols anar al TNC. Les ofertes que tenen ara estan bé. Hi vam trobar a faltar fogons, tot i que si hi havia microones a la petita cuina de l'habitació.

Trattamento speciale per un soggiorno da ripetere, posizione perfetta a 10 minuti dalla Sagrada familia. Arredamento moderno e camere comode

Ottimo come base per visitare Barcellona! Pulito, moderno, personale gentile e discreto. Non do 5 stelle perché inserito in un quartiere poco attraente.

Comida en un ambiente tranquilo y agradable, buenas opciones en un menú bastante completo. La comida estuvo bien, seguro que repetiré.

We stayed here as a family group awaiting the MSC cruiseship. Outside of the tourist area so less expensive and taxi stand in front. Good breakfast buffet selection. Tip: Pay for buffet at the hotel front desk before eating for a lower price.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Also the hotel had email reminder before our check in date that was nice, Friendly and helpful Receptionists. Also loved their rum body wash and coriander shampoo, very neat! Smells soooo good!

Ideally situated - about 15 mins.walk to Sagrada or ocean, subway station and grocery stor 5 - 10 mins.away. Having been to a Fraser hotel before my high expectations were met perfectly which means: clean, spacious apartment rooms, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed and new furniture.

Excelente, muy buen cuidado y localización, con linea de metro a pocos metros, espacios modernos y recien reformado, sería grandioso que estuviera el parking incluido en el precio de la estadía.y no que te cobrasen adicional, teniendo en cuenta la situación de trafico en Barcelona.

Personnel accueillant, efficace et parlant français. Très bel hôtel. Pas trop éloigné du centre. Très propre et avec de belles prestations. Les chambres et sdb sont spacieuses et bien décorées et bien pensées. J'ai trouvé mon "chez moi" à Barcelone.

The best place ever. Quite clean and big, equipped all amenities and kitchen was perpect to cook by my self. Location was good to visit the nearest beach everyday. I'd like to visit here again someday. Thank you

Menú correcte i servei ràpid. Poques sorpreses. Un lloc ideal per fer un àpat ràpid i de qualitat a bon preu.

The problem is with the shower, it is very poorly constructed, when it is in a fixed position water flow almost horizontal, can not be used, water is spilled on the bathroom floor. TV has some problems with the remote, need to hit power button number of times, even targeting directly to the TV.
On the other hand, this hotel is very clean, good rooms, perfect personal, people on reception are wonderful, good breakfast, good location.

Lovely rooms with stylish furniture. Confortable beds, fast wifi and great staff. The only bad thing I would mention is the bathroom's tiles were not cleaned in a while. But despite this, I would use this hotel in the future.

Very cute hotel with lots of comfort. I would highly recommend this. The area of town leaves something to be desired, but you can take the metro anywhere.

I liked staying at Capri by Fraser in Barcelona. Location was ok, not great. It only takes +/- 10 minutes to get to the city center. That’s nice. Staff is nice and welcoming. Room was very clean en cosy.
