Inicialmente iba a calificar bastante bien a esta agencia por la ayuda que me brindaron, pero después de mi experiencia me resulta absolutamente imposible hacerlo. Dada la imposible situación de alquiler en Barcelona y siendo estudiante de Inglaterra, esta experiencia fue bastante nueva para mí. De hecho, terminé reservando un vuelo a Barcelona con mi madre durante 24 horas para encontrar un lugar donde vivir, donde vimos un apartamento ofrecido por Casamona. Todavía no sé qué hizo que ese hombre nos negara el apartamento pero realmente espero que Casamona nunca se lo quite de las manos. La mentira y el engaño no son un gran modelo de negocio pero empiezo a pensar que es muy común en Barcelona.

Excelentes opciones para expatriados que no hablan tan bien el español. Me consiguieron un apartamento amueblado en poco tiempo y sin ningún problema. Los volvería a elegir. Un saludo a Lukas, que fue de gran ayuda.

It’s been a year, but this ad popped up and I want to share the professional experience thoughts. There are so many apartment scams on the internet now a days, but Casamona’s way is “send us the agency fee and you’ll experience why we are the number 1 leading rental company”. The comment from the agency below will either be a duplicated response or a surprised statement ‘acting’ like they have no idea, pay attention to that. The 1star reviews are the real reviews of what you’ll experience, believe me. This so called tiny tine “company’ should have really been inspired by the 80s mafia and the outdated deceptive selling schemes. Their young interns are lured into the old books of sales and their management has not seen the world, embarrassing Wolf of Wallstreet mindset.

I rented a room from casamona and it looked exactly like the pictures they sent me. I was in contact with Léa and she was super nice and always gave quick replies. I am deducting one star because it took really long to sign the contracts and they wanted a lot of money beforehand what seemed a bit sketchy. Luckily it turned out to be all fine:).

We worked with Lea in August of 2021 in order to find an apartment in Barcelona. She was extremely helpful and exhibited professionalism from the beginning. We started off by having a phone call during which time I let her know the specifics of the apartment for which we were looking for, and she was able to both put together appointments for us to visit the apartments and also adjusted in accordance with some changes in our needs. Overall the experience was very smooth, professional, easy, and enjoyable! Would 100% recommend both Casamona and Lea in the future to anyone looking to purchase or rent property in Barcelona!
