Gran servicio y personal muy agradable. Fui a depilarme y quedé muy satisfecha con el resultado. La cera utilizada fue de buena calidad, por lo que no sentí ningún dolor en la piel después. Los precios también son razonables. Muy recomendable.

Pedí hora, a llegar me dicen que llegue tarde pero así no fue, llegue 15 min antes le enseno el mensaje y me dicen que igualmente no me pueden coger!

I do my microdermabrasions here. My skin got so clear and is always very smooth and glowy afterwards. Also the face massage after is amazing, as well as the manicures! Would def recommend

No suelo poner recensiones pero fui por primera vez y me depilaron pésimo sin cuidado y se me irrito la piel y me dejaron las cejas super delgadas y desproporcionadas.
No vuelvo a ir quedé super desilusionada. El lugar es muy acogedor y pensé en hacerme otros tratamientos pero honestamente después de esta experiencia no regresaré.

Me hice una permanente y tinte de pestañas hace mes y medio y aún están perfectas!
Me encanta este sitio, volveré!

Después de probar varios centros en Barcelona vine aquí por la recomendación de un amigo.

Tengo que decir que me llevo depilando desde lo 13 y siempre me habían salido granos. Desde que vine a este centro no me ha vuelto a pasar.

Excelente atención y trato, la cera la mejor con la que me han depilado y el centro muy higiénico.

I was so much looking forward to treat myself at Arrels, this place looked like a high standard professional beauty salon. I am not big fan of leaving negative reviews, however I feel that is the time when I have to. I had scheduled 1 hour massage, manicure and pedicure for the same day. Massage was way too weak and unprofessional - just light tapping and touching, accompanied by the loud pop music from the radio, interrupted by adds. Not relaxing at all, but at least not damaging. Overal I'd say it is a waste of money and time, I felt like lady got training a while ago and really lacking practice. (i am massage addict and tried it all i think, besides i am familiar with the correct techniques). Best part of massage was when she covered me with the hot towel in the end and i knew ot was over. Manicure and pedicure- I could get better done by any girl. I was placed on massage bed, my feet and hands had no support, so i could not really relax, having them hanging in the air. Mani & pedi were executed by two ladies on a same time, who were clearly in a rush, it was rather painful, one foot remained soaked in water for about 30 min, another one just for about 5, I had hard skin removed from one foot in a very harsh manner with some sort of razor, i got my big toe cut, so I had to yell to stop, yet another foot remained untouched by razor (probably for the best), because it was soakes for way too long. There was no hand-soaking either. On top of everything, I have serious concerns about how hygenic the instruments were as they were pulled up from some boxes from under the table. Seriously, ladies, with all do respect, you need to get a proper training before performing these treatments and charging clients rather high price. I guess i would probably woudnt post that review, if it wasnt for that cut, it really hurts to walk now and I feel great dissapointment for not getting much needed treatment done properly. Total price paid - 65 eur (they gave me 5 eur discount). Total time spent - about 2 hrs.

Best wax i’ve ever had. I always come here for the hot wax as it’s virtually painless and they don’t just rip the hair so the regrowth takes a long time. I also went for a facial today and i’m so happy with the results and their recommendations also. Super friendly and professional staff with a relaxing environment. Thanks so much

Meses dejándome crecer las cejas y me las arruinaron! Pedir darles forma pero NO las quiero mas finas y que te dejen la mitad del grosor y una más fina que la otra. Creo que después de explicar el proceso de dejarlas crecer y lo que quería hacer raz y quitar la mitad del grosor es no tener consideración, podría haber quitado una línea e ir paulatinamente enseñándome a ver que tal. En que malas manos caí.
No volveré y no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Te cortan los pelos ya que no saben tirar el pedazo de cera que te ponen; al irritar la piel salen granitos! NUNCA MAS!

Molt bon tracte i personal molt qualificat. Tractaments amb productes d'alta qualitat, a bon preu tot això en un local amb decoració molt agradable. El recomano.
