Exhange rate at 0.93 instead of the real 1,01 and then they add a 16% commission on top of it.

I paid 545 euros I should've gotten 550$. I got 440$

It's highway robbery! I changed 2000 Swedish Kronor which on current market rate is 191 Euros. But received only 135 Euros! They took 25 Euro service fee and God knows how much in commission! And there's no where that explains this in the place! Do not go there!

Went to this money exchange today (july 9,22) and the lady from the money exchange name isabella helped us a lot. She gave a good exchange rate for USD. Issabelle was very nice and helpful.

I paid £200 for a change to Euro and she didn't ask me to accept it and she gave me €160, I said I don't want it, I want a refund of my cash pound, she ignore me. This is a scam, I am disappointed, I never recommend it.

I know any exchange request for a signature but she took a signature and then said to me the price, for the reason I said your exchange is a scam, I said I contact to police and she hides under the table for I didn't take a photo of her.

Son unos ladrones. Me cobraron 20€ por cambiar 75 dólares. Nunca me indicaron el tipo de cambio ni la comisión. Cuando le indique que no me servía me dijo que la transaccion ya estaba hecha. Y que las tarifas estan indicadas en una lista, cuando le pregunté dónde estaban le mostró PORCENTAJES y me dijo que si yo no preguntaba, ella no tenía porque decirme

I changed some dollars at the ChangeGroup office at Sagrada Familia. While I was unhappy about the commission fee, I must say that Tatiana gave excellent service, and was kind enough to speak English and offer her suggestions on things to do around the city. Thanks Tatiana for the warm and welcoming service!

Absolutely the Worst exchange ever! Didn’t tell us the amount until the end, ended up charging us 40 euros in service fees. Total trap! Do not go here.

Worst exchange rate, avoid like the plague. Cost $15 to change $40. Total tourist trap. In comparison I exchanged $150 for $10 outside of this area.

Menos mal que se encuentran ubicados cerca de la Sagrada Familia, porque tenia mucha prisa y no encontraba ningun lugar para cambiar dinero por la zona. Excelente servicio, muy amables y abiertos a dar informacion de todo tipo, sobre todo tips de la ciudad.

Cheerful staff member processed the transaction very quickly as i was rushing to the guided tour in Sagrada Familia, also have been given a lot of useful information of the main sights, great location and very efficient

Currency exchange board had no information on it. Staff member misinformed me about rates and after the exchange denied any returns. For £60 I received €53.
