Necesita un automóvil porque si tiene niños pequeños, mientras que es un corto paseo hasta la playa, caminar de regreso desde la playa es subir una colina muy empinada.

Nuestro grupo de 16 amigos acaba de quedarse en Sa Vista en Port Lligat a las afueras de Cadaqués y no podría haber encontrado un lugar más idílico para pasar nuestra semana juntos. La villa es hermosa y está bien equipada, con 8 habitaciones, una cocina grande, moderna y totalmente equipada y áreas comunes lo suficientemente grandes como para acomodar cómodamente a nuestro grupo tanto dentro como fuera de la casa. La villa tiene una piscina infinita muy grande con hermosas vistas del puerto de Cadaqués que fue el lugar perfecto para pasar las tardes de ocio. La casa también está a 5 minutos a pie de la playa, por lo que pudimos ir y venir entre la playa y la piscina. Cadaqués, una pintoresca ciudad costera que se encuentra a 20 minutos a pie o a 10 minutos en coche de la casa, está llena de divertidos restaurantes, panaderías y tiendas que definitivamente vale la pena visitar. Richard Calvin nos consiguió una reserva en un maravilloso restaurante en Cadeques llamado Compartir que fue un punto culminante particular de nuestra semana. También hay algunos restaurantes informales a pocos pasos de la casa junto a la playa que realmente disfrutamos. La villa cuenta con servicio de limpieza diario, lo cual fue una gran comodidad. Aunque pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo en la zona cercana a la villa, también hicimos algunas excursiones de un día a Girona y Figueres. Richard nos conectó con un excelente guía turístico para nuestro día en Girona. La web de Charming Villas tiene numerosos artículos llenos de información sobre la Costa Brava y las diferentes actividades disponibles en ella. Y Richard y su equipo no podrían haber sido más útiles al hacer recomendaciones y arreglos para nosotros. Dado el tamaño de nuestro grupo, necesitábamos reservar actividades y restaurantes con mucha anticipación, especialmente porque visitábamos la Costa Brava durante el mejor momento de vacaciones. Charming Villas nos aconsejó sobre lo que necesitábamos hacer cuando y pudieron hacer reservas para nosotros que probablemente no podríamos haber obtenido por nuestra cuenta. Charming Villas hizo de todo, desde ayudarnos a seleccionar la mejor casa para nuestras necesidades hasta hacer sugerencias y reservas para actividades (un viaje en barco alquilado en el Sant Isidre fue una de nuestras actividades favoritas de nuestro viaje), ayudándonos a encontrar un chef para preparar nuestras comidas, conectándonos con guías turísticos, reservando tees de golf en campos cercanos y organizando el transporte según sea necesario para nuestro grupo. Su conocimiento de la Costa Brava (viven localmente) y las conexiones allí aseguraron que tuviéramos un viaje absolutamente increíble, que concluyó en nuestro último día completo con un almuerzo en El Cellar de Can Roca, el restaurante de tres estrellas Michelin de renombre mundial en Girona. Richard no solo obtuvo una reserva para nosotros, sino que hizo los arreglos para que el restaurante nos diera un recorrido por la cocina y la bodega. La comida fue una experiencia única en la vida que nunca olvidaremos. No podríamos recomendar Charming Villas mejor y recomendamos sus servicios a cualquiera que busque unas vacaciones en la Costa Brava o en Barcelona. Although this review is long overdue, a few words to describe the fantastic holiday we’ve had through Charming. We had been in the region for a number of times and usually stayed in hotels, however with an addition to out family we decided to book a villa. What a great experience! Richard and his team were very helpful in providing all the info we asked before our arrival, check-in went seamless and the villa was clean and exactly as pictured on the website, equipped with all the amenities we could wish for. We had a great week enjoying all the little beaches and restaurants in the region. We’ll certainly book again!

CVC are an excellent company who arrange lettings of beautiful villas. They are very professional and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble.
We have known them since 2015 when they were our agent for letting out our apartment. Last summer, 2021, we stayed in a beautiful high end villa. Throughout everything has been very good.

Nos alojamos en villa Aiguablava en octubre y quedamos muy contentos con el servicio que recibimos. La villa estaba equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos y reservamos clases de yoga con Bee que realmente contribuyeron a nuestra estadía.

Recomendamos confirmar con respecto al calentamiento de la piscina cuando sea relevante.

We had a fabulous two week stay at Villa Port des Pi. Sa Riera is a perfect spot - lovely quiet beach, even in high season, with two fabulous restaurants and the villa is superb. There is also a small supermarket a short walk away which is handy when you're self catering.

Everything was new and top quality. The views are amazing and the fit out of the villa is exceptional.

Richard and the team at Charming Villas were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure our holiday was perfect.

We rented a villa through this agency and everything ran very smoothly. All the admin was very easy and clear and we had a very helpful local contact for any issues or questions we had. I would book through them again. The villa we rented was also of a very good quality and as expected from the website.

The villas was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. View was amazing. We had a great time. The walk to Cadaques is a difficult one for anyone who may be a bit older or not used to walking. The hills are steep. Good shoes required. The town is one one side of the "mountain hill" and the villa is on the other. The management was very helpful and available for any questions. I had boxes shipped from Amazon to the villa ahead of our stay and they were all waiting for me there when I arrived.as were the grocheries I ordered in advance. We stayed at Sa Vista.

We were on the hunt for a unique holiday destination for our extended family of 20 (with the complex requirements from such a large group) and working with Richard and his team at Charming Villas was really a pleasure. Not only did they find us an exceptional villa, but they made sure every details was taken care of for a truly relaxing week. Would highly recommend!

We are back after a fantastic trip to Aiguablava. We stayed in Ses Planelles (Luxury Villa Begur) for a week with my family who were visiting for a wedding. We have had an excellent experience with Charming Villas, Richard and his team did exactly as "it said on the tin". Assistance in choosing a villa was second to none, their knowledge of the villas and location was superb and their advise was open and honest. Their meet and greet team were extremely friendly and helpful, and Villa Aiguablave in Begur was even better than advertised!

We are already starting to plan for next summer, with Charming!

We visited Villa Aiguablava in Begur along Costa Brava in late April. It was an amazing house with the most incredible views. Situated with a short walk down the hill to the beach and close proximity to the town of Begur, the villa offered plenty for us to do. The house was well-stocked for lunches or dinners in and even a pizza oven! The kids (and adults) enjoyed the sauna and pool. Everything felt very luxurious. We are already planning a return trip.

Richard and Sara were simply terrific from start to finish. They patiently helped me find the right home for my family and four others. Whether we had questions about vaccination protocols (we were coming from New York) or local sites and/or help (e.g, finding a reasonably priced local chef, boat tours), they did not hesitate to make the proper introductions. Responsive, friendly and competent to a fault - truly. Needless to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to call upon their services again

This is a charming, very family friendly villa has absolutely everything anyone could need for a relaxing holiday. The villa itself was well stocked with plenty of crockery/kitchenware and we had lots of choice of eating/sitting areas.
The pool, tennis court, garden and outdoors games meant our grandchildren never wanted to do anything else but play at Mas Muneer!
Richard was very helpful with all sorts of help and advice and our stay was everything we could wish for. Great holiday there.

We had a great holiday in Villa Begur, which turned out to be even more beautifull than the pictures on the website. The upfront communication and welcome on site was excellent, very professional and kind. We'll certainly use Charming Villas Catalonia in the future and recommend their services.

We first contacted Charming Villas about a villa on the seafront at Llafranc which we had seen on a lot of other websites and we wanted to compare prices. The prices quoted were similar to other companies but what impressed us was that Richard gave us his honest opinion about the villa and its weak points instead of just the positive aspects that other companies seemed to do.
In the end we booked a different villa with CV in Tamariu and the whole family had a wonderful experience. We have no hesitation recommending CV and we will be booking with them again for sure.

Estada de 3 setmanes d’agost on vam poder anar a la platja caminant per la seva proximitat així com fer excursions pels voltants i camí de ronda. Una villa amb molta privacitat, els veïns no et veuen ni et senten estiguis on estiguis de la casa. Zona de bbq, pimpom, piscina, chillout i taula exterior gran per acollir un grup gran de persones. Zona interior de disseny minimalista molt espaiós també. 5 habitacions dobles amb totes les comoditats. Ascensor necessari per baixar la compra pesada des del 2n pis fins la cuina! Aparcament al carrer davant la casa genial, tranquil, no transitat.
Ens vam sentir com a casa.

Charming villas helped curate what was going to be a wonderful ladies getaway and birthday celebration. From finding the perfect costal house and location to arranging for extra services, they handled all our inquiries and were incredibly patient and responsive. Sadly, the pandemic prevented us from getting to actually experience any of it. They issued us a refund. We look forward to working with CV in the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Charming Villas to find a Spanish rental property for Summer of 2020. They have an amazing inventory of properties and are experts within this region. Not only were they extremely helpful, they were also responsive and professional.
Sadly due to COVID-19 we had to cancel our trip. Their handling of the cancellation was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to book with them again.

This is my favorite part of the world and the best kept secret. We have been coming back for years and always finding both peace and also unexplored areas of wonder. This time we rented with Charming Villas and had an amazing worry-free experience. Our villa was absolutely perfect! So much so that I was inspired to take images of the architectural details and use them back home. The villa was new, clean (and kept clean with great staff through out our stay), with all the modern working amennitites and a great number of thoughtful functional details that continued to delight us. Everything was well-thought out for our comfort and worry-free stay. Working with Richard and his team was very easy and pleasant. All our queries and needs were taken care of right away and to great satisfaction. We will be back again and we will be looking for another gorgeous villa in the area with Charming Villas.

Sara & Richard manage an extraordinarily lovely collection of properties. They have found places for us to stay twice and I am sure to rely on their services again. Our family spent a wonderful Christmas together in Costa Brava at Masia Tamariu arranged through Charming Villas. The location is spectacular and the owners gave us a very warm welcome to their beautiful home. What set Charming Villas apart for us was their in depth local knowledge and pasion for the area. They helped us plan our activities and day trips and amazingly managed to secure a table for us at the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca which was a real treat. If we return to the area we will definitely book with them again and we have no hesitation recommending them.

Organised a 4 day retreat with them in a beautiful villa. They could not have been more helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was very simple and they dealt with all the discussions with the villa owner on our behalf re.arrivals and departures, etc. All of our extra activities where organised through their recommendations and they also recommended local restaurants and advised which ones to avoid. I would thoroughly recommend them for villas in Catalonia.

Our group of 15 had just had a week at two villas in Cadaqués. The villas were amazing and Richard went the extra mile with information about the area, activities, restaurant recommendations etc. We are from New Zealand and it was our first time on the Costa Brava an area I would now highly recommend

We booked Torre Ronsat for a week earlier this summer, and upon arrival we realized that the house was not up to an acceptable standard due to an insect infestation. Richard and the villa owner refused to issue a refund (in fact, neither Richard nor anyone from his agency bothered to meet us in person during our entire stay in Costa Brava!) despite the fact that we immediately made arrangements to vacate the villa and left after only one night. The quality of rentals and overall service provided by this agency are obviously very poor, and I would tell anyone looking to book a villa in the area to look elsewhere!

Richard and Charming Villas were great. They were helpful and responsive every step of the process. Incredibly trustworthy. Property was outstanding and looked exactly like the photos. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Spain/Catolonia.

We stayed with our family 1 week in July 2019 in the villa Can Rinel in Aiguablava. Our expectations were high, but upon arrival it turned out to be even more beautiful than we had hoped for.

We stayed at Mas Maria, a beautiful huge villa in a picturesque old Spanish village. Facilities were outstanding. Huge clean pool. Luxurious towels. Lots of toiletries provided, which was fantastic. It was truly a charming villa.

We stayed at La Roca Timariu. The villa was spectacular with the most breathtaking views. We had a wonderful stay and Sara and Richard made sure all of our needs were taken care of. They were very helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations and reservations, grocery delivery to the villa, transportation and car rental (which was delivered to our villa!). Can't say enough great things about Charming Villas and their service! Will be using them again!

It was beautifully located and perfectly equipped to accomodate our large group. Richard and his crew helped make what would have been a great week even greater.
