Pésimo servicio. Estafadores. No dan lo que prometen. Los precios son abusivos y olvídate de recuperar tu depósito cumplas o no las normas.

Los departamentos tienen una ubicación privilegiada, se puede ir caminando a todos lados, muchas paradas de metros y buses cerca.
Los departamentos son muy completos, espaciosos, luminosos y modernos.
Tuvimos inconvenientes con el agua caliente de la ducha pero fue en una sola oportunidad.
En cuanto a internet era medio malo, se desconectaba o no aparecían las conexiones.
David el host es excelente, tiene muchas recomendaciones y buena predisposición

My older parents went together with my sister to Barcelona to operate on my mom. David Estalayo treated my parents like they were his. He politely kept in touch, asking about my mother's progress. He was always available and on hand to solve the problems inherent in a prolonged stay. He offered to support with the return of the WiFi device and provided additional heating for my mom.
Highly recommended this place that is a small treasure in Barcelona.
It is also very well located, close to everything and the main avenues in Barcelona. The neighborhood is right on the border of cosmopolitan and local traditional Spanish places. It is close to traditional markets and neighborhood artisan bakeries. There are several traditional Spanish restaurants a few meters from the entrance of the building.
The best of the ingredients was the attention and the administration office at the entrance of the building. This is the closest to a hotel with the convenience of a home away from home.
This is the second time I use this place. I love it.

Nous avons louer un appartement nous avons bien demandez un en particulier on me donne un autre appartement casser sale et qui ne ressemble pas du tout à se que j'ai payer. De plus on m'oblige à payer clairement un arnaque j'ai toutes les preuves en photo et je ne me laisserai pas faire comme cela.
