Siempre he usado esta marca, sobre todo el cooltech en Coolsculpting. En realidad demoran en reparar pero siempre han respondido, cumplido y presentan soluciones, la relación calidad/precio es buena. En mi país mantenimiento y costo son fundamentales.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
We purchased a machine from Cocoon Medical and tried to organise training for our staff. On two occasions we closed the clinic, booked models and waited for the trainer to come. The first time - the trainer cancelled the day before. The second time - the trainer just didn't bother showing up. We took the complaint to the Barcelona office (as the UK office were not at all apologetic or helpful). The European Director of the company promised to look into this and re-organise the training for us. This never happened and since then I've called several times and nobody is ever available to help. It has now been 5 months that this machine is sitting in our clinic and we cannot get training for our team. Absolutely despicable service. I cannot understand how the company is allowing this to happen.
