Evaluar la calidad de un hotel requiere una estadía prolongada para evaluar verdaderamente sus méritos. Personalmente, cuanto más tiempo resido aquí, más aprecio y disfruto de este establecimiento.

Hotel boutique modernista extraordinario. El desayuno es fantástico así como el servicio.

Un excelente lugar para parejas y familias, es mi lugar favorito, genial para desconectar del día a día, muy tranquilo y con buenas mesas!

El personal, ante todo, es increíble. Hubo un par de fallos en el lado del restaurante, pero lo solucionaron relativamente rápido y notamos una especie de tendencia cultural en toda Barcelona en lo que respecta al servicio en los restaurantes en general.

Teníamos la suite de 2 pisos, que es una hermosa habitación con una sala de estar separada y el loft con su propio cuarto de baño. No me gustó mucho la decoración, pero ese es mi problema. Las camas king son ENORMES. Son como tener dos camas de tamaño completo juntas. El patio al aire libre es muy relajante y privado.

Even more impressive than the pictures. Spent over an hour at the bar and it was a haven in the busy city. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

El hotel es muy bonito y la terraza sin ser de las más bonitas de Barcelona, porque no tiene vistas, es muy tranquila. Sus cócteles, aunque algo más caros que otros bares, son un capricho que hay que probar ya que están riquísimos y el servicio fue excelente.

Ideal per fer un toc a la terrassa. Excel.lents vins i servei molt bo. L'hotel és ple de detalls i de bon gust. Edifici històric amb detalls de qualitat superior.

Casa espectacular! Guarda tots els detalls antics i tot molt ben cuidat! Vaig anar al menú diari de 28€ i la veritat de molta qualitat.encara que una mica escàs!

He visitado la terraza solamente, pero el hotel tiene muy muy buena pinta, la decoración es preciosa, tiene un toque muy especial.

Experiential building that will keep you staring up at the ceiling for much of your stay. Great reception and door staff especially Alenjandro. Lacks attention to detail, old marked bathroom towels (sorry) and cost managed breakfast. GM needs to take a long hard look at how the hotel is managed in a post covid environment.

Loved this place. Elegant, perfectly appointed rooms. Book one with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Outdoor patio where breakfast is served is a tranquil oasis of greenery and classic design.

Dined there with my in-laws and partner in September at the terrace. The hotel and restaurant is beautiful and the terrace has a modern-chill vibe to it. The food was very good and so was the wine. Moreover, customer service was 5-star. I do think it is slightly over-priced, but worth the experience.

Pretty disappointed with our stay here for our honeymoon. Rooms are quite small and unimpressive. We had an issue with the fridge making an odd noise that would wake us up every hour, we reported this the next morning but no one came to take a look so we ended up having to just unplug it. The bar downstairs was still playing music loudly at 1am, which we could hear on the 2nd floor.

We decided to have lunch at their restaurant. Even though we were the only ones there, the food took almost an hour and one of the two dishes never arrived. When we looked for someone to ask about it (since no one would check in on us) they told us that item isn’t available, yet the waiter who took our order let us order it and never informed us they couldn’t make it. Just overall very disappointing for a 5 star hotel, and definitely didn’t feel special for our honeymoon.

Sin duda uno de mis lugares preferidos de Barcelona. Es un lugar impresionante, elegante, señorial, de gusto exquisito, servicio 5*, donde cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle. Vale la pena tomar un te solo por verlo y disfrutar de sus salones. La cocina está un punto por debajo del resto, pero vale la pena disfrutar del restaurante de vez en cuando pq el entorno es maravilloso. Imprescindible!

Para mi unos de los mejores sitios en esta parte del Eixample. Siempre que vado, me quedo en el bar y en el maravilloso jardin interior.

Cuando un hotel exquisito está regentado por personal en prácticas y gerentes ávidos por ahorrar costes. Esto es lógicamente imposible. No pueden cobrarte una media de 16€ por una mala copa en la terraza, que desconozcan lo que estás pidiendo, que te tiren encima parte del combinado, que nadie venga a limpiar después. Por delante decir que el personal se esfuerza por ser amable, pero la inexperiencia y el dar la sensación de estar fuera de lugar, hace que el servicio no de para más.

I am a Titanium Elite with Marriott and this property is first class. The building itself is interesting and accommodating for a couple spending 5 days in Barcelona. The location is perfect, the staff is customer-centric, and the rooms are appointed nicely. We look forward to a return trip to Barcelona and to the Cotton House!

We had amazing time this late spring at Cotton House. Amex FHR had fantastic recognition for upgrade and staff was very friendly (special thanks to Javier).

The hotel is a piece of Catalan art at the center of the business district. The pool on the roof and the terrasse were amazing. Restaurant staff was a little speed at a moment of reopening but it was ok.

We will come back for sure

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well kept and the front desk staff was incredibly attentive, especially Aina and Merce. The location is okay for getting around but the view looking over Gran Via is unimpressive. The restaurant and bar area is peaceful. The library provides space for reading and work and the rooftop salt water pool is rather simple but clean.

Edificio del siglo XIX con una excelente decoración, sobre todo los comedores y la cafetería.
La terraza es muy acogedora pero pierde mucho encanto al ver la ropa tendida de las viviendas de alrededor.
La entrada al hotel es muy oscura.
El precio de la cafetería, 9€ por dos cortados un poco excesivo.

¡Precioso! Estuve de visita en un market que hicieron. El restaurante es muy bonito, y la terraza genial. No puedo opinar sobre los servicios como hotel porque no he ido como huésped.

I love this historical building! The spiral staircase is so beautiful! The room is equipped with a step in wardrobe, in general is nice. Our room was on the top, there’s a public terrace with a mini swimming pool, the room door is soundproofing but the window not, there was noise from the central A/C for the building outside our window all the time. And the hot water temperature was slightly not stable.
The breakfast was very good, we loved it.

Es un hotel ambientado con la temática del algodón con mucho gusto. Te hace sentir un poco como en casa. Es muy acogedor.
Tiene una escalera e caracol espectacular.
Las habitaciones son muy confortables.
El restaurantes es muy agradable. La decoración excelente. La comida muy buena. La presentación muy buena y el trato del servicio muy agradable.
Al acabar la cena el responsable del hotel muy amablemente nos explico por encima la historia del hotel.
Para acabar, un desayuno a la altura.

First room they put us in had a problem with a leaky sink they moved us to a better room but sink had some grout. Cleaning service didn't refill tissue when it ran out. The people were super nice they assisted guys with everything. Overall an ok hotel not worth the price you pay.

Spectacular hotel with rainfall showers. This place is roomy! They don't hold anything back in the impressive decor as well. As this was towards the end of our trip, it was perfect for us in regards to closeness to the main attractions of Barcelona.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in an historic building. Staff was gracious and accommodating and the room was beautifully appointed. Our stay was in an Egyptian room, with a small balcony. The room was quite large by European standards. My only regret is that our stay was not longer.

Precioso hotel decorado con mucho gusto y ambientes muy cuidados. Fuimos a un evento que tuvo lugar en la terraza, ubicada en un típico patio interior del Eixample de Barcelona, y la experiencia fue genial a todos los niveles.

La comida estaba muy buena y la terraza es preciosa, con mucho encanto. Lastima del servicio. Los camareros apenas hablan castellano, algunos no nos entendian, y ademas tardaban mucho en atendernos.

Sublime and elaborate decoration, for those who love the beginnings of the twentieth century British interior design, it's a an old building; very well adapted to a 5 star Hotel, with a nice 5 star bar, comfortable rooms, very nice staff (too many questions but Ok!) And; a bit expensive. As any other quality little thing in this world!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and Cotton House is one of my favorites. It is a beautiful restored home that served as both a private residence as well as the headquarters of the Barcelona cotton trade (hence the name).

The staff is exceptional. I had the fortune of staying twice at the property and upon my return they all remembered my name and details about my trip. Their concierge group (Team Gossypium, named after the cotton flower) prepared me a complimentary welcome package in my room complete with a message referencing my work as a sleep specialist (they do their homework).

During my trips, I was able to stay in two of their suites (Ottoman and Dimasco). They were stunning and fans of architecture and design with love them.worth doing whatever is necessary to secure one (the Dimasco was the original bedroom of the residence). The dining area is similarly gorgeous and the food excellent, fresh, and clearly locally sourced.

The conceirge staff's recs we're spot on as well.

You will love it here. I can't wait to return!

I had a great stay here during MWC. Rooms were good sized and the restaurant was great for breakfast and drinks in evening. Location is ideal as well.

Very nice. People were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well-appointed, bed was comfortable and bath amenities were luxurious.
