Un absoluto FRAUDE! No reembolsaron, no mandaron confirmación. No dan respuesta de nada, ni contestan el teléfono. No compren nada en este lugar.

SCAMMERS We booked a Capri and Pompeii tour from Naples. I emailed them about pick up since the tour on the web stated start time was 8: 30am. They responded to meet them next door at the Star Hotel at 8: 30am. That was perfect because our train from Rome arrived at 8: 12, we had plenty of time to walk next door to meet them. We went to the train station in Rome purchased our train tickets and bought that tour for 3 senior citizens all over 75.2 days later they email me that the ferry to Capri changed its schedule and now the pickup was at 7am. That was impossible for us because we were already on the earliest train from Rome leaving at 5: 30am arriving at 8: 12am. After a few explanations that we were only in Rome a few more days and had no additional free days to reschedule, I asked them to cancel and refund my €345.00.2 days later they tell me they are giving me a gift card good for 2 years. That’s unacceptable, we will never be able to use it, plus it wasn’t our fault for the schedule change. So far they are ignoring my requests, I’m going to ask Mastercharge to intervene via their consumer protection program. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE NOR HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

CROOKS - They will steal your money if you give them your credit card details. DO NOT USE THEM

*****SCAM ALERT****. In Florence Italy, they are known for cancelling your tour a few hours after you pay and then only sending you a gift card and no refund. Gift card is not useful if they cancel every tour.

Do not use this company. They took my money and no one showed up to do the tour. Phoned the local tour operator and they said that they were not due to start the tours in the Verona arena till later on the year. Do Travel are now refusing to refund me the money.

The customer service person was very helpful. We were lost but she guides us to find our tour guide over the phone. I don't remember the person name, I hope the company recognize her work.

It was paid for the activity, money was deducted from the bank account, however, no service was provided. No one reply to my emails / FB messages / online chat / phone messages. Not recommended. DoTravel is scam company

Anna was absolutely FANTASTIC! She has such passion for Sagrada Familia - the history, Gaudi, the design, the symbolism - it is infectious. We came away enlightened and inspired. We could not have imagined a better tour experience. Muchas gracias!

Scam company. Avoid at all cost. Booked a holiday for a desert safari in Dubai and paid upfront. They never contacted the local service provider about to arrange the trip and didn't respond when we asked about what's going on. Lost all our money for nothing.

Atrocious.avoid at all costs. They take your money and offer no support or customer service.at all and don't respond to their email or online chat once you have booked.avoid!

The worst experience ever! Very bad customer support. I do not recommend buying anything with them.

This company is SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM! Sat at our meeting location for an hour no show by the tour guide. Called the number on the confirmation email. Disconnected phone number. Texted them and emailed them to call us; said they Did. NO call in our call log. NEVER GOT TO SEE THE VATICAN! RUINED OUR TRIP! And then had the NERVE TO CHARGE US! Sooo sad!

We booked with Do Travel for Colosseum underground tour, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill included. There were only six of us. The Do Travel representative took us to the Colosseum entrance and left us. Thanks to the official Colosseum guide we were taken care of, joining a larger group. The official underground tour was excellent. When over we handed back our headsets but told to keep our earphones for the Roman Forum. Again left waiting for Do Travel. Split into two groups. The other group had headsets and a better tour than our grou, theirs lasted longer and guide was so much better than ours, she whisked us through, barely stopped and could not wait to leave. We had NO headsets. Also DO Travel have no office, just an area by the metro. This tour was expensive. Would love to know how they think they earned it.

Avoid this place! I booked via Dotravel skip Coloseum the line tickets online for my family. Although we came on time, they let us with three kids wait for an hour without any specific information, taking other people in line. Eventually they told us to wait another hour and a half, for which we asked to give money back. This was declined. We left without seeing anything and with money ripped off from us. The company and the team there is the most ignorant and shameless I have ever experienced.

Purchased skip the line tickets for 18 EUR for the Colosseum. When we arrived we were told that DoTravel sold tickets that didn't exist (tour operator was Crown Tours) and we would have to go with another tour company. They walked us up to the other company where they only had a 35 EUR tour. We were told we would receive a refund and still haven't received it yet.

I booked ticket from do travel of my Europe vacation. I found this is one of the best service provider. Thanks for your lovely guidance and services.

It was a great experience in booking a package from your site, you stood up to your promise of delivering the best experience of each and every place we visited. The guide was also very helpful and had a good amount of knowledge about all places. We totally enjoyed it. Thanks Do Travel for such a wonderful vacation.

They are extremely overpriced! I bought two tickets for Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel, I arrived 30 mins late from the scheduled time. They told me that my tickets have expired and I can buy a new ticket at €35 per person. I bought the tickets inside the museum at €17 per person and there was a small queue (two or three persons ahead of me in the line)

The Skip the Line Park Güell Guided Walking Tour it has a great quality price-ratio since the first moment we got there, it was a huge queue in the entrance which we skipped with our Guide Francisco, who explained to us all kinds of curiosities and details about Gaudi’s masterpiece. I really recommend Francisco as a Guide as he is a very charming persona, has a lot of knowledge and answered all the questions we had.

Took Barcelona Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour, and it was a very nice experience. Really liked the stories I heard en route. The weather was beautiful, so I managed to see and enjoy all the attractions from my bucket list!

I have booked the Tour of Sagrada Familia, I liked the Guide and we entered skipping the long line. They gave us headphones so we can hear the guide inside by not being close. Also there was a precious introduction about the architect and the area of the city. I liked the guide was local and could answer our questions about Barcelona and Gaudi, recommended!

Very bad experience with your booking. Bought tickets to Vatican Musuem Tour. Although we did not show up on time, Dotravel did not pick calls when we called and gave the spanish number instead of the italy number and are saying that it is our fault that we did not find the address.

Edit: After a series of mails, they partially refunded the money. Thanks DoTravel. Hope they do better in future.

They didn't pick the call mutiple times and even if they do, their response was very bad.
