Gracias al Sr. Raúl que estuvo ayer en taquilla, un hombre muy amable que brinda servicio con una sonrisa desde el fondo de su corazón.

Arrancar. Hice un pedido en su sitio web porque había una oferta de "hacer clic y recoger" del Black Friday. El pedido fue aceptado. Menos de 24h antes del vuelo me envían un email diciendo que mi pedido había sido cancelado. Así de simple, sin explicación ni oferta de compensación. Entré al sitio web y pude colocar los mismos artículos en mi carrito de compras (sin descuento, por supuesto), así que dudo que fuera un problema de stock. Ofrecieron un 20% de descuento pero los pedidos debían realizarse al menos 24 horas antes de la recogida, y como no me avisaron a tiempo, obviamente tampoco pude beneficiarme de eso. Entonces parece que solo están tratando de estafar a sus clientes para obligarlos a comprar todo al precio completo.

Duty Free en el Aeropuerto de Barcelona El Prat. Una gran selección de productos, especialmente dulces y bebidas alcohólicas. Hay consultores que pueden ayudar con la elección.
El personal del vestíbulo y de la caja es paciente, tranquilo y ofrece un servicio rápido.

Me negaron la compra porque quería que mis botellas de alcohol estuvieran guardadas en una bolsa de seguridad. Esta tienda libre de impuestos claramente no tiene ningún interés en vender nada.

Escapa a mi comprensión como puede haber gente que aún compre en estas tiendas, precios desorbitadados, cualquier producto se consigue más barato fuera del aeropuerto, lo del "duty free" es recuerdo del pasado. El colmo ya que ni siquiera tienen testers.

Vergüenza que un duty free no sea 24 horas. Hay vuelos después de las 21 eh.bastante vagos los españoles, no quieren trabajar!

El personal habla mucho entre ellos pero no te sirve.

No muy rápido ni agradable.

Agradable y acogedor libre de impuestos. Personal encantador. Sin embargo, casi todo cierra entre las 10 pm y las 6: 30 am, lo cual es molesto. ¡En la parte superior de este no hay enchufe para cargar su teléfono móvil! Encontramos solo una esquina al final del aeropuerto con algunos enchufes, estaban todos rotos sin electricidad: (

Tenga cuidado al comprar algo, me dijeron que hay un 15% de descuento en perfumes, y compré uno para mi novio, resulta que era una loción para después del afeitado. Verifique dos veces antes de comprar sus productos.

Got helped today at the Armani stand by Evgenia, she was SO wonderful and helpfull, we had such a nice experience with lots of genuine and good advices. Ask for her when you walk by she was amazing! PS Armani she deserves an extra bonus

Bad service mind, and rude cashier staffs.

I went to the cashier area to make payment.

At one of the cashiers. I walked in at the opposite direction of another man. He said I can pay first, but I shown him I have many things to buy, so he should go first. Anyway, He insisted that I should pay first, he has no issue to wait. However, the cashier said I came from the wrong direction, so she will need to service the man first. So, I'm fine and walked to another cashier.

Another cashier, she did not want to service me. And asked me to go to the line which nobody there on the line, so I do not understand at all why do I need to go to the line and where exactly that line is. There are only the other customers who were paying at the self-service machine. So, I asked her if I should pay at the machine instead and if it receives cash. She said I can, If I want to.

At that time, the other cashier has completed the man's transaction. So, I walked back to that cashier. At first, she did not let me make a payment and she had a gossip about me with the other cashier in their language which I did not understand. In the end, I can still pay at that cashier and the cashier also processed the payment of the other Asian (I guess) woman who queue after me at the cashier without need to back to queue at the line with no body in that whatever line.

The only reason I need to pay at cashier is that I buy one bottle of wine and it needed to be sealed. I don't know if the self-service machine has any stuff to seal it.

At the cashier, she eventually decided to process my payment and she was able to turn her mood back from showing that she annoyed me and gave me discount by registering a member and processed a payment for that Asian woman who queue after me at the cashier not at the line that nobody was there.

I couldn't turn my mood back as I was treated terribly at first. If I can turn back the clock, I would tell myself not to buy anything and leave all items there.

Still questioning myself, how I am supposed to know where should be queue without any sign in English, and nobody on the line while 4 cashiers were available and they did not want to process my payment? And not only myself who didn't understand their queueing process and still go to the cashier to make a queue when nobody on the line and see cashiers are available rather than stay at whatever line the cashier mentioned.

If at least some one on the line, it would be easy to understand. If nobody on the line, no clear sign where the line should be. Saw lots of cashier available. Will you go to the cashier or wait some where else until they call you in like an immigration gate? But the immgration gate would have a better barrier tape which leads you to walk to the right direction.

Recomiendo pasarse por la zona de Armani para conocer los perfumes de la colección privada.

They have tons of selection on all your duty-free favorites. The gentleman working the booze area was very knowledgeable and really wanted to chat with me about their beverage selection. We had a few laughs and really hit it off. And boy were we having a blast and laughing. We might get together whenever he visits Las Vegas. You can also shop for some sweet trinkets and souvenirs for yourself or your loved ones. Either way someone is going to be joyous and full of happiness because of your generosity. That's pretty awesome! Don't forget to charge your cell phone before you board your plane. And have a wonderful afternoon amigo!

Not a review on the prices on the items on offer, but Tatiana from Russia, a fragrance specialist was absolutely lovely. She was extremely knowledgeable and took time and made the shopping experience personable. Quite different to most sales people in those types of shops. Great customer service goes a long way!

Mi pareja hace casi siempre alguna compra de última hora y el servicio es muy correcto aún con el caos y el volumen de gente de un aeropuerto.

Un vrai piège faites attention! Si vous touchez à un truc une vendeuse viens en courant pour vous obliger à l'acheter et si seulement ils parlent bien anglais!

Hice un pedido y me lo cancelaron. Lo volvi a hacer después de estar un par de días hablando con la chica por email. Me prometió que mi pedido estaria listo para recoger a la hora que yo puse. Cuando fui estaba cerrado ellos jamas me dijeron que a esa hora no atenderian (yo no lo sabía) solo tomaron mi pedido y confirmaron incluso 24 hs para recogerlo.

Poca variedad de cosas con respecto a otros duty free. Muy buena la posibilidad de comprar online con el 20% de descuento. Lo malo es que cuando te avisan que no hay más stock uno ya está volando y te quedaste sin el producto y sin poder optar por otra cosa. Deberian actualizar el stock de forma automática.

En el dutty free aeropuerto el señor que trabaja para la marca dior discrimina agresivamente a la gente por provarse perfumes un trato suspenso personalmente se merece un 0 como vendedor y como educacion en Mayusculas NADA RECOMENDABLE!

Great place to shop for souvenirs. But don't expect them to be cheap. Wide variety of choices: alcohol, chocolates, semi precious jewelry, perfumes, small items, etc. Well organized. Not too large, very clean. Good place to waste some time while waiting for your flight.

A lot of souvenir options here and the prices aren’t too bad either. I wish they were more options for stores for international flyers but that’s fine.

El personal para ser aeropuerto debería de ser rápido. No es que fueran normales, sino que van ralentizadas (más lentas de lo normal). Tampoco son muy amables, apenas te dicen nada.

I dont know maybe like some others store in airport must be more expensive than you buy it in city. But the working gave me really good memory. He speak asian languages and all group told me he was super nice and polite. You can point him directly if you see him there because he was the tall guy. His politeness gave us happy memory but not the price hahaha. My group called him pique hahaha. Thanks for being so polite when people in group coming usually so frustrated, thank you again mr. David

You can find some Spanish gins here: Nordés, Gin Mare (sols out), Larios. No staff seen in the liquor section tho. A section of jambon was at the back.

Será libre de impuestos pero los precios son algo elevados en comparación con las tiendas de la ciudad.
De todos modos te pueden sacar del apuro si pasas por ahí y te has olvidado de comprar alguna cosa.

Lo de tienda libre de impuestos es un decir. Lo peor es que hay gente que se cree que venden más barato que en la calle, digase estos o cualquier tienda del aeropuerto.

Beware! 20% discount offered but not honoured. Staff unwilling to help once you realise you've been ripped off.

Very frustrating, as I realised immediately but was told the staff couldn't actually give me the discount it had to be a manager (nowhere to be seen).

D & E Gates are TINY. What's worse is you can see all the facilities of the other gates downstairs.

If it's not bad enough to be charged the earth for things, you have to get over deception and the monopoly.
